Update: I called back after the update here and was able to get an appointment. Brandon was the Entomology Specialist that came out to assess my house for any activity. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I scheduled a trapping program and for some improvements that needed to be done to my crawl space to mitigate against critter access. I now have peace of mind that the critters will be trapped and I won't have this concern anymore; at leadt for awhile: we are talking about Seattle and they ( rats) are this town's dirty little secret! read more

Didn't show up for scheduled appt and kept being told someone would call me and no one did for almost a week and then they finally came out but the guy didn't really know why he was there despite many calls and notes on the account. We Pay for a service under contract and it's the worst customer service I've received from any business in the area. The people I speak to on their customer service line are kind but there's zero follow up by the people who are supposed to actually run the business and do the work. So frustrating, would love to cancel and find someone new. So unimpressed. Please do better. read more

DO NOT HIRE PURCOR. Like other people have said, I'm about to take Purcor to small claims court for the $10k they cost my husband and I to get our crawlspace totally gutted and redone. They do not stand by their work and actually tried to scam us with unneeded repair work We paid purcor to seal up our crawlspace back in 2022 for mice intrusion. We have used them continuously since and the work was warrantied for the life of the policy. Last year they did a free annual home inspection and the inspector said something about evidence of mice in the crawlspace again and he would send a report. The report was never sent despite me asking multiple times for it. Our tech kept coming out and putting traps in the crawlspace. Fast forward to this winter and we're hearing scratching in the crawlspace. The tech came out (who we actually like, no complaint there) and said we needed an inspector to view the space. As we kept trying to schedule that, they insisted it should just be part of the annual home inspection. I mentioned how we didn't even get the last report but fine. He comes out, says there is heavy rodent activity and they're burrowing under the foundation into the space. Rather than sending a home inspection report (again, didn't get one) we got an invoice for $9k+ in repairs and $3k+ to trench along part of the house to put in mesh. Because of the high amount money being asked, we had two different companies come out and review the crawlspace. They both said there was no evident of rodents coming under the house because there was a poorly patched vent they could walk right in from. The company that renovated the space even put that into a letter for us to present to Purcor. We also found out talking to the tech that the inspector told him he tried to repair the same vent while he was under the house so he clearly knew how the rats were getting in. We don't like leaving reviews like that. We emailed our client rep, explained the situation including copies of the invoices for the work Purcor did, the letter from the company explaining their finding and gave Purcor the chance to make this right. We were told our issue was escalated to management and they would reach out. No reply. I emailed three weeks later, asking again if they wanted to make this right to avoid cancelling service and negative reviews. We gave them another week. Still no reply. So we emailed to say we were canceling service and here we are. Do yourself a big favor and pick another company. They do not standby their work. They will not make things right if they mess up. They will try to scam you by pushing unneeded work. read more

Service performed end of March 2026. Tech "forgot" to spray perimeter of house for ants, the main reason I've been using Purcor for 4+ years. Called tech and he returned to finish the $194 March service. Now its May, and there are ants crawling up the exterior of the house and into the soffit. Purcor has a free respray if there are any pest issues between services. Called Sunday, bot scheduled Monday afternoon. No show Monday afternoon, called Purcor. No appointment shown. Rescheduled for today Wednesday 8am with human customer service. 8:04 Wednesday morning call, bot says tech unavailable today, and no reschedule offered. So I'm back on the phone, getting through the bot to a human, who has rescheduled again for tomorrow morning. I have now had to arrange my days to be home 3 times since Sunday. I was taken by the "presentation" their sales staff presented. It was the level of service I expected in a pest control company But once work commenced, there was a sever disconnect between the service sold and the service offered. I paid for pest mitigation, meaning that the pests were to be sealed out of my crawlspace and attic. Work was performed. Money changed hands. But the pests didn't get the message and I am left with mice in my attic. What's worse is that the company refuses to respond to emails and have presented no plan to address the situation. After a month of trying to track down a manager, I gave up and fired them. Here is a list of other "minor" problems with their service -They sometimes came with little advance notice -They sent people unsuited for the task (sent someone to check my property uncomfortable with going into the attic because they "fell a lot." -They showed up once when it was dark and were unable to complete the service, although they happily charged me for the complete service. The inspector Andrew came out and did a very thorough inspection and quoted for service. They have sealed my attic, trapped the rats and gave me a warranty. I had been using Eco Elite since 2016. Loved them. My young children even knew the Tech, because we had mouse infestation that required multiple visits. Recommended them to hundreds of people, via Facebook groups. But since the 2-3 buyouts - currently Purcor - I have CANCELED their service. I've had quarterly service since I started with EcoElite. But with Purcor, Techs don't show up. I scheduled twice, took off work, because I wanted to have the interior sprayed & traps set. Both times, the Tech did not show up. And guess what - I was still billed!! It took over 5 weeks for a supervisor to contact me. I have been a loyal customer and enjoyed this service for years. When they changed from Eco Elite, I didn't think anything about it. I recently installed exterior cameras on my home and I am glad I did. I watched their technician arrive at my home to perform my quarterly service. He was at my home less than 5 minutes. He did nothing! I have a 7,250 square foot lot. He didn't have any spray supplies on, walked to my door bell, walked to the back side of my house, came back to the front, got in his van, and left. He didn't even bother to walk the whole property or attempt to look at my house. He didn't get anywhere close to the house and stayed on the walkways. Who knows how many times this has happened! I called to inform them of this and that I am canceling my subscription. The representative said someone would call me back. Two weeks later, no response. I also emailed and no response. Do not waste your money on a company with such a lack of integrity. They really deserve zero stars to match the amount of service they have provided. read more

We've used this company for years before they were bought up by PurCor (pka Eco Elite). They were great! But not anymore. They've missed several appointments, you cannot ever get in touch with an actual person and when they do finally call you back, they say that their phone systems are messed up and they're not getting their messages or calls. The customer service is terrible! The most recent issue was the straw that broke the camels back. They missed yet another appointment, after we called them back due to what we consider a lack of proper spraying in the first place. When we finally got a call back, after several phone messages, the women we spoke to said that they ran long that day and were unable to come out. No phone call, no text, nothing to tell us that, come on! And this isn't the first time. So we tried to reschedule for that day, but no, we have to wait yet another week, and no timeframe is given, for which she said that the scheduling wasn't done for that day, so she couldn't tell us. She said oh don't worry, you will get an automated call the day before to let you know the 6 hour window....nope, no thank you! We are moving on. Very sad to be honest, we really liked them up until this buy out...merger...whatever. We luckily ran into a guy who we know that works for another pest company, so we're going with them. I've used this company exclusively for pest control the last two years. Three weeks ago, I had them out to deal with an ant infestation. The tech came in, squirted some gel on my countertops, told me to leave it there for two weeks and the ants would go away. They charged me $175 for this "service." Fast forward three weeks and there has been no reduction in the amount of ants. I called them back and was told they "do not guarantee service" unless you sign up for their quarterly maintenance program. They charge $50 to come back to address a problem they could not even manage the first time around. They sure know how to chase away repeat customers. Never again! read more

I enlisted the services of Eco Elite on behalf of my employer (I'm a household manager). The initial service worked out well, so my employer had me purchase a 1 year service agreement. The agreement was to include quarterly services, and I was told that I would be contacted when it was time to schedule. They never contacted me. I contacted them, via phone and email. Silence. After over 6 months, and 2 quarterly appointments missed, I reached out again via email to discuss scheduling an appointment and getting a pro-rated refund for the appointments missed. I never heard back...that was 2 months ago. Today, I received an automated call saying the technician is coming tomorrow. I know my employer did not schedule that, and I for sure did not. I would have given her much more than 24 hours notice, especially since the Stay-at-home order is still in place, and kids are schooling from home. Needless to say, none of us are happy. read more

They completely forgot our spring 2021 quarterly service and then when I called to remind them, they couldn't fit us into their schedule for 30 days. Since then, they have missed 3 separate appointments with us and the only way we know is that we receive an automated voicemail to call their office to reschedule. Their operations are completely messed up. Today was the final straw: We received another cancellation call and when I called to reschedule, they confirmed that although Craig is the assigned tech for our neighborhood, today we had been assigned to Mike but he was out sick. Mike doesn't even know our property whereas Craig does, so sending Mike would have wasted a bunch of my time. Bottom line: FIND A DIFFERENT PEST CONTROL PROVIDER; THESE FOLKS SUCK!!!!!! I will follow up with a more detailed communication via email, but first I believe anyone considering using Purcor's services needs to have all the information they can get. I did email your company using the contact address on your website prior to posting my first review on yelp! and the message I received from your rep was almost word-for-word the same message you posted as a reply to this review. Not helpful!! I have learned that your company is not a pest control company that was founded by someone with an entomological background, but rather a group of investors that formed a corporate service company that buys locally owned companies and consolidates services. The umbrella entity not only buys and operates pest control companies but a range of companies from healthcare to property companies. You are incorporated in Delaware and operate in at least 10 states including Washington State according to the Secretary of State's office. I have had difficulty reaching someone locally regarding my payment concerns. When calling the phone number listed on invoices, I have reached people in Nevada and elsewhere, who have no access to accounts and cannot answer my questions nor find the answers. I have been put on hold for as long as 20 minutes--with a message every minute that I can leave a voice message if I press 1--while they transfer my call. This type of structure may be helpful to the company's bottom line, but does not help the consumer. Further, since Purcor bought out Whitworth in 2020, my price for pest control service increased over 15%. No one at the local office of Purcor can give me a satisfactory answer to where the accounting services are located. I specifically asked since I had a letter from Purcor dated April 15, 2022, that my account was overdue and would be sent to collection. I also received a call from someone named George who gave me the same information. I was shocked, to say the least, and informed him that my bank had mailed Purcor 2 checks for 3 separate services. These payments, mailed to the local office of Purcor, could not be accounted for and no one could tell me why. No other checks mailed by my bank in the past 10 years have gone missing. I followed up with my bank and ultimately stopped payment on the checks. I then hand delivered a check for the full amount of my account to an individual in the local Purcor office on May 5, 2022, and had her sign each of 3 invoices that payment in full had been received. I previously had set up an online account so that I could monitor payments. As of today, an amount equal to one of the cancelled checks has been posted, leaving a considerable balance. Not sure what will happen when my bank will not honor that check. The check that I hand delivered has not been posted. I can no longer trust Purcor to provide pest control. If the communication and accounting services are untrustworthy, how are we to believe that you are trustworthy when spraying our homes with chemicals. read more

I was a happy Whitworth customer until they were purchased by Purcor Pest Solutions. The buyout transition was handled very poorly, failing to communicate with longtime customers. The quality of service and communication dropped significantly. When I'd finally had enough, and cancelled my service, they failed to not it and arrived for the next service without notifying me, doing the work in my absence. When I refused to pay for the unwanted service, they threatened to turn me into collections. They got their $136.10, but they'll never see another dollar of my money and I'll share my negative impression with anyone who asks. Buying another company is a challenge. Success is when the client list you're inheriting celebrates the buyout as seamless or at least doesn't feel ignored and disrespected. Best of luck Purcor. read more

I will add a hearty "me too" to the most recent post on here regarding service post-merger with Mathis. I chose Eco-Elite in large part due to their top Yelp reviews. Service and billing were great until last fall, post-merger. The tech used to leave an invoice on the door, which I paid right away. Without informing me, they switched to email-only billing and I never saw the next invoice (unsure where the email bill went). Instead of a polite phone call, snail-mail reminder, etc. they sent me an abrupt email threatening to send the "unpaid" bill to collections, with damage to my credit score. I thought I got that straightened out and they agreed to invoice me by US mail. Next service date came, I got the bill, I paid it, and they cashed the check (I verified this). Now, two or so weeks later, they send me a reminder about this being unpaid. There are lots of other choices out there and I will be looking at other options. After two big problems like this, I'm not sure what they can do to win back my goodwill but if that happens, I'll update my review. read more

Prior to Peachtree a pest Control being acquired by PurCor, I was an extremely happy client. However, when PurCor took over, they have botched billing (even though I paid for a years lawn treatments in advance!). They suspended my service for non-payment sending invoices that simply read "lawn care-reoccurring". It's been almost 3 months since my last treatment and still don't have this resolved EVEN after almost daily phone calls with promises from the district manager that I'll have a treatment any day now. I am beyond mad and frustrated as I watch my lawn fade from no fertilizer and be overcome by weeds. Was told district manager was doing treatments himself since they were short of help. Never never never had a problem with Peachtree like this. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy! read more

I loved Eco Elite when they were just "Eco Elite." Since acquiring multiple companies (Matthis and Dominion), the customer service has taken a nosedive. I've used Eco Elite for five (going on six) years and am seriously considering switching to any of the random pest control companies that knock on my door every week. First, I am on a every other month service. They have missed TWO service appointments. When I called to ask what was going on, they said that when they merged to a new system, not everyone's appointments were scheduled, putting the onus back on the customer to follow-up OR simply fall through the cracks. The one thing I appreciated about Eco Elite was that I never had to think about it. Now I have to expend mental energy to track and ensure my person shows up. Second, they send me stupid "we appreciate your business" mailers all the time (despite not actually servicing my house). These are a new addition to their marketing approach that can only be taken at face value. In all the mailers I get from them, NONE of them mentioned the new price increase. You apparently get to find out when they invoice you. Third, I called their billing department to ask about the price increase on my bill, I range through their phone tree for TEN MINUTES without anyone picking up. I finally left a message and am awaiting a call back currently. In the meantime, I called the main office to ask them. The prices did in fact go up, without notification. I can make them come down if I put a card on file and opt for automatic payment. I don't autopay anything. So, despite paying my bill regularly and on-time for FIVE years, there apparently is "no other way" to get the old pricing. When I told them that this new system was inequitable and unaccessible, their response: "Thing are changing around here. Some customers like it and others don't." So much for valuing the customer and appreciating my business. read more

We joined their quarterly service the past year and here is our experience: 1. The quarterly maintenance program is a joke. The tech just comes and sprays some essential oils around the house and we pay close to $90 for each of this visit. That adds up to around $360 annually. So unless you request for at least 2 times the full price service ($179 each service), you are wasting your money. You can easily just purchase essential oils, mix with water and spray yourself. 2. They aren't useful when you actually have a problem. When we have a flea infestation issue, they charge us $50 for the treatment. When the tech came, they don't do any inspection or ask us any question to try to understand the infestation so they can target and treat properly. We also specifically asked them to spray garage and around the perimeter before they began, they said ok. But when we checked later, they still didn't spray those area even though they said they would. 3. They were also very stingy in using the solutions and sprays. The products they used advertises they can cover 2600 sqft per can (20oz). Our home is 2000 sqft so supposedly it takes 15oz to cover, but they only used 6oz of spray. It's very doubtful how much area was covered and how effective the treatment would be. 4. They only do half way job. We found out afterwards that they didn't treat our hardwood floor, bathroom floors, and garage floors. When we asked them why, they just said it would be messy. If you ever had to deal with flea issue, you would know you need to treat every section of the floor because fleas can hide in all those crevice. we researched online and do see products that can be used to treat hard surface floors. But they just chose to ignore treating those area. 5. They are incapable of getting rid of your pest. We have been vacuuming daily every square inch of our floor since the treatment as they suggested, but we don't see reduction of fleas after close to 2 weeks, probably because they only did a half way job so the fleas still have place to hide. The whole flea treatment just felt very carelessly and partially done. Now we understand. These guys just do a half way job so it appears to you there has been improvement. But they won't get to the root of your problem to try to fix it permanently for you. That way you can keep calling for their service. You are better off watching YouTube and do the treatment yourself. We will be cancelling our service. read more

This company was great when it was Eco-Elite. I've been a customer on the quarterly plan for 8 years with 2 properties. Noticed a rodent hole yesterday so I called today to have it taken care of. The agent they have answering their phone is incompetent. Could not tell me if this would be an additional charge or not. Had to check with someone else because he couldn't tell what contract I had. PURCOR has very poor customer service. They gave up $1,100 dollars a year rather than set out a block of rodent bait. This company has changed names more times than I can count. I am overjoyed with this company, and technician Roger. I DETEST spiders and Seattle has WAY TOO MANY of them. Big ones too. UGH. Their bi-monthly treatments have been phenomenal in keeping many bugs out of our house. The only reason some come in now is because we have construction going on outside. No problem. I email or call in-between treatments and everyone I encounter is super understanding (even if they laugh at me about the spider rants). I get appointments within a few days. Today, Roger did an exterior high wall dose of spider treatment for really BIG spiders before they get in our house. He treated the problem areas and gave me spider traps to feel even better. I no longer have to keep one eye open at night. Oh! He sprayed for ants at our mailbox, because they were colonizing inside! Yuck. Thank you all! Bless you! We have been with Eco-Elite for ~6 years as of 2019 I think. They're great overall and have made every attempt to rid our house of rodents. We are on a bi-monthly service and it's been great so far. I started with Eco Elite with a quarterly contract. 6 years later, PURCORP suggested a monthly fee to avoid yet another price increase. I had been paying quarterly but consented to a monthly fee. However, they charged my quarterly fee in March '23 and followed up with a monthly fee in April, resulting in my being double charged. With efforts to resolve this, the owner has demonstrated poor customer service, has lied (said they charge at the end of each quarter), refused to refund the April monthly service charge and prorate quarterly service charge, since I canceled service due to his poor communication. I left Purcor because their price increased 40% in 7 years. Also, they weren't doing all the things they did when they started when it was Whitworth. They offered a free annual inspection--translation: find all the things you could possibly spend money on & send me an estimate. They wanted $8K for a clean-out, which I didn't think I would need because Whitworth did that 7 years ago & I thought they'd be maintaining it. Salesman tells me they can't stand behind the former clean-out because if was a different company. It's not my fault that Purcor bought out Whitworth. They wanted another $1400 for a repair. Long is doing the clean-out & all repairs (which Purcor did not itemize) for $4100--includes tax. Purcor doesn't answer the phone any more, so it takes a while to talk to somebody because of the long menu. Long answers the phone. I'm tired of the big companies that think I'm made of money. Didn't receive a bill (I paid every one I got!) and then they bill for two. I call and get told I'm delinquent! Told her no bill received but paid both months. They did it again! I cancelled service in May- paying balance in full on the phone and got another bill in June! Called and was told, oops, she didn't cancel right. I will cancel. Being a landlord is not easy. Particularly for an older home. I have had my share of home issues to deal with over the years. Recently, my tenant reported that they believed that there was a bed bugs infestation. As a result, I looked through Yelp for pest control providers. I came across Eco Elite which had glowing reviews. What drew me in was the price transparency of their services. I didn't have to haggle with anyone about the rate, I knew what my cost would be. The pricing was reasonable, so I reached out to Eco Elite. I talked to Brandon, the owner about the issue and about setting up an appointment. I appreciated the thoroughness of the initial questioning as it turns out there were a few things to be addressed before moving to the next step. The main one being to confirm that the issue was indeed bed bugs. He asked me to provide photos of the specimens as well as how many rooms that the bugs were spotted in. Indeed, it was bed bugs. Once the diagnosis was made, I had the tenant follow the pre-treatment protocol before Eco Elite came in. These protocols are important to do beforehand as it will help to speed up the treatment process to get rid of the bed bugs. The treatment process went smoothly. I appreciated the knowledge that Roger, the technician provided about bed bugs and how they are treated. I was concerned that they could spread through the walls of the home. But apparently bed bugs are like couch potatoes. They like to stay close to the bed. The products that Eco Elite uses are effective and not harmful to people, pets or the environment. I appreciate this approach over a nuke them at all costs strategy like the old days of pest control in when you had to vacate the home to treat the issue. After the treatment was done, it was determined the bed bug issue was not as bad as feared. Thank goodness. I am writing this review several months since the treatment and the bed bug issue has not reoccurred. It is nice to know though that if it did that Eco Elite can come in to do another treatment at a reduced rate. As for the payment process, it was easy. They have a site in which you can enter your credit card payment through. The great reviews for Eco Elite are legit. Eco Elite is very responsive and know their stuff about pest control. They make a problem that is not fun to deal with as painless as possible. read more

This company is doing very professional job and things are very clean. My complain is the price. I have signed a 1 year contract with 6 services, and paid $200+ at beginning. Then I find each service will cost around $90 again. And canceling will result in 50% fee. They probably should say this before grab me into a contract. read more

The Technician, Andrew, was punctual for our appointment at 9 am, easy to work with, and gave me a thorough run through of what his plans were, Overall he did a complete sweep of the exterior of my property, pinpointed potential openings at the base of the rental where rodents could enter and burrow, planted rat traps and utilized gravel to cover up the holes.
