I didn't get any photos, but the team from all shield pest control came out and did their job well. They fumigated with a eco-friendly spray inside and out. We had to leave the house for about an hour. When we returned, there was no odor whatsoever and we haven't seen any insect spiders, etc. since then. My 8yr old discovered this giant nope nest playing with her friends. We have coverage from another company and they were answering their phone on a Saturday. I called 2 other pest control places and no one answered their phone. My husband found Jason and Jason came to the rescue within 30 minutes. I have two young kids and a neighborhood full of kids who love to play in our yard. I cannot express how grateful I am for him coming out on a Saturday to deal with a bald-headed hornet nest! Jason and his team are punctual, detailed, and hard-working. We have some insect pest issues in out house crawl space and separately around the perimeter of our home. We signed up for quarterly maintenance. Jason is flexible and willing to schedule around our availability (we're not always on premises). Insight pest control had been servicing my house, to include a rodent package, for over three years now, and when I got ready to sell the house, the inspector found rodents in our crawlspace. Insight offered to take care of everything for $3800, and since they hadn't done anything for rodents over the course of 3+ years, they offered to give me a 10% discount and they said that was very generous of them. Jason to the rescue.. We have had rodent issues for a while on the outside and underneath our home. An area that we had no expertise or experience in dealing with. Jason was not only friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; but took the time to educate us on the best strategies to control the rodent problem. Jason was great! I was able to reach him on a weekend when most other pest control companies were closed, and he was able to come out and assess the situation soon after on the same day. We had been trying for a month and a half to fix our rodent problem to no avail. The day after Jason put out traps and bait stations, the rodent was caught, and he came by again to dispose of the critter for us. I especially liked that he emailed a receipt after both visits with a detailed summary of everything discussed and the services provided. We just moved into our new house a couple of weeks ago, and the crawlspace was absolutely disgusting/ruined and needed completely cleaned out and redone. We also had, basically, a huge trail of ants encircling the yard - a huge colony. We called All-Shield and within 2 days (and on a weekend) Jason came out and assessed/treated around our house and yard. Next day - no ants! We thought his estimate for the Crawlspace was reasonable and we scheduled that too. The guys who did it were very thorough and meticulous about the cleanup.
