For a boba shop, there's plenty of seating. You can order at the two digital kiosks, which makes ordering much quicker and easier. The Caramel Milk Tea has more of a caramel than tea taste, but it's very good. The brown sugar boba was still warm when I got my order. Ive been to this location multiple times and never had an issue with ordering. However, today at 5:55pm I came in and tried to order the usual boba I get which is a regular milk tea with the brown sugar and no tapioca. While I understand it may take a tiny bit of extra effort to make that drink I have never had any issues. Employees seem lazy and just dont want to put any effort in. The staff and, especially the supervisor, handled what could have been an uncomfortable experience very well, and it absolutely helped that their tea and boba were on good shape. After ordering our usual green tea, we caught the staff pouring whatever they use to make milk teas, which we didn't want and didn't order. For this reason, we always specify that we do not want a milk tea. After we told the staff about this, another person staff that sheared to be a supervisor quickly stepped in and clarified the situation with both us and the staff who was helping with our order. I appreciated that the supervisor didn't make a big deal or, even worse, attempted to shame us somehow (which has happened). Nowadays I try to avoid this branch when possible since I found the quality and service has been depleting. Location is convenient though. I usually order via app for the points and seasonal deals. Service is hit or miss here, really depends who's working. You can tell some workers really don't want to be there. There are a few workers who are decent though. Sometimes workers are sitting on the floor, it would be good if the manager at least provide a chair. As for drinks, it's usually ready on time. In terms of quality/correct order not so much. If I order a tea with no sugar sometimes they would give 100% sugar...or if I order 2 drinks with the same tea but different topping/sugar level they just end up making the same drink twice despite the different customizations. I've had other CoCo elsewhere so this to me was a typical trip to any chain. My friend raves about the taro topping and this was my first time trying it, but unfortunately today the bits were a little hard and not easy to chew. This was likely an off day, but since we came in just for basically that topping, it was a bit disappointing. The tea though was just as I expected and tasted pretty good. Just had a sweet moment with Coco's staff that I wanted to share. I've come here regularly ordering same lemon black tea extra sour. I've been trying to be environmentally friendly and been refusing plastic bags. So there I was, carrying out 2 large tea on the rainy day. And.. yup. Tripped right outside the store.. dropping both of the teas,.. looking dreadfully at the exploded cups with bubbles everywhere. I've went back inside to re-order my drinks (also regretting that I should've gotten a bag..) staffs said it was ok, and re-made my drinks, both in large sizes! Very thankful. And grateful. 3.5 stars - Always a fan of the Coco Tea franchise. This location is on Bell Blvd. A big plus - it is open fairly late (10pm daily). This visit I ordered the 3 flavors Special and the Mango Slush. My kiddos just love the slushies. Ice cold and sweet. I am a fan of the 3 flavors special (it's a milk tea) but it was a lot to stomach as an after dinner drink. Next time I can just get it as a liquid snack. There were three items in the milk tea - cube like grass jelly, chewy tapioca and some pudding. Only thing that bugs me is the lack of customization options so if you don't want what's on the menu board as is, too bad - they are not flexible -- at least not at this location. On this particular visit, the employees were less than enthusiastic on altering tastes and didn't offer suggestions in lieu of what they didn't offer. Usually good service would entail that you give the customer ideas or suggestions - close to what they were asking for. Oh well. I'd return just to get my fix and to avoid Flushing. Ha read more

But not all from this location. Most, but not all. This is one of my 3 fave Cocos in the world - the other is in Flushing, but this one out by Little Neck is my bae - like the Yonge St Toronto location - and it has a piece of my heart. At least I think it's my heart. Their hot milk tea is perfect in winter, and their cold milk tea is divine. Don't get the 3 ladies and all that stuff, it's too many toppings and too sweet. Stick to boba/tapioca in regular milk tea. Hashtag Loco For Coco. End Hashtag. Did I do it right. One of the best things about this Coco is that it's in an area with very little good bubble tea. Who wants to go to Little Neck for Bubble Tea when there's Flushing? Not I, said the bubble tea fan. And yet it's soooo good here. Way out at the beginning of the endless suburbia of Long Island. Absolutely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood. Prices are the same as every other location. It has plenty of seating and nice decor, much moreso than most NYC CoCo locations, which often have no seats at all (cough cough Elmhurst cough cough Flushing). Man I think I've picked up a cough. This CoCo in Bayside is a very average boba shop. I had the large classic tea and jasmine tea. The cups were fairly large and the tea was over brewed but at least that shows that they brew their tea. The boba was too overdone and a little too clumpy. We came on a Sunday morning, and the store was dark inside so it wasn't clear if the store was open. The service was quick and efficient but not super friendly. The boba is a little overpriced but fairly average. I would avoid the milk teas here though because they use a non-dairy milk powder. Overall, Coco is a decent option if you're craving boba in Bayside. read more

CoCo is one of my go-to chains but this location is my least favorite of all (between Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Midtown East, and Bay Ridge, Brooklyn). The staff members here are unenthusiastic about customer service and why does it matter? It shows in the end product that they make. The staff members do not seem to be flexible in taking customization orders which pretty much every chain does these days including other Coco locations. I am not sure but the vibe I got is, dam, another customer just walked in the door. The only reason I came in here is because we were dining nearby and need a bubble tea fix. My go-to at any Coco is Passionfruit Green Tea with Coconut Jelly. The tea flavor here is so bland and just straight up sugar that I had to dilute it with lots of water at home. A medium half sugar cool taro tea hit the spot. It certainly wasn't the most flavorful taro drink I've ever touched my lips to (I think they went light on the powder), but it still left me with a smile. The tapioca was fresh and chewy, perfect for obnoxious slurping with the giant straws. The iced green tea had to be freshly brewed and not a syrupy tea concentrate like some other "tea" shops use. I'd advise you to take the sugar down a notch if you don't feel like a giant insulin spike. USB outlets cater to their target demographic. You'll find one at almost every booth. Someone was a smart businessman (or woman!). Sadly, the bathroom needed some love. Coco, get on that would ya? The entire place is clean, immaculate and gorgeous... while the loo? Uhh-- not so much. I can't differentiate between this and the regular milk tea. The bubble was perfect also. I had the Mango Yakult the next day and it was delicious! The bubbles stuck together by then though. But no worries, I didn't waste any, even if they were already chewy then. Better service than Flushing location, and more room to sit. I mainly come to Coco because it's conveniently in the Bayside area and it has a good amout of flavors to choose from. I also think that Coco has more seasonal flavors so they have additional things they add onto their menu every now and then. Something unique to Coco is the hojicha tea drinks!! Highly recommend any of them. If you're going for Hojicha tea without the milk, even with 70% sugar, you're getting the tea flavor. read more

I have been a frequent visitor of Coco Tea on Bell Blvd since it opened. During the summer, I would go there at least twice or sometimes 3x a week. However, today, I was not completely satisfied with my 3Guys drink. The new worker was not generous with the bubbles, pudding, and grass jelly, and the tea was weak, not filled up to the top, leaving a lot of room. Got a passion fruit green tea with aloe and a boba milk tea. Lost a star cause the green tea flavor wasn't as robust as I wanted it to be. Have had the yakult drinks before and they're pretty good. However, they redeemed themselves cause the store is quite spacious inside and you can pop in to pick up your drinks or order at the cashier which is more convenient and faster than waiting outside a door hoping for someone to take your order. Best bubble tea chain in town! Always fresh, and delicious. The workers are super competent and efficient! My go to is the taro bubble tea. They have the best taro flavor. Its rich and creamy! Went in on a Sunday morning around 11ish and place was disgusting. They had 3 workers on duty and we were the only customers so I did not understanding why the place was so dirty. The tables were full of dried stains with trash (napkins and straw covers) on it. Looks like they have not wipe down the table ever! The guy taking the orders was not friendly or helpful. My daughter was thinking about a green tea slush and asked what was in it. He said green tea and ice but when it came, it had the milk foam on top which my daughter did not like. Have to hand it to them: for a place with "Fresh Tea & Juice" in its name, they really don't even bother to pretend they are at all brewing fresh tea. Walked in a little after 8pm to a empty store and asked for a hot classic milk tea with bubbles and a hot winter melon drink. Here's the magic behind their hot milk tea: a huge half empty jug of premade milk tea sitting outside on the counter is poured into a cup and to make it hot, they give it a shot of boiling water. Instant not quite lukewarm milk tea equivalent to what you could've probably picked up at a nearby Chinese bakery for about a dollar and let sit forgotten on your desk. No worries though because apparently, you too can revive it next time by adding boiling water to it and it will become fresh hot milk tea.
