Our office has Mountain Mike's pizza from this location every 3 months. So far it's been fine. The delivery is always on time and we'll have six or seven pizzas, they all get good reviews from the employees here and the pizza gets eaten up pretty quickly. There are a lot of bad options in the area as far as getting your delivery on time and what you ordered. Being this is for an office for a scheduled lunch, there is no leeway on not getting the order on time and right and so far this place has done a great job every time. When you find a good place that delivers lunch on time and right, you make sure to use them as often as you can. read more

Without a doubt the MOST DISGUSTING pizza we have ever tasted. We ordered first thing in the morning as we were going out for the day. First the pizza took over an hour (about 1H 15M) to arrive. I never got to order from here I just had the displeasure of dealing with Dave. The kid is odd I placed a $300 order with a $60 dollar tip and the entire time I tried to place my order he huffed and scoffed as if I was annoying him but I looked past that because I figured he's just a kid idk. Well at the end of my order which I was trying to place for today before I could say anything else he just ended the call with no confirmation. So after 20min I decide I would call back for a name that took my order incase anything went wrong being that I was feeding 40ppl and just wanted to make sure they'd show up. So I call back nicely and I say "hi I just placed my order if I could please just get your name incase I need to reference back the day of" he pauses on the phone then starts giving me random names and I explain AGAIN the reasoning for wanting his name that this is an almost $400 order and I want to be sure that someone will show up. He decides to tell me "my name isn't important and hangs up on me. At this point I'm just done I call back and ask for the manager and he answers again and is being condescending when I ask and yelling in the background "she's asking for my name and that's not important" Im thinking how ridiculous and unprofessional so I canceled the order. Pizza ok, salad bar tired looking, vegetables were not fresh, no vinegar available for salad. No service, you plate your own salad, and most of the condiments are too far away for the average person to reach. They do not bring the pizza to your table. You have to go up to the counter to retrieve it. They also never approached us during the meal to see if we wanted anything else. This Mountain Mike's is not nearly as good as the one on Clayton Road near Ygnacio. read more

(Ranch is $1.25 and marinara is 1.00, how that totaled $8.50, idk.) The cashier who called me was was also confused why their system was charging an additional $6.25. We've been frequenting this location for a while as it's convenient when we want to pick up a few pizzas for dinner, but we'll be rethinking that decision after our last few visits. Per our latest order, we arrived to pick up our 3 pizzas only to discover one was burned around the edges and the sausage on top was almost completely black. We went back to point this out and we were told by the cashier "Oh, that's how it's supposed to look." We didn't accept that answer and were told a new pizza would be made, however it was going to take 25-30 minutes. In that time our other 2 pizzas became cold, and no offer was made to keep them warm. When the new pizza was finished, no apology was given. Simply "Here's your pizza." At least we were allowed to keep the burned one, even though I'm not sure who will eat it... The trip before that, we ordered a chicken curry pizza over the mobile app. Only to receive a phone call that the store did not have the proper ingredients to make it. So we cancelled that particular pizza and changed the order. When we arrived to pick them up, we were told (by the same cashier as the other visit) we owed them $7 and some change. After some back and forth with the cashier we were able to summon a manager, who determined that they actually *owed us* $7 and some change. Had we just blindly listened to the cashier we'd have overpaid for an order that wasn't what we originally wanted instead of actually getting our money back. These issues in addition to the apathetic attitude of the staff, particular this one cashier, have us questioning if we'll be returning to this location. read more

I thought I would give this location a second chance after my first review and experience given that I had spoke to the manager twice as well as to the corporate customer service. Customer service at the corporate level was kind enough to provide me an electronic gift card for a lunch buffet even though the local manager would offer nothing as a result of the horrific experience with my first visit. Unfortunately the poor and uncaring Customer Service continues at this location. They are unable to honor or process an electronic gift card and neither the employees or the manager on duty seem to care or be willing to provide any customer service to solve the issue. Since I did not eat the lunch buffet on this visit I have no way of knowing if the food handling and safety issues I observed on my first experience have been corrected or if you still are at risk eating here. Give him the attitude of employees him and management at this location my strong advice would be to go to any other pizza place for your meal including a lunch buffet. Avoid this location at all cost and perhaps you would be wise to avoid any Mountain Mike's location. read more

Spent $70 on pizza and couldn't get a couple small sides. so frustrating. They charged me $1.50! None of the other mt mikes do this so i will be ordering from concord or Clayton next time. Pizza is a little pricey ( $50 for a Large combo, tip and wings) but we enjoy it. Delivery is prompt and we usually have a great rapport with the employees. Had some reheated pizza this morning and was enjoying it immensely until I bit into an olive pit. I don't think I cracked my tooth but it was quite painful. It seems this could have really been avoided if they had taken a few moments to review the ingredients and pizza.
