So this is how we were woken up this morning. Don't know if the service is good. But that guy was a douche. We live in an apartment complex and there were more than just our windows open. He handed me an invoice for $499 and I reminded him of the $399 quote. He again agreed, but when the charge posted to my bank, it was $499. I called him immediately and he apologized, saying he would bring a $100 bill and leave it under my front doormat. That didn't happen. I called him the next week and again a month later, both times he promised he would get a $100 refund to me. The refund has never materialize. He has stopped responding to me altogether.
