A second one came a few weeks later showing itself once in a while and started leaving its marks all over the place. After 3 weeks of trying different traps and getting frustrated with it outsmarting us all the time, we had to call in the professionals. Little Pest Elimination was nearby and had great reviews so I thought I would try them. They were able to accommodate an inspection the very next business day. They were thorough. They looked for entrance and exits where the rodent (or rodents) could be coming from. They gave me an honest assessment of the matter. I had to face the reality that the problem was bigger than I thought it was. And they explained the problem and what they will do to address it very well. They gave me an assurance and comfort that the problem will be taken cared of and they stand by their service. So I booked them for their next available appointment. True to their word, they had amazing service. They were professional, prompt and sealed up what they said they will do. I will definitely call them if the problem persists base on their word. Attic Crawl Inc installed insulation in the attic and crawl space of my house last spring. The…read moreproject included rodent proofing, air sealing, and vacuuming debris from both areas. I did notice this summer that the house stayed cooler because the attic heat was not seeping into the house turning the place into a slow cooker. So far the weather has not given much opportunity to test the effect of cold, but my tile bathroom floor no longer shocks me into full alert status in the middle of the night when I get up to do what must be done. This tells me the insulation was a good investment. I appreciated working with the owner of Attic Crawl. He was thorough in detailing the work to be done, providing what I think was a reasonable and detailed estimate, and kept to the terms of the estimate. To me that means that he was skilled at the outset to avoid surprises and additional work and costs. I enjoyed the team he brought also.
