Within a couple of e-mail exchanges we had an appointment scheduled. The tech, Mike, arrived within the scheduled timeframe, explained the removal process, the warranty, and went to work. Mike is a very nice man and is one of the reasons, that if needed, I will call Kelly's Pest Control again. I think he was at my home for about 30 minutes.
