I just feel so sad I can't be a dedicated champion. I've been going to this location for almost 4 years. Since the pandemic I've had it delivered. The last 4 times I ordered only 1 was worthy of compliments. The other 3? I learned after the first botched order to ask for extra sauce and cheese - praying it would be normal. Nope. Parts of my pizza has little to no sauce and 0 cheese. So after the first one I completed a Mod survey. They offered me a free pizza. The code never worked. Whatever, I wasn't giving them a negative review for a free pizza. Last week I tried again. Asked for extra cheese, etc. and both pizzas had gaps of no cheese. One really burnt. If you want a break from Subway this place you will like. Build your own pizza! The difference of dough quality is what makes this place really yummy. You can get extra thick crust, gluten free, thin crust, cauliflower crust and even a mini crust if you just want a snack. They got lots of prepared options if you don't even want to build your own like the Mad Dog with lots of meat. The topping options are insane theres at least over 50 to choose from so you will never get bored of it. I personally tell them to put all veggies on mine and it turns out to be a salad with dough on the bottom, sounds gross but dang it's good. They got alot of hot peppers those are my favorite, and the balsamic glaze option you get when the pizza is done is amazing. A small tip is to tell them to put your suace into a cup instead of on top the pizza, that way you can try dipping your slices and try different flavors. The bathroom is private locked which i think all restaurants need. Theres a Mod app you can download to save up points for rewards and also customize your own pizza to go for pickup or delivery. I don't care what anyone says but I'd take Mod pizza any day over regular take out pizza! read more

This is the subway of pizzas. I like the concept of this place. I like that they offer gluten-free crust, soy cheese (which I've tried it really wasn't that bad but I do prefer without the soy). I like that they don't charge you per topping so if you want 10 scoops of chicken on your pizza then that's fine I don't think it'll hold it ....the pizza dough it's self is thin crust. I think you are able to double up on the crust but it's still going to be thin in my opinion. I got there pesto instead of the marinara with roasted garlic cloves and roasted peppers artichokes and a bunch of other fixings. I made it vegetarian. - no I am not vegetarian but sometimes I like a little variety in my life. Haha, my kids got a cheese pizza literally only marinara and cheese on top. I'm not a fan of their normal cheese seems a little too salty. Kids didn't seem to mind they just asked for more drinks. The Northside location is very limited on parking spots. My wife and I ate at this new location in North Spokane for the first time on Saturday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, nice new interior, friendly staff. This is really a build your pizza business model; one price for whatever you put on it. Mod only does thin crust pizza so you start there, add red or white sauces and then as your proceed forward you pick out what toppings you want, then into the oven. I can't believe I waited so long to eat at mod. I have heard it was a good place with affordable pizza, I just never went. That was a mistake! Mod is wonderful! Get a personal pizza with unlimited toppings for 8 bucks. Best deal ever. The toppings were all fresh and tasty. They also have a huge selection of sauces. Like balsamic or "sirancha" just to name a few. I ordered a pesto pizza with garlic and all kinds of other good things. It was so yummy. The servers were super nice and the pizza is ready to eat in only 5 min. They have lots of tables inside and outside for dinning in, but you can easily order to go as well. This is a fun place to go to. I get to choose anything I want on my pizza or salad and don't need to worry about extra charges. Pizzas and salad both are so yummy! Today we ordered to go and once we got there not only did we not get greeted but we stood in the waiting area for our pizza not realizing that our pizza was ready. Probably the worst experience I've had from any MOD. I was visiting from out of state California, with no car or easy means of transportation I decided on Doordashing MOD. When I submitted my order I even called the store and told them I did not want ANY extra sauce added ontop of my finished pizza and that I wanted it on the side. 35 minutes pass and my pizza finally arrives and what did it have on it? Exactly what I had specifically called and requested they don't do. They failed to listen to my specific instructions and because of this I really did not enjoy my meal at all, not only that but since I had no car I was trusting that they would get my pizza done and done correctly. Many of the regular staff recognize us and know our usual order, but two weeks ago we abruptly left the restaurant because the customers ahead of us weren't wearing masks. There were 7 in the group and only one wore a mask. None of the employees said anything to them. I spoke to one of the managers today and he said they were following corporate policy and weren't allowed to say anything or to refuse service. So disappointing that corporate profits are more important than employee and customer health and safety. read more

We hit MOD at the Y with a 15-person one-pizza-each group order, along with the same number of their amazing No Name Cakes. We found out that when you order online the actual location doesn't get the order until an hour or two, maybe, before it's time to be picked up! Which means they handled our order with almost no lead time, and still treated us with the usual cheer and friendliness as they stacked up our boxes for us in the middle of lunch rush.
