He kept harassing her after she said she wasn't interested in any services. He rode past her and bumped into her arm. My wife has balance issues due to a stroke and it upset her and she had trouble getting steady on her feet afterwards. After I asked him to stop riding on our grass he harassed me about pest control services and I had to tell him numerous times I wasn't interested. I think someone needs to talk To him about respecting people's property. If I need any pest control services I know who I won't be contacting.

It's especially enraging when a sales person completely disregards your clearly posted signage and disrupts your day. Even more enraging when they get their feelings hurt because you let them know how utterly disrespectful their behavior is. What value is there in hiring anyone who cannot read or follow directions? Do better Axiom, and bugger off!

We have been Venables customers for many years. On a regular basis they spray for destructive…read moreinsects and check for rodents and insects under the house. Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

They won't honor their own warranty. I was told their warranty was for 90 days, and I have it in…read morewriting. 60 days after the service was deemed complete, I heard additional activity. I called immediately, and was told that the infestation that was under our house is no longer protected by warrant because we didn't replace a seal on our garage door which was told to us as a suggestion. When the tech says you should consider changing something, I would have never assumed that is a requirement of my warrant versus a suggestion. Now, I need to start services all over again for a problem they never fully remedied- had they done so, we wouldn't be experiencing the same issues in the same area 60 days later. I will be using a new company moving forward.
