Eggs, omelettes, toast, full English breakfast, avocado toast. Their side of bacon is a whole salad plate of bacon done crispy, so plan to share. Or be gluttonous, you're on vacation, right? Dinner is another beast entirely. 80s seat music, people smoking inside, and a limited but nice beer selection. No one will give you side-eye for ordering your burger well-done here. We were tired of pasta so decided to try this place since they offer chicken burgers even ribs. We should have stuck with pasta! The burger was over cooked from my request and had some weird mustard ish sauce already on it I wasn't expecting and almost too salty! I did enjoy the fries though! Hubby had same experience! The calamari starter was overcooked as well which makes it rubbery and chewy especially the tubes. The tentacles were near perfect but we only had 2! If you're looking for breakfast and you're in the area, this is a GREAT breakfast spot. You can be seated inside or outside and they have a/c inside. The service was great and most of all the food was delicious! I loved the avocado toast and couldn't decide on having it or the omelette because I really wanted salmon. They were able to help me decide by adding salmon to my toast! The churros were fresh and although I would have preferred caramel the nutella was a good pairing. Cafe was fresh and delicious! It's located conveniently by many hotels in the tourist area and service is great. We came here for breakfast on our stay, and we were seated quickly, and food was also ready fast. They knew my husband very well by the end of the week lol With all Of the "Italian" restaurants on this street, this has the best tasting food hands down! The only down sides were the solicitors on the street forcing their products on you.....literally. Not all we're bad but there was one man who harassed us the whole week to the point where we had to tell him to leave us alone 100 times, no joke. Horrible service. We asked to be seated outside to enjoy the night. Big mistake. Two minutes after we sat down, a man approached us trying to sell us stuff. Of course we said no. Then a drunk stood in front of our table touching himself. We asked to be move inside since at this point we were not feeling safe. We stayed next door at the Metropole Hotel. We passed by this restaurant a few times on our excursions through the city. We finally went in and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing and flavorful. We visited multiple restaurants while we were on our trip in Rome but this restaurant proved to never let us down. If you want affordable, flavorful food, then you definitely need to try this place out. They speak English and they are helpful. That said, what we ordered was quite delicious! Margherita pizza and Caprese and Buffalo salad. The crust was perfect. Just the right amount of sauce so not soggy.
