I needed my screen fixed after the crack on the screen of my s8 nailed the front camera. 1 phone call was all it took for an immediate appt 30min later. Fixed with no initial problems. In an industry that can be shady this place is the opposite!! I received a free Iphone 6s from a friend, but the battery was shot. I requested a quote from Jet City and they replied almost immediately. I didn't make an appointment, but they were able to replace the battery in less than a half hour. It's working great so far. Great location, nice office, allow walk-ins, very fast (especially compared to the Apple Store), and super friendly people. Had a great experience because of this. They know how to treat people. The reason I took 2 stars off: inferior replacement screens. They charge the same as the Apple Store and make their margins off of the spread between market price (Apple Store fix without insurance) and the inferior screens they buy wholesale (presumably Chinese knock-offs). How the screens are inferior: - The home button is a little loose, so I can feel some wiggle. Kind of feels like I'm pushing the button in sideways - There was a horizontal strip of my screen that wouldn't respond to touch, but I went back in and they changed it for me. Assuming this was a servicing issue as opposed to a screen quality issue, but still was annoying to have to go back in - Their screens have polarization issues, so you can't wear sunglasses and see the screen at the same time. The fix for this was to put an ugly screen cover on top of the replacement screen to reverse the polarity issue. (They claimed this was a bad batch of screens and they would call me within a week to come back in and get it replaced, but they never called. Also I'm not sure I want to make the effort to go back again a third time...) iPhone 6 Plus read more

I decided to buy an inexpensive screen/digitizer to replace as I've replaced many previously. Well, it got the best of me and I started to panic as I needed my phone NOW. I was able to schedule a slot first thing in the morning and was let into the establishment early (before opening) and got the trouble shooting out of the way. Super friendly staff. I had my appt scheduled for a Wednesday morning but came in Tuesday after work instead. They had an open spot for me so I did some work in their cool lobby area (free wifi + plugs) and they were done with my phone in 30 minutes. So spring break happened and I cracked my phone screen in Mexico. I immediately searched for reviews and found Jet City because of how quick their turn around time was. I loved that they had their prices on their website and that you could make an appointment online. I showed up two hours earlier and they said they could work on my phone right then. I ran a couple of errands and when I showed up an hour later it was ready! Looks great and I even got the protection plan that if it happens again within a year (I actually dropped it that night as I picked up my dog's poop), they'd fix it. Really nice guy at the front desk! There are cheaper places out there (trust me, this isn't my first time at the "I broke my iPhone screen" rodeo), but the quality here is much better. read more

My Ipad updated the other day and now says "No Service"... sigh. I wasn't sure how to get the sim card out to see if I could get the system to reconnect. The gentleman at the desk when I came in was super welcoming and didn't give off that "Nick Burns computer guy vibe" which I get all too often being a female. Well, please take heed of the iwatch fix complaints. They are all 100% true. Came here with a cracked watch face from a fall from my counter. Honestly, I don't think the watches can be fixed. Unlike other posters they did tell me that their services couldn't guarantee water sealing which is fine. I'm not swimming with this thing. So fine. I get a call an hour or so after dropping off my watch to say sorry for the delay but they ran into an issue. Glass was replaced but my watch was no longer working. They would have to replace it. Fine. Girl calls asks about band I would want and sends me a link... to eBay. So who knows what I am getting. I went in today, they have the watch... and A band ... not the one I asked for but whatever it's not what I need- just want the watch back. Go to pair it... can't pair with my version of my iOs. So still TBD on functionality or anything relating to the phone. When it comes to paying... we are going on 6 days past when I should have had it back. They broke my phone. Replaced it with an eBay refurb and the guy at the counter wants me to pay the full amount- $275+ tax. He was KIND enough to take a whopping $50 bucks off. This was not my first time here, I had a great experience for a couple of phone screen repairs, but won't be back for that either after this experience. Watch still not paired and up and running after all of that. Maybe tonight. Fix your screen if you have to here... just get a new watch or take to Apple. Went to Jet City Device Repair after the geniuses at Apple Repair could fix my broken screen and replace the battery. All they really wanted was to sell me on buying a new phone. told me my phone was 'slightly bent'. So they couldn't fix it, even after another genius said they could. Wasted 2.5 hours of my life dealing with those knuckleheads. Those geniuses are too brain damaged to simply bend it back. Duh! I have to give 3 Stars. They've got good customer service and they are friendly but they don't really do a stellar job. I had my phone repaired here in November. Since it was "repaired" I now have a vertical red hue line that spans the entire screen. I also can't use the touch screen during phone calls. The worst part is that I paid an extra $19.95 for a screen overlay and protection. About 5 days ago the screen underneath the overlay cracked and I am back to square one. It was a waste of money to say the least. I think you're better off going to Apple and paying the $200 upfront, I say this $120.00 in the whole with another cracked screen. I came into Jet City on a whim and was presented with the option of paying them another $89.95 for screen repair. I think I'll pass. read more

Their work is flawless returning some devices I thought were certainly toast to fully operational. They modify their costs according to the work necessary and their turn around time is amazing. My emails are always responded to within an hour, usually under 30 mins. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. They stand behind their work too. After breaking my screen on my iPhone 7, I brought it here for repair. They replaced it and upsold me on a new case and screen protector. Total: $175. The screen protector was not allowing me to use the phone functionally, so that came off after 3 days of frustration. Within 2 weeks the phone was going haywire, typing A and Q constantly, even when not in use, and opening & closing apps. It was determined to be caused by inconsistent pressure of the new screen. I had to replace the phone all together. Complete waste of $175. Cheaper to go through phone insurance or just upgrade. read more
