I have come to Jet City... a lot... to repair the screen of my Pixel XL. It costs $143 after tax, and while they have often had to take a few days to get the part in, service usually takes no more than an hour, the team has always been friendly, and the one time there was a mishap (they broke my new screen while attempting to install it), they were extremely apologetic and gave me a full refund on the repair, in addition to fixing it. My iPhone 6s battery was not charging. I called 3 locations about a new battery and Jet City's price was the most reasonable. I made an appointment ant it was done in about 25 minutes. Been going to Jet City Repair for years and keep coming back for the great customer service, quality of repair and guarantee of work. Recently came in to have teenage son's iphone 6S repaired. Many things broken with it (glass, camera, flashlight, battery charger) but my son didn't want a new bigger iphone but keep his old. We didn't know if it was repairable but Alex did an awesome job and fixed everything! It wasn't cheap but not much more than buying a previously owned 6S, which is the only type you can buy now, and I'd much rather support a small local company than big corporate Amazon or others. Breaking your phone screen is never a fun experience, but this place does its best to make it less awful. Best service I've ever had getting my phone repaired. The Apple Store takes forever for a simple screen repair. JCD repaired my screen and installed a new battery and screen protector in 30 minutes. They also have a warranty where for around $40 you're covered for a whole year: if you break your screen it's free. Also ask about the glass screen protector deal: comes with unlimited replacements and installation. Just what this very clumsy person needs! My phone is like new with a new screen and battery. Another amazing thing was that they had a game boy advanced to play with as you wait for your repair. read more

I had my apple watch 4 screen replaced here. I had a friend recommend jet city and the online reviews were very good so I was overly confident walking in. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me the watch wouldn't be water resistant until after the fix was made and I was there to pay. Obviously I wouldn't have spent $275 (including tax) to fix my watch face if I knew it was going to fry once water hit it. I ended up buying a new watch a few weeks later due to water damage. They should be upfront about this on their website and in person when you bring it in. Don't get watch face replaced here. Get a new watch. read more

Jet City to the rescue! I have a Lenovo yoga laptop I purchased from Best Buy, and when one of my keys weren't working I called Geek Squad up for a quick fix. Best Buy told me I cannot even bring it in for them to take a look (because I didn't purchase their own protection plan) and I should look elsewhere. Frustrated, I started dialing every repair shops on yelp with not much success, then I got connected to jet city. Over the phone, Chris couldn't have been more informative and helpful. Once we decided to bring it in, he took a look and provided different options I can take to fix the keyboard. He not only offered to look for the relevant parts, but also suggested that he can swap out another key so I can use it right after. (Like all of us millennials, I enjoy on-demand, on-the-spot solution) I honestly don't know where else I'd go to fix any of my phones/laptops but jet city. The staffs are super amazing with not just their service but also the way they carry their business. Plus, the general vibe of the shop is Awesome too! (Hi Maddie!) Pretty straight goers with charges and service. I cracked the screen of my iPhone 7 Plus accidentally. They fixed the screen in half an hour while I was there. I dropped my phone and the drop unset my SIM card. No issue if you have a regular case but I have an Element Case and it requires a special tool to remove the case. I called Jet City and explained my issue to Noel. He told me to bring it by and let them look at it. I walk in to pleasant smiles and eager hands. Noel promptly took my phone and worked his magic! When I asked him how much I owed him he told me nothing and to enjoy the the city during my visit. I went for a cracked screen and the service was great. They changed the screen and the colors were a little bit off in the new one. When I pointed it out they immediately offered to either correct it or refund me. They swapped it for another screen and told me that if I still wasn't satisfied after a few days of using it I could just go back and get it fixed again for free. I walked into the Apple Store to get my screen repaired (it cracked after a very unlucky drop while I was traveling in Italy). I was told that I would have to wait 1.5 hours for a "walk-in" appointment, and that they would text me when that became available. When asked why I couldn't just simply leave my phone with them and come pick it up when ready, they said that an "in person meeting" was required. When I asked when the next non walk-in appointment was, they told me I would need to wait at least three days. I googled "screen repair" and immediately found Jet City through Yelp. I drove up to their tiny little shop on Wells and was greeted by a super chill guy at the front desk and a beautiful dog snoozing in the corner. He ran a few assessments on the phone to make sure there was no internal damage (literally took less than one minute) and told me my phone would be ready in 25-30 minutes and that I could come back to pick it up then. If I couldn't come back in 30 minutes, I could come back whenever I was ready for it. I had my brother pick up the phone (because I was not available in such a short turnaround!), and he brought it back to me looking BETTER than new. My sister in law (native Korean speaker) said in Korean, "Your phone looks so pretty!!" In sum, I would use this place in a heartbeat again. read more

Sadly I am a repeat customer, their online scheduling was easy to setup an appt and when I arrive the team there is always friendly.
