    Pizza

We found this place by chance and I would highly recommend it! I absolutely love going to places that sell slices so you aren't limited to 'one flavor pizza'. What I thought was brilliant, is that they cut the slices however big or small you'd like, then charge by weight. I am sorry I do not remember the actual names, one had Mortadella (my fave and obsession while in Italy), one had thin sliced potatoes and one had fresh greens, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Fabulous flavors and choices. We only had pizza and diet coke. We did get to try coffee & dessert. I would absolutely come here again!!

This was a great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The food was tasty and always served hot! Loved the cacio e pepe meatballs! The potatoes and fries are fabulous! Also loved the Greco salad! It was perfect for the group! Service was fabulous! Recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

It's 5:30 and they are busy!

In Rome, near the main train station, which we have to get to tomorrow early to get to the airport... we got a place to stay the night. Once in our room we wanted to find somewhere to eat. It was early by Italian dinner time (6 pm) but this placed was packed! Now one thing we noticed, many Italian go out after work for a coffee or drink with a pastry, then go home and then go out to dinner much later. Being we had a long day, we were happy we could a nice slice of pizza, wonderful mozzarella salad and pasta with cheese and pepper; which we split each, with wine/ beer. It was perfect snd though the menu was Italian and English they were helpful.

Pizza al taglio - a small sample of their typical offerings.

This has been my go-to for Pizza al taglio in Rome. Always a broad selection of toppings. Crust is perfect - thick but airy and light with good chew. Also has excellent on-tap beers. Very friendly staff. Easy to get from the Termini station and the Monte neighborhood.

I can't say that we delved deeply into the menu here. Just got a cappuccino e cornetto. It was great, beautiful setting, can't ask for much more.

We stayed at the hotel across the street with the same name and got a nice little discount. Molino was very good and had a number of pastries and lunch items that we wanted to try. The service was ok, it seemed like they didn't cater to Asians as well as "locals", which was unfortunate because the food was really good. The tarts were tasty and the pizza was delicious! If only I could try some of the other offerings but there was the rest of Italy to try. This place was good enough to try twice for breakfast and lunch on different days in Rome. We had a ginger tea and cappuccino. Spinach pie, chocolate croissant, fruit tart, and a amazing pizza. Prices were reasonable compared to the US. Croissant's we're €2 plus coffee. €6 or less for a nice breakfast the pizza was €10 and the tart €7.

Not sure I get all the positive reviews. Was there in Oct. Maybe they were having a bad day. Disorganized order/getting food process. Guy behind counter was super rude to American tourists(and yes, I had learned some Italian). The food was just meh. This was the only bad experience our entire time in Italy. I'll pass

I came to Italy for a week and this was one of my favorite restaurants. You can grab and go or sit down and dine in here. Their pizzas were really great and they always had various options. We also really enjoyed some of their other desserts and small snacks. The servers and customers here were very friendly and the space so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would come back here again if I find myself in Rome again.

This place was amazing! The server was very friendly and the food was just bursting with flavors. We just got meatballs and a pizza but it was made to order and tasted incredible!

Amazing pizza, coffee and pastry. Across from Santa Maria majori cathedral. Nice and friendly staff.

The place is nice. You have a beautiful view of the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore but given that this is directly on the main road, you will encounter the noises of cars passing or honking. There are tables inside and in a terrace outside. On a hot day, being outside is better with open air. I ordered Bruciagrassi (with celery, pineapple, lemon and honey) and of course Aperol Spritz for my drink and Amatriciana as a meal. The juice was freshly squeezed and was very refreshing given the heat, although I think the serving size was too small for the price Nothing unique about the Aperol, just the usual. Finally, the Amatriciana is a pasta dish with tomato based sauce and guanciale (a specific type of cured meat) I really love guanciale so I found this dish very delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly! The waiters are very friendly and they speak English very well. I would like to come back to try the pizza for next time.

We ate here twice on our visit to Rome. The food speaks for itself! The pizza with burrata was a favorite! Don't forget to order arancini and the potato croquettes!

We were lucky enough to grab a table for lunch. We had a margherita, pepperoni, and a burrata with prosciutto pizza. All three were outstanding. The crust, the dough, the toppings - everything tasted fresh and came together perfectly. One of the best, yet simplest meals we've had. They also offer salads, though we didn't try any. The two behind the counter were fun and friendly. They take your order, ask where you're from, and then shout out your location when your food is ready - a really fun touch. Bonus: our table had a USB charging station, which was a really nice surprise while out exploring the city. There's also a small bathroom in the back for customers. This one really hit home. Definitely worth a stop.

Plus, the space is very hot inside, but better to sit near the window or do takeaway. I wasn't very hungry, but wanted one last pizza in Italy. When I saw that this spot does mini pizzas, which means I was able to choose a variety of flavors; I was so excited! Unfortunately, they ran out of the mini pizza dough and only had the large. It really is a shame, because I didn't think the bigger version is worth €15 each. Nonetheless, I ordered the Burrata & Anchovies while the husband got Pepperoni. I really did enjoy the flavor and chewiness of the dough. The burrata also gave it such a nice creaminess to balance the pizza that worked perfectly. Sadly, I had to waste a slice because I couldn't finish the larger pizza, so still a bit upset that I couldn't order the mini. With that said, it's a delicious pizza spot.

Seating area was very small. I was seated in walk way area and it was a bit busy with people going in and out of restrooms. Ordered Carbonara, Genovese and Aperitivo. I had Carbonara for the first time and I m not a big fan of it. I have to try it again to make sure if it's me or the way the dish taste. Genovese was ok, beef stew was inside of a bread. Aperitivo, I chose spritz which came with refreshing cocktails and three little fried pizza. Overall the food tasted acceptable but wait time for Cabonara was long. It must have been like 30 minutes. I was done eating everything and had to just wait for that. The restaurant was small and this is a classic popular dish. I don't think they should take this long.
