Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.
