Some of the Mexican candies. Not pictured, but my favorite was a mango flavored lollipop coated with chili powder.

Went in on Tuesday for all you can eat tacos. The tacos are basic, but the ingredients are flavorful and taste fresh. You can choose chicken or ground beef tacos, and I got to try both. For less than $14 after tax, it's a great price for unlimited tacos. They serve you chips and salsa, 2 tacos, plus refried beans and Mexican rice. You can then request more tacos, beans, and rice when you finish what you have. There was also a bowl of Mexican candy you could take from near the door, which I've never tried before. Chili powder and fruit flavors actually go quite well together. I removed a star from my rating because the service was a bit slow. After I finished my plate, there was a long wait before the server came back so I could ask for more food. I also wanted to try their cheesecake chimichangas, but they were out. Despite this, the service was good and so was the food. I will likely be back.

Saturday at noon. Attentive service and colorful atmosphere. My husband's mole' was incredibly good. My burrito had dry, hard beef chunks and lacked flavor. That was a bummer for me.

Great food and service. I am partial to their shrimp (al mojo de ajo and fajitas). Fajitas come out sizzling. Nice touch with cucumbers in the water. We came for the taco discount on Tuesday initially that was lackluster but as we explored their menu more found a lot of delicious options. Hubby loves their enchiladas and they have a great margarita that is $7. The waitresses are all really sweet and it's great for families.

I drove by many times and didn't realize this restaurant in the strip mall. I'm so glad I finally did. It's a gem. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The open kitchen was fun to see and the murals are beautiful and vibrant. Especially the wall filled with Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. The restaurant is very open, clean, and has lots of seating. We were greeted with fresh chips and delicious salsa. Staff was attentive and answered all our questions. We both chose enchiladas and we were very happy with our meals. Our meals were hot and cooked to perfection. The beans were the best I've had in Spokane so far. I asked for a hotter salsa and the one they brought was perfect. So much flavor and the right amount of heat. The house margarita was probably a mix. I just prefer fresh squeezed juice for my cocktails. But there's other options to cleanse your pallet. The food was so freaking delicious that I didn't blink when I paid the bill. It was more expensive than some Mexican restaurants in town but it was worth it. At one point the entire staff came out to sing happy birthday to a table next to us. The friendliness of this place will keep me coming back, and I already crave those enchiladas again.

Tasted like any other chain Mexican restaurant I've been to. Staff were friendly and on top of things until the end. I feel like I could've gotten my check sooner. They did not warn me about the super hot plate so be careful. It was pretty empty when I went so felt like a mix between fast food/dine in. Plenty of parking and decent amount of tables. I had a combo taco and enchilada with ground beef, rice, and beans. I did like that they gave me so many toppings on my taco that it made a tiny side salad.

Real, Good Mexican with Quality Service? Got here 5 minutes before closing; we're only customers. They happily seat us and the server is great, chips and salsa, taquitos, tacos all on point. As long as you call to confirm their hours, it should be a good stop. Restaurant is clean as well.

Great flavors here. And let me tell ya, they feedbag ya here, too. Big thumbs up to Yelp friends' reviews that led us to visit today. The menu is very similar to most of the Mex joints in the metro, but thankfully they are not playing it safe with recipes that cater to folks that are timid of spices. I tested them with Chile Colorado, and instead of a benign, basic red sauce, I got sabrosa gravy with an impressive depth of chile flavor and gentle smokiness. It made me feel like I was sitting in an abueala's kitchen. Big, big chunks of beef in the order. This was not a wimpy plate. Carnitas Fajitas? What? Wifey went straight for them, and such a simple protein exchange from the expected norm (beef/chicken/shrimp) wound up being something that we hope other places will consider attempting. Nice folks in here, too. This place is a total win, and certainly in our Mex rotation now...

Easily the best Mexican food I've had in Spokane in the last 10 years. Location is new to them and it's super clean. Open seating in a large dining room but it's not too cavernous. Staff is super friendly with spot on service. Steak fajitas were awesome and pretty large portion. Right balance of meat to veg. Tres Amigos platter was too much food for my wife to finish. Chile relleno was her favorite. This was not inexpensive at $23 for each entree but the value was there for me. Between the quantity and flavor of the food it was worth it!!

It's a taco!

Open a week, good time to try it. You get refried beans with your chips! Probably not the location for intimate dinners, it's a wide open room - fmr location of Kabob which I was sorry to see go. Since I think Spokane could use a middle eastern restaurant more than another Mexican restaurant it seems a dubious transition and tbh the location isn't great, either. Anyway, mole was very good, the tacos were tacos though I wish they'd had onions... I prefer black beans to refried but that's just the way it goes, I'll remember to ask next time. Thumbs up and will do again!

I was a bit skeptical coming here after seeing the rating from the old, closed, downtown location. However, one thing I know now after eating here is to not base your decision on the old location reviews. The carne asada was well done and flavorful The enchiladas were great (especially the red sauce) The tacos were good The salsas were great (not hot enough for me but that's my preference) And the margaritas were perfect!!!! You'll thank me later after coming. Cheers.

Tacos Authenticos with chicken. Yummy!

This was a great little spot for dinner. Service was excellent. The mango lemonade was the best I've ever had! Not a 5 star as the food needed a bit more salt to enhance the wonderful flavors. Will go back again!

Over priced and has no flavor, the salsa was easy the worst I've had around Spokane. Waitress was amazing and so kind though!!

What we ordered: * Whipped Honey Cornbread: Seared edges, whipped honey butter, and scallions. Honestly addictive. Sweet, buttery, slightly crisp on the outside and soft inside! I just can't stop eating them * Hush Puppies: Served hot and crunchy with Louisiana Come Back sauce. Simple but really well done, especially with this dipping sauce. * Poached Pear Salad: Sweet poached pears, with a nutty flavor from candied pecans and dried cherries. I don't like goat cheese so I just pretend it didn't exist Light but flavorful, with a nice balance of sweet and tangy to pair with 2 heavy dishes above. * Voodoo Pork Chop: My main dish, I was surprised with the huge portion (10oz chop), served with collard greens, creole sauce, and sweet potatoes. Pork was incredibly tender and juicy, a bit salty but this is one of the best ones I've had in a while. It honestly felt like two servings and is definitely shareable. Extremely extremely extremely underwhelming for a $148 tab…read more The leisurely is an option where the entire table has to participate. They charge you $57 a person, and you share the meal. I felt as if our server should have told us immediately that this was a shared option, but even then to make every person pay $57 is nuts for the portion of food that you receive. We are content creator, so we happen to record every dish that we received. ( the leisurely) First thing they brought out was roasted nuts and marinated olives. (6/10). Some of the olives were hard, but the roasted nuts were pretty good. 2. My wife is allergic to shrimp so they were gonna bring out the grilled ponds but instead the chef decided to bring out brussels sprouts. (2/10). It was awful. I almost gagged legitimately, and my wife felt the same, the brussels sprouts also had a foul smell to them as if they were spoiled. - it was paired with the winter salad. In my opinion, that was the second best thing that they brought out. It was very rich in flavor, colorful as well. 3. They then brought out some pasta. Tagliatelle Pasta. This is the best thing that they brought out. The noodles were fresh and the meat choice ( roast) paired very well and it was mildly flavorful, enough to swing both ways but we'd say it swung in the right direction. I'd give it 8.5/10. 4. They then brought out steelhead trout with couscous and cauliflower with roasted carrots. - I think the audacity to give two full grown adults. A 1/3 portion of fish is quite literally disrespectful. It was so disrespectful until it just made me want to leave even more than I did whenever they brought out the brussels sprouts. The piece of fish itself was not seasoned, but it happened to pair slightly with the couscous and whatever sauce. It was quinoa actually.. (6.5/10) flavor wise. I hate really complaining about food, but this was so underwhelming.. that I may have contested the bill if my baby didn't poop out of his clothes during the visit. I will likely update this review with all of the photos once we upload the video just so everyone get an idea. ---- Overall, we would've been much happier, ordering individual dishes off the menu. I don't want to shit all over this place because I do believe it has potential, but I would not advise anyone to do the leisurely. The couple behind us actually didn't eat any of their food either and they apparently chose the same option and she was very upset so I'm glad that we weren't the only ones. I don't think we will return back to this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

This flavorful dish was beautifully presented with ample prawns. It was extra saucy and a on the sweet side, which I didn't expect for phad thai but was glad I tried .
