Mouthwatering exquisite pizza that doesn't compare to the U.S. I love how the creative pizzas are named different cities in Italy. I enjoyed all 3 pizzas: Napoli delicious classic margarita pizza, the eggplant parm pizza which was cooked to perfection, and the roasted potato and caramelized onion pizza bursting with flavor! The pizzas were pipping hot with doughy crusts, and sizzling toppings. We enjoyed every bite of the pizzas and seriously tried to come back the next day for more (we ran out of time)! Out of 1/2 pizzerias in Rome, Florence, and Amalfi Coast, Exquisitaly was hands-down my favorite and is a must on our next trip to Rome. We enjoyed the House Red wine and had great service. I have no idea what all the raving reviews are about. I went here after lunch around 3 PM based on the reviews, and I did not find a dessert lounge at all. It's a cafe. Cappuccino was expensive at 3.50 euros, same with the tart. I've had two coffees and dessert for around 5 euros... When I asked, they said they didn't serve gelato...Certainly it has great seating and the service was nice. read more

My husband and I could not get enough of the pizza at Exquisitaly! We ordered mushroom and margherita pizzas and both were so tasty. The cheese and texture of the pizza dough were such good basis for our meal. I recommend the caprese salad as well! We left the restaurant feeling energized instead of worn down and bloated. We loved it so much that we went back for lunch at the more casual side of the restaurant next door and ordered a selection of bite sized pizzas for our trip out of Rome. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Even though we don't speak fluent Italian, we were able to communicate in Spanish and English efficiently. Excellent. We stopped in after touring the Coliseum and the Forum (in sweltering heat). Started with gelato and both received heaping portions. Followed with a red beer which was fatastico. They also brought out complimentary crisps, pretzels and olives. They made a couple of Yanks feel right at home. read more

This is located next to carrani tour center Nice inside. Open early which is good for an early tour meeting spot. Asked for a tea to go. Just has basic black english tea... For about 3oz of tea. Found this place for lunch, was near our hotel - Staff was super friendly and it was one of the best grilled octopus I have ever had. The Bacala was also very tasty . Two entrees, two glasses of wine and a bottle of water added up to €34 The setting is nice and pleasant very bright and open; we both enjoyed and would go back! P.S. Really modern, very well-run pastry shop across from the St. Regis Hotel. Excellent croissants shatter when you bite into them. I love that. Their coffee is utterly delicious, as well. Staff is very efficient and polite. It was very pleasant to eat breakfast at one of their indoor tables on two occasions. Highly recommend it! read more

Me and my wife came to this place by chance. Needless to say, we have been here four times since during our week long visit to Rome. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is delicious. My wife loved the simple linguine with basil, which she ordered twice. I loved the dish that I had on the first trip, which was a gnocchi with sauce and mozzarella. On the second visit I had the beef in wine sauce. The flavor was phenomenal. They also have some great desserts that are made in house. In the evening they run a special for 10 euros that will give you a tapas buffet with the purchase of a drink. Very ordinary pizzas. Mine has little pieces of the aluminium foil that the gorgonzola cheese on my topping came from. Even without the aluminium foil in my pizza, it would have been 2.5 stars MAX. I did not experience the 4 stars average restaurant that other reviewers have. read more

Great portions for the price! I got a salad and pesto pasta! Both were hearty and delicious! My mom got the tagliatelle because it was homemade, and it was pretty good but entirely too salty. She also got meatballs which were too hard, very tough to cut and chew. I would say this place is solid and great for the price but don't expect anything fantastic, or the menu items are just hit and miss. I did really enjoy going to the room next door to the dining room which has cases of dessert and chocolates. And I picked out two chocolates to have on my way home! read more

My wife an i ate here for our last meal of Roma, while the staff and wine were nice the carbonara was the saltiest meal of my life. We were forced to hurry back to our apartment from quickly getting sick and being forced to vomit. I cannot recommend this place and i highly suggest avoiding it. read more
