We recently had a rat in our attic and called Attic Crawl. From start to finish, Alex and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working. While inspecting the rodent issue, they also discovered mold in our attic. Alex provided many photos to show us the issue clearly. Alex was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rod ents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Cleanliness: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. The crew was courteous and focused throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and fair. WARNING: "R-49" promised -- measured ~8-14.5" -- dispute escalated to lien + court I hired Attic Crawl Inc. for attic work including R-49 blown-in insulation (stated in writing). I trusted their proposal -- and I regret it. After the job (9/27/2025), I measured insulation depth in multiple locations and found ~8 to 14.5 inches in many areas, uneven coverage, and no depth markers. I shared photos/measurements and asked them to bring the attic up to the promised R-49. Instead, they said the attic was larger than estimated and would only add insulation if I paid ~$1,472 + tax. I obtained a third-party correction bid for $2,917.20 to air-seal and bring the attic to R-49 with depth markers, indicating additional work is needed. Because they would not correct the insulation without extra payment, I withheld final payment while trying to resolve the issue in writing. After that, the situation escalated into a small-claims filing and a mechanic's lien (which I dispute). Regardless of how anyone views the dispute, the result was this: a homeowner raised a documented workmanship concern, asked for correction to what was promised, and ended up dealing with court + a lien. Bottom line: I do not consider this a reliable company and would not hire them again. If you're considering Attic Crawl, protect yourself. read more

Alex and his crew did an amazing job in our crawl space and attic - they cleaned everything out, took care of all the possible entry points for any sort of pest (way more than I thought possible!) re-insulated and laid down new vapor barrier. They were quick and efficient. They provided us with before and after photos. And when an issue did come up, they fixed it promptly. They told us at completion that we had a tear in one of our flexible heating ducts, we were sure it was not like that before they started work, since we always got heat in the affected room - they came out the following day and repaired the ducting. I had a major problem with Raccoons and Rodents that had torn my ceiling insulation in my basement area. Attic Crawl crew came out and spent two days removing the insulation and cleaning the area. They closed up every little opening and walled off an area that the raccoons had been using to den. They laid a new vapor barrier and insulation and left the job site spotless. Attic Crawl did a fantastic job at my home. After coming home from a trip, I walked in to discover a horrendous smell coming from somewhere in my home. Attic crawl was the only place I spoke to that could get to my home quickly. Within a day or so, they came out, surveyed my attic, and determined the likely cause (a dead animal trapped in the attic). They then quickly scheduled a service to take out my attic insulation, locate the animal(s), sterilize the affected area, and reinsulate my attic. They did this exceptionally well. And when they were up there they discovered that the previous home owner hadn't improperly vented my two upstairs bathrooms, which was beginning to cause issues on the ceiling. They fixed this, too, and did a great job. All of their work was too notch, verified with before and after photos, and reasonably priced. This is my second time using Attic Crawl! Alex and his crew first cleaned out my entire crawl space because mice and rats had entered. He totally restored it and made it look brand new. He also noticed I had mold in my attic space while inspecting the home due to poor ventilation. I decided to put a new roof on and replace the plywood that was primarily affect. After that I called Alex back to clean out the attic space, spray to kill the mold, paint the affected area and put new insulation. I battled mice for at least a year and half before throwing up my hands and calling the pros. My usual pest guy wanted us to just keep setting traps. Not a long term solution and frankly quite gross. After my umpteenth time of cleaning tiny mouse turds out from under the sink and trying to block spaces around pipes I sent out an SOS on Yelp. The Yelp algorithm broadcasted my bag signal unexpectedly wide: several companies shot me a message "hey sorry, but you're outside our service area." Alex from Attic Crawl wrote back promptly and we figured out a time/date to assess our situation. Thankfully it was within 48 hours. My mice's (?sp) days were numbered. Alex was eager for the job and rearranged the schedule to get us in sooner. Now we are a week out from our massive crawl space overhaul and I haven't seen one new mouse poop. Alex's team spent a solid 12 hours pulling out infested insulation, sanitizing, sealing off entry points and putting in new insulation. The little mouse demons destroyed parts of my HVAC so Attic Crawl fixed that for us, too. I bet my heating bill is going to go down! The Attic Crawl workers were pleasant; a lot more quiet and less intrusive vs some other laborers I've had in my home. They cleaned up after themselves. Attic Crawl was referred to me by a friend when I mentioned I needed someone to clean up my crawlspace after a plumbing issue that released black water into the crawl space. I called Crawl Space and received a prompt call back, and then the owner, Alex, came THE SAME DAY to look over the site and give me an estimate. What I really appreciated was his honesty--he told me most of the space looked really good and that to save money, not all of the vapor barrier material needed to be replaced unless I wanted it all done. His rates were so reasonable, however, that I did end up having it all replaced. They fit me into their schedule quickly (just a few days later). Alex and another worker showed up promptly. He explained what they'd be doing, and then told me he'd send photos throughout the process. Sure enough, I got before, during, and after photos, which I really appreciated. It's nice knowing I can be confident that they did a thorough job. Additionally, they cleaned out the massive amount of pine needles that had accumulated around all of my vents, and removed some piles of old insulation that had rodent droppings on them. When it was done, they cleaned up after themselves and removed the disposed of the old materials. I was really impressed with how Alex ran his company, how affordable they were, the ease with which I could reach them, and the meticulous work they did. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We found rat droppings in our crawl space started looking around for a pest control company to help us out. Alex from Attic Crawl was quick to respond and got us scheduled right away. He went into our crawl space, our attic, and around our house...and ultimately told me that we should save our money! Turns out moles are digging under our house and rats are coming in from their burrows. Alex suggested setting up some traps, monitoring the situation, and if the problem gets worse, looking at a more permanent solution than a pest control contract. We had squirrels in our attic. We had previously sealed all outside access points, but the squirrels created a new one by eating their way inside. We contacted Attic Crawl through Yelp, got a fast reply and a visit scheduled. Jesse came out, found the nests and access points, and we received a cost estimate. The crew came out and did an excellent job! They looked over the entire exterior of our home, located the access points and sealed them up. They accessed the attic and cleaned out all of the nests, including some bees that were also nesting up there. They were very thorough and professional. Jorge is a great contractor. He and his team did a attic project for my house back in January. And we are really enjoying working with them. Jorge is friendly also has a sense of humor which made the whole process a bit more interesting. I got to say, comparing to 3 other companies that i called to come estiomate, his price is the most reasonable. You got to choose what you decided to put in your crawl space or attic, which gives you a bit of room to fit in your project budget. The reason why I am writing this review is because he even offer customer a follow up services to see if there is any mices or unwanted animals break into the crawl space, etc. He really is an amzing guy and his team works fast and beautifully. Now he came for his second follow up and make sure taking some pics for me to see how well my crawl space looks like after a severla months of services. No fun at all having to call someone to get rid of a rat infestation in the attic ... Nevertheless, I could not have been happier with Alex's and his team's work. They cleaned out my attic back in December 2023, rodent-proofed the space, and installed new insulation. The job included a 6-month "rodent warranty" and I did not encounter any issues during this time frame. Shortly after expiration of the warranty, I heard some noises from above my second floor again and Alex was kind enough to swing by and check my attic free of charge. We had swallows have broken through the screening of one of our attic vents and were beginning to nest in our attic. We reached out to Yelp, and Alex Alex was prompt in responding to our inquiry.
