The insurance company found Knight was responsible for $3500 worth of damage to my roof and they reimbursed me. However, I still had to hire another company to get rid of my unwanted pests, so I took him to small claims. The judge ruled in my favor that Knight Wildlife was responsible for paying another $4000 to reimburse me. He had 30 days to pay me, and it's been 2 months. Judgement attached. Damaged roof pictures attached. This is the quality of work Knight Wildlife does. Clearly he does not stand by his work, as he is refusing to pay a legal judgement against his company. I would avoid this company at all costs. The owner, Chase Knight, is rude, arrogant, aggressive and completely unqualified to be working on anyone's roof, as the pictures indicate. I'm quite sure that the owner will respond to this review and argue all points. But the fact is, a judge in the state of Washington found him liable. His own insurance company found him liable. And he still refuses to admit that he made mistakes and botched this job.

Unlike every other pest control company, their work actually resolved my problem and I would 1000% trust him with any ongoing/monthly support work. Before booking, I confirmed this service multiple times--first with Ava during scheduling and again directly with the technician, Sam Dozer, before he even came to our home. Despite all of that, Sam showed up and then flat-out told us the company does not do this type of work at all. So let me be clear: * The website advertises the service * The scheduling rep confirmed it * The technician confirmed it * Then the technician arrived and said they don't do it This was a complete waste of time, incredibly unprofessional, and left us still dealing with a dead animal rotting inside our wall. When I showed him their own website proving the service is advertised, there was no accountability--just a shrug and denial. If a company cannot accurately represent the services they offer or communicate internally, they should not be in business. The entire purpose of paying such a significant startup fee and committing to a yearly contract is the consistency of monthly preventative maintenance. When I called customer service, they minimized my concerns instead of addressing the missed appointments or offering a meaningful solution. The product itself proved effective, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the high startup cost, failure to honor the agreed-upon service schedule, and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend this company.

When I contacted Sprague to resolve this issue they refused to talk to me initially based on the orders of my apartment management.
