This location is ALWAYS short staffed. Sometimes to the point where you have a long wait for your food. They usually compensate you for it but I have noticed a high amount of people using those free meal coupons they give you when you complain of poor experience. I also once got a raw patty of chicken on a Homestyle Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich there. I got to talk to corporate about that because it is a weird thing it seems and they called me about it when I complained via their website. The food is terrible. The service is terrible. The bathrooms are filthy. Not kidding, the tacos we ordered were ice cold! I'm not talking not hot. I'm talking ice cold. They were greasy as well after standing and waiting for so long I figure they must have cooked them and then let them sit while I was waiting. Burger buns were stale. There were no other customers in the restaurant. I should've known better when we pulled into the parking lot and there were no cars. There were five workers though! They were playing loud rap music with filthy language. I'm glad we didn't have any children with us. Or elderly parents! The order was put in wrong and then when I explained it to him that they put mayonnaise all over the sandwich I would've asked them not to. They argued with me and never made it. I'm definitely not the person to write reviews but when I stop on my way to work to grab a sandwich for breakfast and just get ignored in the drive through I get pretty upset. Would definitely give 0 stars if possibl. When I pulled in there were TWO people sitting down in the lobby playing on their phones (one of them had the drive through headset on as well) . I sat at the menu for about 3-4 minutes to see if they would say anything but to my surprise they completely ignored me. They are generally pretty unfriendly and on tonight's visit went on a rant about being short staffed and wanting to just walk out and close up behind them. Our worker was very moody from the start. You could tell he didn't want to be there, and treated us as such. Within our order we asked for plenty of sauces, nothing specific but the point was having a variety of them to go with our varied food. Once, we had gotten back home we discovered the travesty. The worker had supplied us with ranch. Not 5 of them, no. Or 8. He had given us 11 ranches. Just ranch. He knew I had ordered loaded tiny tacos and egg rolls. Now I love ranch but, not the best sauce for either of those delicacies. I just needed one sweet n sour to which was MIA. Im now at a loss for words and very disappointed with Jack. I have been coming to this location for some time now and the service has always been great however today July 15th approximately 5pm was not the case. I was in the drive thru and the young lady who was taking my order seemed very out if it not getting my order correct and leaving the screen blank then asked me if the order on the screen is correct. The screen was blank which when I informed her it was she replied with "oh I am in the back and the guy up front must not of put it in. There are you happy now sir?" At that point I decided this was to much and decided to go inside to speak with a manager. I realized I needed to grab a mask to put in so I did proceeded inside and walked in to see all employees wearing masks and a guy walk out of the back no mask shirt wrinkled untucked unbuttoned and chest hair out. He literally looked like he was asleep in the back wiping his nose as he walked out. I asked him very politely may I speak to a manager please and he in return said "I am what do you want?" I was blown away at what I was seeing and how I was being treated and he said "Well these are my employees and I will always take their sides no matter what and I dont need to hear yours" he told me get the "F" out of his store or he will call the police that I am trespassing all for trying to file a complaint. He kept being rude so I started to record him because he acted as if he was untouchable. Once I did he changed his demeanor and started acting like how he should have so I decided just to leave and once I did he laughed and started cussing at me as I left saying yeah buddy gtfo! There was fries and food all over the floors around him in the video and the fact that he had his shirt unbuttoned with chest hair out and no mask handling food was disgusting. Very disturbing and very rude. I didnt even mention any of it seeing I couldnt even file a complaint about poor customer service. I think this is just absolutely unacceptable when we spend good money at these places and get treated this way. I don't eat here anymore. I work the swing shift and I used to drive here for my early morning lunch break. I have grown very tired of McDonald's breakfast sandwiches. I enjoy an early lunch. Jack in the Box serves burgers at all hours. I made the mistake of ordering two beef tacos at 9 am. They quickly gave me two 12 hour old tacos. I don't know if they retrieved them from the garbage or from under the heat lamps. The tacos had a line demarcating the greasy half from the crunchy top half. These two tacos were old old old. The worst part is, since I didn't want to go back through the drive through and wait, I ate them anyway. This is probably the sketchiest thing I have ever eaten. I won't return. read more

We decided to try the "butter" burgers; what a mistake! Upon entering the establishment, I asked the evening manager if they cooked the bergers to order or were they made earlier. He assured me that they were cooked to order, so I ordered one with fries well done. Not only did it take longer than usual to get the meal, but the burger was luke warm (a sign it was not cooked to order) and the fries were NOT well done -- and also luke warm. When he came by our table and asked how things were, I told him about the luke warm food and he just shrugged his shoulders! (really, what could he say?). I recently visited this location/ franchise for the first time in 10 years, upon arriving I was excited to finally try their food for the first time in ages, I have prior experiences managing in the fast food buisness and I can say this place is nothing but unprofessional, the dining room was unclean, they were out of every other menu item, and even tho there were only two other parties inside of the restaurant my family did not receive their food for almost 25 minutes, clearly the workers in the kitchen weren't working because I saw half of them standing around talking, and laughing around. But probably most disappointing of all were these last two complaints, the food was awful.... Everything was almost sloppily thrown together, Or just flat out dry and stale, and there was puke in the parking lot as the cherry on the cake overall I won't be visiting this location again and some serious changes of staff need to be made because it's a nice restaurant location and has potential to be more than it currently is. read more
