It has been my second time here in this store. Feel nice to sit here and I even brought my laptop here with me. Also, I have tried the Momo Ashi in Flushing often and their bubble tea and small mochi are very remarkable! I could definitely count on this brand. First thing in sight is that this store has such cute decor. And the theme of this store is absolutely clearly standing out by the pink and black color and even the names on the menu are elaborately designed. I love the Momo toast here, especially marshmallow toast and banana toast, warm and thick, with a moderate amount of backing sweetness. Mo-nigiri as the triangle rice ball is the one that I'd love to take out as the breakfast for tomorrow. It is really delicious and easy to carry. They gave us a free brown sugar wamochi (new item). It was good too (I wanna put some icecream between two of those that would be bomb af). But the STRAWBERRY WAMOCHI is still where its at. It's a great example of a business having something they do well, and doing it. The opposite of a traditional diner, where they have a vast menu but little is fresh. Momo Ashi has an eclectic mix of bubble teas, sushi and waffles. Interesting focus and it all works. But the variety within the selections, particularly the drinks, are enough to make every visit feel fresh. The price is right, the food has never been "off," and the staff is friendly. Great aesthetic of the place. The bubble tea is similar to the quality you'd expect in Flushing. I appreciate how they have different levels of sugar and ice, because sometimes Boba Tea can get a little too sweet. I recommend getting at least 50% sugar, and no ice if you're having it for the first time. read more

Worst brown sugar milk tea I've ever tried and I drink a lot of brown sugar milk tea. The pearls are hard and stale as if they've been stored in the fridge overnight and the milk tea itself tastes like sugar water, not a hint of tea flavor. Stopped by for some of their bubble tea and some wamochi, pawnini, and monigiri. They have some great combo deals but note drinks are small versions when you order combos. The crab and pork floss monigiri and tuna pawnini are great. My kids loved them and they are perfect sized snacks. The servers are super nice and after spending $25+ they gave me a cute tote bag. Came here & ordered a jasmine milk tea, peach milk tea, earl grey wamochi, and spicy tuna monigiri. The jasmine milk tea was perfect - just how I like it. Nice & fragrant-y.. but not too overpowering. The earl grey wamochi was sooo different & not what I was expecting at all (in a good way).. the texture was similar to mochi & a waffle... it was sooooo good. The spicy tuna monigiri was also very good. If you like spicy foods (and raw) like I do, you'd love it! I even ordered seconds lol. By the way, they have a loyalty card system. 10 stamps & you get a free drink! And they also have great combo deals!! Make sure u speak the language very dishonest worker. Not looking for refund was trying to change the order but they so worry so they have to lie about how many waffle they already made. Disgusting! There are many multilingual people out here so please do not make stupid mistake! Momo Ashi is usually good, but there are certain things that are often disappointing, such as the overall quality. The plastic wrapper on top of the cups has been damaged on multiple occasions, spilling all over the place. Sometimes the boba is chewy and clumped into a massive rock, making it difficult to enjoy the drink (and boba). Additionally, today they messed up our order, giving us regular tea instead of Jasmine and no ice instead of little, resulting in a warm tea. The bubbles were also different, not black and sweet, but rather gold-ish and quite chewy. It was an order from Seamless, therefore no mask miscommunications, which could have been an excuse, a weak one though. read more

Mini Wamochi is AMAZING!!! Crispy outside and soft inside. Takoyaki is well-prepared, not like other restaurants just frying cheap frozen ones in supermarket. Chicken Nugget Pawnini is not recommended. Chicken nugget is very plain and it's weird to eat with Kimichi. read more

I cannot praise this enough. This location has some of the nicest staff. Went for the soft opening (didn't have boba or hot options) and wasn't too impressed but wanted to give it another shot. Came back 2-3 more times after and always got the 2 for $7 deal that includes 2 large boba milk teas of their selected flavors. Original milk tea were not listed but the cashiers have always allowed us to get the original as part of the deal (which the flushing location has refused). Love the flavor, deal and staff. This place is really cute. The decoration is really nice and great for photos. It smells like desserts. The workers are friendly. Their guests seem to stick around with a friend and enjoy their drinks or dessert to stay. The music isnt too much, its very easy on the ears. This is a really nice spot, Ive only tried the 'Chocolate Mini Wamochi' so far but my coworkers seem to like this place, as they go here often so I decided to check it out. Its also very clean. Very cute interior! I got lychee milk tea with boba and it was very good! The boba has the perfect chew and softness. I also got Earl Grey Wamochi and it was also very tasty! This was my first Bubble Tea experience. The place is cute with cartoon dogs and cats on the walls. I tried the Taro tea. They allow you to choose the amount of ice and sweetness you want for your tea based on a chart that is posted on the counter. I also ordered their version of a panini with hotdog and cheese in the shape of a paw. I think bc I ordered this small sandwich, it took forever to get our order. I'd say it was 10 minutes and the place wasn't busy. They didn't start the teas until the sandwich was ready so by the time I received it, it wasn't very warm any longer. Overall, both the tea and sandwich were good. I did find that the tea had a slight aftertaste, but that could be personal to me and my experience with bubble tea. Really cute place for a pick me up! The atmosphere there is girly per se? Because the theme of the place is cats believe it or not. It's Instagram worthy for some things. It definitely the place. It was my bf and i's first time there and we got the Matcha Strawberry Toast which was delicious! White thick toast, with a Matcha based top with 4 individual marshmellos on each side slightly toasted topped with strawberry slices. Very satisfying and I can't wait to come back! Was curious about the waffle mochi - came in small pieces @$3 each but nothing special.

This is my favorite bubble tea in bayside. Coco is a little overrated and not consistent with what they serve you. What makes me want to keep coming back to this Momo place is the fact that their teas are customizable with ice and the sweetness level. I think this is important because you don't want to have liquid jolly ranchers as a snack (unfortunately most places think you worked at the willy wonka factory). The customizable ice portion YES the ICE... is important... no Starbucks I am not paying 6 dollars for 80% ice and 20% drink. So that to me is just a win. I usually pick 30 sweet and 30 ice. The signature teas do not have that option but somehow they nail it, it's not overpowering and just perfect. I also enjoy their wamochis! Pretty bomb. Not a fan of the breads that have s'mores or things on top... not a fan... momo I know you can fix this. If you are like me and you want to try something safe and not waste your money, try one of the signature teas and a snack size wamochi. read more
