Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". Tony and his crew were punctual, polite, professional, and diligent. They protected everything from the front door to the work zone and left the area clean afterward.
