The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

I had a scheduled…read moreappointment, but the technician did not arrive and I received no call, text, or other notification regarding the missed appointment. This was a significant inconvenience, as I had set aside time specifically for the scheduled service. I contacted the company afterward to address the issue and was particularly disappointed by their response. The company has a stated "no-show" policy, but despite the fact that the missed appointment was on their end, they were unwilling to honor that policy or take meaningful responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope management will review how missed appointments are handled and ensure that customers receive the same consideration and accountability that the company expects from them.

The branch is gone. I thought his pricing was very fair.

Attic Crawl Inc installed insulation in the attic and crawl space of my house last spring. The…read moreproject included rodent proofing, air sealing, and vacuuming debris from both areas. I did notice this summer that the house stayed cooler because the attic heat was not seeping into the house turning the place into a slow cooker. So far the weather has not given much opportunity to test the effect of cold, but my tile bathroom floor no longer shocks me into full alert status in the middle of the night when I get up to do what must be done. This tells me the insulation was a good investment. I appreciated working with the owner of Attic Crawl. He was thorough in detailing the work to be done, providing what I think was a reasonable and detailed estimate, and kept to the terms of the estimate. To me that means that he was skilled at the outset to avoid surprises and additional work and costs. I enjoyed the team he brought also. They were focused and did the work efficiently, showed great camaraderie and supported each other. I also appreciate people who sing on the job, and it was great to hear a soulful love song coming from the crawl space. I highly recommend this company.

After calling Attic crew, they delivered a standout experience and have seemingly solved our issue. Specifically, Juan Grattan led our project and I highly recommend him. On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. Juan made sure to keep a very high bar for the work being done and earned my trust.

First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. He made sure I understood every step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism set the tone for the entire project. We then had two days of work scheduled. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future. Five stars well deserved.
