    I've never had a problem with moles. Then we bought our dream house out in Enumclaw, which had a perfect yard...and untold horrors living beneath it. About two months after moving in we started seeing one huge dirt mound after another pop up. Not knowing anything about moles, I thought maybe they would just visit and move on --but instead, 6 holes became 12, which became 28 -- turning a beautiful, manscaped yard into a battlefield. I tried those mole repulsers that I got at Home Depot, then tried the natural lawn treatment ...and even got a another cat. Nothing worked. Literally every morning I would wake up and count how many new holes appeared and chastise my collection of cats for not doing their job. Then my friend John told me about Mole Masters -- by this time we had over 60 molehills that I had flattened out and tried to repair. The day after Mole Masters set there first group of traps the holes stopped!! They managed to catch four huge moles that first day and one additional mole in a subsequent visit and I haven't seen any molehills since! For some reason I thought moles were seasonal and they were going to hibernate but apparently that's a myth...a mole myth. If you're having issues with moles give them a call as soon as possible, the damage to my backyard is horrible and if I had just called these guys sooner I would've saved a lot of money and heartache.

I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. Hope the issue is dealt with for good. BTW, the charge was very reasonable. Quiteimpressed with OMNI.

I was a repeat customer, for a problem that turns out they may not have eradicated the first time. I think these guys are good and do good work... IF they're able to solve it in that first visit. In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. Thank you for your understanding. We count on you being flexible, infinitely tolerant, reasonable and professional when workmanship issues arise, so that we don't have to be."

I really trust responsive people who are good communicators, so after a little bit of texting with other companies I decided to go with Robin's pest solutions and he came to spray right away. After a week, there were still some angry bees. He said about 95% of the time one spray works with one shot, but the work is guaranteed for a year. I texted him and he came out immediately once again and sprayed the heck out of that area. The first time around he sprayed the whole house which was a bonus. It's been another week and I haven't seen any bees. I feel comfort in the fact that the service is guaranteed for a year and face-to-face he's a really really really personable guy. I never felt pressured to buy and I felt like I was only being informed of my options. I ended up buying their premium package which included a one year package, sprays, resprays, traps, and more. The team came out next day to do a full perimeter and interior, remove nests, webs, etc. They wore covers for their shoes when indoors, we're polite, professional, and efficient. All in, they did my 1400sqft home in about 30-40 minutes. Highly recommended.

Three days before my one-year contract ended, I called to cancel and specifically asked to ensure I would not be charged again. Instead of processing the cancellation, I was offered a coupon and told I must call back on the exact contract end date, or I would be charged a cancellation fee. When I called one day after contract ended, I discovered they had already charged me additional month of service the day right after my previous call. Customer service then blamed me for not calling on the exact end date and refused to issue a refund. A supervisor later offered a $20 discount if I agreed to extend the service beyond the contract term, stating that only then could the overcharge be refunded. I declined, as I only wanted the service for one year. The refund was then refused. This experience felt misleading and unfair. I would not recommend this company based on how they handle cancellations and billing.
