However, I was always able to eat the.Baked penne Bolognese. When the order arrived the Piadine itself was crisp instead of the usual way it is made. So when she tried to eat it, the chicken and contents came out and it cracked and fell onto her plate. I could not eat much of the Bolognese. It's no longer made like it was before and there was so much oil and very little sauce. Some of the meat was black on one side and I don't know why that would be. at first. I thought it was black olives so I took a bite and it wasn't an olive. I will not be going to Tomatina again. I also ordered the apple crisp which I make myself at home in the fall. The topping was not crisp and tasted a lot like nutmeg but I couldn't taste cinnamon. It was like eating moist oats with some seasoning. I don't know if it contained the brown sugar, but it didn't seem like it did nor did I taste butter. The apples were OK but a bit overcooked. I think Tomatina could do a lot better with a change in the menu and better quality food, with less oil.
