Welp, first time here and..... Walked in with an online coupon for a $5.99 foot long and forgot my phone in the car. I let the two other people go ahead of me. As I'm coming back in, I over hear the employee behind the counter asking to see the coupon from online and not really making sense. It was apparent that the employee did NOT want to take the coupon. From what I'm understanding, both Twitter and Snapchat were offering this coupon and people were commenting that some franchises weren't accepting the coupon. Maybe the franchise's should post that the establishment is NOT accepting this coupon. I walked out hungry, confused and sad. * update* I'm going to give the correct rating in terms of customer service. The owner did reach out and explained how his team is trained to look for counterfeit coupons, money, etc. Is that wrong? No. Was I wrong for giving a bad rating? Maybe too quick to judge. When my blood sugar is low, I can be caught up in my feelings. I really enjoy a hot pastrami from Subway. I was really looking forward to it and all I got was "air." Walking in, you can definitely tell this is a franchised Subway. 2 pm on a Sunday - pretty quiet and definitely not busy. It's been awhile since I've seen the Loaded Baked Potato soup available and pizzas -- they do have it here, if you're looking for it. Overall disappointed in my experience at this particular Subway for a few reasons. 1. Cleanliness - spills of drinks all over the drink station that had puddled and you could tell have been there since earlier in the day. Tables outside have not been cleaned off. 2. Portion sizes - when did 3 pieces of bell peppers become the standard for a 6" sandwich? 3. Pizza - undercooked. I asked to have to have it toasted again, after adding my veggies on because it didn't look cooked at all. Originally, it was put in the oven for 25 seconds, the 2nd time, 20 seconds. Somehow, that didn't help. I didn't bother to go back to address my concerns, as when I was in there, the 2 females working spent more time with their backs turned to me and talking to one another that I didn't think the conversation would be worth it. I also had to repeat myself multiple times. It's also a little concerning that the plastic the pizza was wrapped in was cut open with the same knife the sandwich was cut in half with. Employee also didn't swap out her gloves after touching other surfaces (the acrylic) which was clearly dirty with dried spillage and finger prints all over. I placed an order for pick up online today at approximately 11:15 AM. I get to the store at 11:35 to 11:40 AM and both of the female clerks are saying that they did not receive my order. I show them my order confirmation to which my card was charged, and they both refuse to make my sandwich or give me a refund. One of the ladies contacted her general manager, who also told her there was nothing that they can do to help me. I spent my entire lunchtime, trying to dispute this, showing them the proof of my purchase, for them just to fight me back the entire time providing zero customer service. I now spent money on a meal at Subway, that I never got, and was also not refunded for. They straight scammed me out of my money. This Subway location is one of the worst in the area, and I keep giving it a try because it's conveniently located near me. The main staff member with the head scarf makes you feel as welcomed as a bad rash. No greeting ever. I thought I could bypass the uncomfortable interaction by ordering online, but they were out of meatballs at noon on a Monday so I wasted my lunch break picking up my sandwiches only to find out they didn't make them because they were out. It would be nice if the app let you know what you wanted is t available so you don't waste your time. When I went in to pick it up, they ignored me in the express pick up line. A person who came in a few minutes later was helped before me. They really don't do anything to make you feel like you want to come back. I've tried to like this location but after 5 tries I'm done. The Treat and Oak Grove location is so much better in every way. It's worth the extra 10 minutes drive from this location because you don't leave frustrated. read more

I had an awful experience on January 2, 2020 the lady was very rude even when I entered the restaurant I stood for two minutes while one lady had a conversation with another employee that walked in before me and the other continued to do what she was doing in the back eventually the lady asked what did I want to order and I was excited to try the new slider. I told her what I wanted on my slider ; she mumbled wow as she proceeded to make it. I asked what did you say she said it only comes with spinach and cheese and I said oh I didn't know that to my knowledge you can order whatever you want on it. She puts maybe 5 olives all in one spot of the sandwich like there is no effort put into making sure the amount is decent or that it is evenly spread out. Every time I come here it's quick and helpful, friendly service. As I was walking in, a very angry man was cussing out an employee and yelling at her. I work in the service industry so I know how it goes. She still managed to keep a smile on her face greeting me and we actually had a great conversation for a few minutes after paying for my sandwich. I think her name was Nabila? Does not even deserve 1 star. Owner is rude! My husband was in line and the customer behind him gives him a coupon. When he got rang up he clearly tried to act like he had no coupon. Although my willpower could use some work, I do sometimes learn things from the show that help me to make better decisions at a later date. For example, I learned that Subway now serves breakfast and it is healthy enough that the contestants on the show get to go there. (Yes, Subway is a sponsor of the show and the in-episode advertising is quite obvious.) On Friday morning, I was in a hurry to pick up a bite to eat and still make it to my hair appointment on time. Luckily, this Subway was on the way and, in a sea of fast food restaurants and donut shops, really was the best option. The woman working was really nice and quickly put together my egg white, cheese and tomato breakfast sandwich on flatbread. At less than $3, it filled me up for a comparable price to any of the far more unhealthy breakfast choices nearby. read more

I recently had a funeral service to attend and was needed to place a last minute order for a sandwich platter and a few salads. I called at 930AM and from the very beginning, I let them know that this was last minute but I really needed to place a large order and needed to pick it up within an hour, so by 1030AM. The lady I spoke with said ok and proceeded to ask me what I wanted and told me how much it would all cost. There was a bit of a language barrier which may have led to the confusion but MULTIPLE times I said I need to pick it up BY 1030. 'I need it ready BY 1030' I get there slightly after 1030, and the gentleman at the register has no idea what order I'm referring to so he calls over the woman I spoke with on the phone. I asked her if she prepared the order and then she goes on to tell me "no I told you to come and place the order here" .......... WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT FOR A LARGE ORDER? Sit there and wait for you to prepare platters of sandwiches when it's more time efficient to place the order over the phone and pick it up when its ready. Not only were they juggling up to 5 sandwiches at a time they kept them straight, moved with lightning speed, were friendly, and very professional. The sandwich ? Absolutely the worse Subway ever. Just went in today to order a couple sandwiches and a personal pizza. First sandwich she starts adding avacado to it,(which they charge extra for) and I never asked for avacado! I politely told her that it was not what I ordered and she tries scraping it off. i told her I am alergic and she did not understand me, and kept saying I don't understand what you say? Neither one of the two girls in there spoke very good english and they don't listed to anytihng you say. I asked her to make a new sandwich and she said "I use the same meat and cheese!" It was already toasted I was so grossed out I said just nevermind on that sandwich altogether. By toasting it again it would have been dried out! Second sandwich was my brothers, he asked her to put peppers on it. She didn't ask if he wanted lettuse but reached for it, he then said no, I don't want lettuse. She loked up and reached for it again and threw it on his sandwich and then picked it off once he said I don't want lettuse. He still got the sandwich but we were both fuming by this point! Third item was a personal pizza for my son. I told her I want a pepperoni pizza and she made it a cheese and toasted it. Then realized her mistake and tossed peperoni on there cold and boxed it up. WOW! She was very rude when I told her I didn't want the sandwich with avacado on it at all, did not offer to make me a new one, when I asked for a new one she wouldn't give me new meat or cheese (which was already toasted and had some avacado on it).
