We have been Venables customers for many years. On a regular basis they spray for destructive…read moreinsects and check for rodents and insects under the house. Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". They told us they would come back in two weeks to check on things, but that never happened. It's now been over a month with no response, no follow-up, nothing. Every time we tried to reach out, there was either no answer or another delay. Today, they were supposed to come again, and once again -- no show. Meanwhile, I've been working hard cleaning everything top to bottom, because they warned us that if we didn't keep things spotless, we'd get charged a $60 fine.
