We went back in to get sauces and mentioned that we had just gone through the drive-thru and forgot to ask for sauces to which we were told that we would have to pay for them. We always order on the app (we had a gift debit card so we went through the drive-thru so we could use it) and the allows 3 free sauces per item. I don't really care about the money, it was like 54 cents; it's the principle! Charging for extra sauces is still pretty lame, but I kind of understand it a little. But we were just asking for something that is usually free, and I double checked in the app to make sure that it hadn't changed, and I'm frustrated that they couldn't just give us a few sauces without charging us. That is really lame! I can't, in good conscience, give anything higher than 1 star to a place that would charge for something that is usually free, regardless of the how much or, rather, how little is costs.

I counted the black beans there were 12 of them, the extra purple cabbage was less than a mouthful for a kid and they claim they put a double portion in. The bowl looks pretty big except the bottom is a quarter inch higher than the bottom of the bowl. This cost over $12 and it was probably two dollars worth of veggies. The service was horrible and basically got chewed out for criticizing what they did and when I was fed up with it and walked away they said, I can remake it for you. I just shook my head and said no thank you. I'd rather not spend any money here for the rest of my life. They have taken away the counter person favor of five kiosks. Good luck getting any service or asking question when they're catering to the Uber and DoorDash people before they even look at you. Taco Bell management, you've lost your mission. Pathetic.

In the last year, I have actually left the Chipotle at Five Mile mid-order multiple times because they are out of so many ingredients, and driven to this, Newport Highway, location.
