    We contacted PCI Pest Control to eradicate two wasp nests. Scary stuff. They responded to my phone call immediately and got me on the schedule the next day. The technician arrived at the beginning of my two hour window and was very polite and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue at hand, and the technician made some excellent recommendations. Because I was having them work on more than one nest, They offered to spray the exterior of my home to create a barrier to resist additional nests. If the nest seem to be active within the next few days, I will call them, and they will come back out and respray. We tried to take care of this on our own, but one of them was just too much of a problem. My hubby even got stung... Ouch!! We decided to leave this to the Professionals and PCI pest control are very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Emergency - wasps in the bedroom! They nested in the attic, chewed through the ceiling, and swarmed indoors. We taped their entry points shut and they found new ways in, and stung one person in bed! A day later we found PCI - they came within hours and removed the wasps! Mark assessed and stabilized the situation, inside and out, and got the whole nest out - queen and all. He treated the attic and eaves so to eliminate stragglers too. Thank you - our house is safe now! (We're sleeping in the guest bedroom one more night, just to be sure.) Very professional, friendly, and efficient reps, on the phone and on site. PCI understands each species, and explained their behavior. We have confidence in PCI and will call them FIRST next time.

    These people ripped us off, did shoddy work and then refused to honor their contract. We moved into our home almost one year ago. On the home inspection it was determined that we had rat droppings in the crawl space. We called PCI out for an estimate and they tell us it will be over $1,200 to secure the crawl space and attic as well as build a door for the crawl space. Being first time home owners we had no idea what was a fair price for such services so we agreed. Besides, the work was guaranteed for a year. Fast forward to May of this year. We were having some work done by another contractor and he informed us that "something big was crapping in our crawl space". We found this to be odd since we just paid a ton of money to NOT have something big crapping in our crawl space. My wife contacted PCI to have them come out and honor their contract. She told the woman that answers the phone what the contractor told us that something big like an Opossum had breached the crawl space they had secured only eight months earlier. The woman completely stonewalled her and even suggested that "it could be a cat, and we don't deal with those". I mean, if it's a rat, a cat or an elephant how 'bout you haul your sorry ass out here and fix your work that failed! She would not yield. She was defiant. When asked if someone would be coming out she said sure, for another $89. But what about the $1200 we already paid less than a year ago? "Well they have to be paid for their time" she squeaked. You see PCI like a lot of other shady businesses out here are eager to get you on their subscription service where they come out every couple months for a fee. Once they get you on that or in our case hit you with a huge initial bill they are done with you. Here's the best part. After we had to pay AGAIN to have our crawl space sealed by another company, they informed us just how shoddy PCI's work really was. I am including photos of their crappy work. Our new guy showed us the access points that had been filled with foam, something he said no professional exterminator should even have on their truck. They used a cheap chicken wire on the underside of the house that should only, maybe be used with an epoxy. This was used with the cheap foam. Even the custom made crawl space door was faulty because they did not use cement on it so rodents can eat right through it! It really makes us angry that we were screwed over like that but maybe someone else will see this revue and not use these people who smile in your face, then use sub-standard materials and ignore you and insult your intelligence on the phone when their work inevitability fails.

    Just a small area of the mess I had to clean my stairs and downstairs fast before the kids or dogs tried to eat it....

On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. Juan made sure to keep a very high bar for the work being done and earned my trust.

Nick came by to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He is an excellent communicator, informing me when he was on his way, carefully inspecting everything he could get to, explaining our options and the potential surprises we might encounter, and keeping us updated while Tony and his team carried out the work. The estimate seemed very reasonable, and although the scope expanded once they started (due to mold and faulty prior ventilation ductwork), the additional costs were also fairly priced (and less than I anticipated). Tony and his crew were punctual, polite, professional, and diligent. They protected everything from the front door to the work zone and left the area clean afterward. They created a new access panel for us, thoroughly cleaned a rather challenging crawlspace (affected by rodents and mold), sealed everything to prevent future intrusions, replaced all the old insulation with new, and corrected the ductwork. I am very satisfied with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Attic Crew to friends or hire them again in the future!

I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. Hope the issue is dealt with for good. BTW, the charge was very reasonable. Quiteimpressed with OMNI.

I was a repeat customer, for a problem that turns out they may not have eradicated the first time. I think these guys are good and do good work... IF they're able to solve it in that first visit. In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. Thank you for your understanding. We count on you being flexible, infinitely tolerant, reasonable and professional when workmanship issues arise, so that we don't have to be."
