Alright. I know this is probably going to seem a little petty, but today we went through the drive-thru and we forgot to ask for sauces. We went back in to get sauces and mentioned that we had just gone through the drive-thru and forgot to ask for sauces to which we were told that we would have to pay for them. We always order on the app (we had a gift debit card so we went through the drive-thru so we could use it) and the allows 3 free sauces per item. I don't really care about the money, it was like 54 cents; it's the principle! Charging for extra sauces is still pretty lame, but I kind of understand it a little. But we were just asking for something that is usually free, and I double checked in the app to make sure that it hadn't changed, and I'm frustrated that they couldn't just give us a few sauces without charging us. That is really lame! I can't, in good conscience, give anything higher than 1 star to a place that would charge for something that is usually free, regardless of the how much or, rather, how little is costs. read more

Every time I come here it is terrible. Terrible food, always lukewarm. Terrible service, slower than molasses. Drive in ambiance is fine but isn't making up for lack of everything else. Last time I was here the worker was very rude because I was concerned on whether they gave my order to somebody else. My screen said they were on their way, then it ended and said thank you for your business. But I didn't get my food, so I pressed the button to ask but they wouldn't let me finish a sentence, he kept rudely interrupting me and then hung up. I understand that perhaps they knew but the fact I couldn't even get my concern across nor reassured it was very rude. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes for 2 orders of Mozzarella sticks. read more

I created a yelp account just to hopefully save the next poor soul who thinks they want to go here. If you know spokane, you know fast food is a myth. This place is the poster child for Spokane fast food service. Workers have no urgency or leadership. "We'll get it done when we get it done" type attitude. 2 times i have been- both times were incredibly long wait times just to get to the window to pay. Another 7+ minutes to get our order. Workers are always angry. I almost felt guilty for making them work. I feel bad i went there because 1) it wasted my time and 2) I made them have to work, which they obviously don't want to do. read more

Watched at drive through window as worker made my shake, only to see her scoop the ice cream back into the cup with her bare hands not once but 2 times and remove the cherry on top with fingers for who knows why then put another in it. Usually I love coming here! But over the past month or so the customer service I have received and watched is absolutely ridiculous! I watched a worker yell at somebody in the online pick up order then throw something at him! It was absolutely disgusting. And the food has been coming out cold. They even forgot about me one time while I was waiting in the car hop after I went in and told them where I was I waited for another 15 minutes just for them to have completely forgotten about me. And don't even get me started on how many times my orders have been wrong at this rate I don't even say anything anymore because they huff and puff when I tell them I need it fix. Went here for lunch on Wednesday because I was getting my oil changed at the dodge dealership next door. I ordered a popcorn chicken and a jalapeño double cheeseburger combo. I can honestly say this was one of worst fast food meals of my life. As soon as I started to unwrap the burger, lettuce exploded out of the wrapper as there was an overwhelming amount. The burger had no real taste to it, I felt like I was eating a pile of mush. I struggled to finish half the burger before I threw it away. The popcorn chicken was more like popcorn popcorn breading an unappetizing. I was lucky I had the afternoon off because I felt sick for the rest of the afternoon. The tater tots were the best part of the meal as it's hard to mess those up. Do yourself a favor don't resort to eating at this location as there are many other dining options in the area. read more

He stops by Sonics Drive In and grabs himself a cherry limeade with freshly squeezed lime to quench his thirst before heading out for tonight's festivities!! This location is easier to get to than the one located on Ruby and it also has a lot more parking available. I'm not a huge fan of their food but we definitely love their drinks, shakes or slushes!! With so many different flavor selections, fruit and candy toppings, every drink is a new experience!! This is probably our favorite location!! Good service and great drinks!! I went to sonic because of the app. I was ordering a sundae for my wife. One of those tough days treats. In the app there is the option for topping. One of the most simple toppings "nuts" was a option. I saw that and as silly as that sounds it is a good part of a sundae. McDonalds stopped having nuts so I stopped getting sundaes there. I added nuts to the order. Picked up the sundae and first had to remind the server for a spoon and when he returned i mentioned that there was no nuts. He said they dont have nuts. I was shocked at what I saw the other night while waiting at the window for our food. A worker inside was cleaning the counters and stocking several items- She had a package of Oreos in one hand & repeatedly kept pulling out fists full of Oreos with her bare hands to stock them. I don't care how "clean" you are, it doesn't look good to customers waiting at the window for food in which they have just watched you touch with your bare hands after cleaning countertops with who knows what on them, dirty rags, chemicals etc. Definitely made me question all of the food we just got :( read more

Just went through the drive-through. This has to be the worst food I have ever had at a drive-in. My wife and I both got the double cheeseburger. Burgers were cold cheese was cold and the buns chewy. They were either old; Somehow reheated in the microwave and then put in a drawer to serve to customers later when they were cold and therefore chewy Really disappointed. Would never go here again. We had super sonic double bacon cheese burger, crispy chicken burger, and NY hotdog. And of course, we needed to get a caramel sundae for dessert. We love the Sonic brand and looked forward to enjoying the food, but we were terrible disappointed with the customer service and food at this location. We wanted to add Onion Rings to our order, but they kept replacing our side order of tots or fries with the onion rings. They didn't ask us to review our order before we purchase, luckily we caught the mistake before we paid. After getting them back on the kiosk we had to explain to two different people what we wanted. Upon receiving our food, they missed the tots and onion rings. The car hop went back inside after making excuses for the "new gal" to get the hot food we ordered. We also noticed the dipping sauce was missing for the chicken. All in all this was tasteless and disappointing visit to Sonic. We will definitely stick to the division location from now on. read more

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a brownie batter shake and a strawberry cheesecake shake. Got my order and drove off into the parking lot. Took a drink of the batter shake and it was an Oreo shake. Opened the lid and sure enough, it was Oreo. Pure white vanilla ice cream and Oreo chunks. Mind you I have gone to this sonic every week for the last 5 weeks after my pt apts, and I get the same brownie shake every time. I told her it's supposed to be brown and have brownies in it. Not Oreos. She told me "well our machines must have just been cleaned. I made it myself, so I know it's right". Well if your ice cream machines get so dirty that it turns vanilla ice cream brown, the food dept needs to be called. After discovering my shake was wrong, I looked in the strawberry cheesecake shake and it was literal soup. Not frozen at all. I just ordered 3 mins earlier and had put it straight into a thermal bag to keep it cold. End of the story, the 20 year old manager who makes way too much wouldn't replace either shake. She offered me a spoon for my soup shake. Great customer service. I or my family and extended family will no longer go to this SonIc. I see why your rating at this particular store is so terrible. The every so often .50 cent corn dogs are worth maybe a nickel. They are so small, tasteless, all batter, etc. I find it hard to believe any corn dog is not worth.50 cents but they were so bad we didn't even finish them. I'd like to think it was an off night but this was the special of the day. Too small to even call them mini corn dogs. read more
