This company has been so responsive. We started with a mouse in our walls. They came out and did a thorough inspection. They left some bait traps and sticky traps. After a couple of days, I foam sealed a hole and waited. The glue trap caught the lone mouse and we never heard it again. Then I called to say I didn't think we needed rodent service but had ants. Three days later, they were out to treat that issue. Fast, friendly and all around great read more

I've been with Bulwark for probably 7-8 years now. Never had any issues. Staff is always professional and on time based on the text notifications I receive. In shopping around I believe that their prices are reasonable compared to the other exterminators in the area. I really like that once they come for their quarterly service I can have them come out unlimited times in-between if I have any issues at no extra cost. We have had them out to address spiders, bees, ants and carpet beetles and every time they came out promptly and addressed the issue efficiently. read more

Elijah at Bulwark is EXTRA great! We do appreciate his prompt and efficient service. He went the extra mile to assure our gates we secured for our dogs and sent a text when he was finished to let us know when he left- which is above expectation and so appreciated! Love that he called and text in advance so we could keep our dogs inside and reassure them when he arrived that he was not an intruder. He's been doing a good job and thought we have HOA sample or 2 of pests in our home it is not enough to get overly excited about! We used to get notified before a treatment but now we don't which is unfortunate bc I like to critique where we may have problems or need extra attention. We had a pretty mild case of fleas with our dog but didn't want to risk any chances so we went searching for a flea treatment. Got called by bulwark exterminating next morning after putting in a quote request on Yelp and promptly scheduled an appt. The pair of exterminators that arrived were very very professional and quite frankly funny and pleasant to talk to. There were in and out in about 20 minutes which was awesome because I had stopped by in the middle of my work shift to open the door for them. For a 2 bed 1.5 bathroom flea treatment we were charged $300+ tax with a 60 day warranty, which I think is very fair. Very pleased with my experience so far and the exterminators couldn't have made the process any easier for me. read more

No communication between office and techs. Terrible scheduling and their service between visits is so long that the fee is not worth the investment. Don't even bother calling for a follow up. Customer service is mean and insulting. Techs on-site are really nice and that is why 2 stars. Otherwise go with a local pest control. Family owned in your neighborhood is best. read more

The person who responds to service requests on Yelp doesn't read the information shared, and even went so far as to misspell my name in a brand new way I've never seen. My original request detailed an extensive rodent infestation, which was quickly followed by their auto-reply (sent outside business hours) asking if there were any other details worth mentioning before they got back to me. I said I'd like the hole near my foundation closed up where bumblebees has nested this summer--most likely making use of an old rodent nest based on the bee species I had--but ONLY IF the bees were already gone. The reply I got the following day said they don't do bee removal, and asked if there were any other pests they could assist with. ...really??? read more

We have been using Bulwark since we moved in 2.5 years ago. We had ants the week we moved in and they quickly came to service our house. They let us know that it would take a day or two for the ants to take the bait but to call them if they are still around and they would come to re-treat. I ended up calling them in again and within a day there were no more ants. Since then we've had quarterly treatments and have had minimal pests inside/outside on our home. We are notified the week of the service, the day before for the estimated time, and the day of, they will ring the bell to see if there are any specific issues or questions. Every single person has been professional, polite, and efficient. Definitely feel like a valued customer! I highly recommend calling Bulwark for your pest treatment needs! Thanks! read more

It's because my experience I had with Ryan in regards to eliminating an a ENORMOUS mouse invasion we had in our house here in Rancho Palos Verdes. It all started very innocently with a Mouse that appeared in the house. This was very unusual because we always had had cats and never was concerned about rodents. However all our cats had all just passed away from old age. So this was something quite new. Within days one mouse turned into a dozen and then we were simply overrun with mice. We kept buying traps from Amazon. We simply could not keep up. Some nights we would get as many as 40. The question was how are they getting in to the house? We were desperate we could not leave the house for more than a day or the mice would just simply take over, so we called several national pest control companies. They all came with traps and searched for an opening where the mice could be entering however they never were able to find it. After several weeks and desperate, we decide to try a local pest control company and call Ryan Little's Company. When Ryan showed up at the door,I told him the problem that we were having and he said he would start by searching around the perimeter of the house. When he came to the last side of the house by the kitchen he looked up at where the eaves were joining. "They're coming in there". I looked up and couldn't see anything. He said, you can tell by the little black marks on the eve??? He gave me the name and number of his handyman and said he can fill the hole and if we have any more problems, then we can go from there. So I called the Handyman. I showed him the spot and he asked if I had a ladder which I did.He checked out the spot and said "yes, there was a hole about the size of a quarter and do I have any kind of foam he could use".I had a can foam in the garage he could. He squirted a few squirts to cover the hole, When he got down from the ladder.I asked him how much do I owed you.He said he didn't want to charge me anything because he was here only a few minutes . I gave him $50 and he reluctantly accepted. So after Handyman left, I said to my wife, that was interesting, but hard to believe that the problem was solved, so we just waited for the mice. We waited and waited.......... We have never had a mouse IN THE HOUSE SINCE THEN ....8/20/2022!!!!!!!!!!!! I think of all the time and money I spent with other rodent companies not to mention the fear and anxiety when you have a mouse attack of this magnitude. Alex was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rod ents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Cleanliness: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. When the crew showed up, they told me there were issues in the attic and crawlspace that would cost me more money. This should have been caught by the salesperson. This felt very much like a bait and switch. Beware for them to give you a low bid and raise the price when they arrive to do the work. Edit: After follow-up discussion with the company, I no longer believe this was a bait and switch, just poor communication from the woman in the office, the original estimator, and the people on-site who showed up to do the work. Each of the three areas that I was expecting to be done (attic, walls, crawlspace) had legitimate reasons for why they couldn't be done.
