Every time I come here, they have excellent service, very friendly staff, and my pizza turns out delicious! Fresh ingredients and they cook your pizza quickly and to perfection. You can make your own pizza or salad or select one off of their menu. I also really love their iced tea and (sonic) ice.

It's not your typical pizza joint. It's kinda Chipotle style fast food pizza. You walk up to a counter and order your pizza as they make it in front of you. The place has the ambience of fast food corporate chain feel to it. You have several choices in size: Mini (6"), Mod (11") and Mega (11" thick crust). Several sauces: sweet bbq, garlic rub, extra virgin olive oil, garlic pesto, signature tomato sauce, spicy Calabrian chili tomato sauce, and creamy alfredo sauce. Several cheeses: asiago, plant-based cheese, feta, gorgonzola, mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta. Several choices of meat: anchovies, crispy bacon, canadian bacon, grilled chicken, seasoned ground beef, mild Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, spicy chicken sausage and plant-based Italian sausage. Several choices of veggies: artichokes, arugula, black olives, broccoli, corn, chickpeas, cucumbers, garlic, green bell peppers, jalapenos, hot peppers, mushrooms, etc.... And several finishing sauces: balsamic fig glaze, sweet bbq swirl, hot buffalo sauce, Mike's Hot Honey, etc... Besides making your own type of pizza you can also pick cheese only, one topping or eight signature pizzas: Mad Dog, Tristan, Dominic, Lucy Sunshine, Jasper, Dillon Jame, Calexico and Caspian. Besides pizza there are also 3 sizes Mini(side), Mod(individual) and Mega(family) with 5 different salads: Unlimited Toppings, Caesar, Garden, Greek and Italian Chop. I picked a Mini garden salad w/a house dressing and a Signature Mod pizza:the Mad Dog with added veggies. It was cool seeing it being made. And the pizza makers were very friendly. I then went to register and paid for the items and a drink for a modest price equivalently to the price of a medium pizza only. They called my name and I picked up my order. I chose to eat there again similar to Chipotle in design. The salad and pizza looked good and tasted as good as most salads and pizzas I've had. It's nothing to brag about but it's good. If you're in a hurry for pizza and don't want a restaurant feel I recommend Mod Pizza.

the thin crust tasted like a rye burnt cracker. The sauce was tomato paste straight out of a can. The salad was mostly old yellow root parts & the dressing tasted like str8 up cherry vinegar. Both the pizza and salad were missing ingredients.

I came here quite often when they first opened and was surprised to see that I had never left a review. I've been on a 6-7 year hiatus from here for logistical reasons only. It's a half hour from my office and about 40 minutes from my house. But a temporary assignment in Reno for a week took me back here twice Let's get out of the way that I'm a former NYer, so I have a standard for pizza and being gluten sensitive has made me winnow it down to only good pizza is worth eating. MOD fits both those categories for me! The concept is simple. You go through the line and choose your sauce, cheese, toppings, etc. The employee puts it together for you. You can go thin crust, double crust or gluten friendly. They truly are artistic when it comes to putting it together from the way they swirl the sauce to the last finishing touch. All the employee are nice, polite and helpful! They bake it to perfection and while it might not be as authentic as Grimaldi's it is perfectly executed in its own right The place is definitely casual and reminds me as if Starbucks opened a pizza place. The decor is hip, music is pleasant and don't forget to try the No Name cake!

Just wanted to update since I come here often- love that you can add whatever you want and still know what you're paying. I always add all the veggies and some cheese, make whatever you want! The pesto sauce is out of this world! Staff is always the bees knees.

Went to lunch with coworkers. I got the spinach artichoke with jalapeños and hot honey. There were big chunks of artichokes!!! The combination of jalapeños and the hot honey complimented each other. The pizza crust was thin and crunchy/light/airy and the cheese sauce melted everything wonderfully! I ordered online for pickup and their online page is user friendly. Employees behind the counter were helpful and friendly, and the place was clean and inviting.

At the end of the day, I understand business. However, I believe that if a customer is nice and ask for some thing. They should get it. Today I had the unfortunate meeting with the manager (male with a beard )who LITERALLY WOULD NOT add extra olives to my pizza EVEN THOUGH I ASKED.

Pizza is delicious. However I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, They told me they couldn't find it. Then I was told it got missed and they had to make it. I waited an additional 15 minutes. That being said, their correction time was great. They had it ready pretty fast and They also gave me a coupon for a free pizza for the inconvenience. read more

Vegan friendly pizza that is also super affordable! This place is great. The pizza here is pretty good, and what I loved the most about it is that you can get any toppings and it's the same price. My workplace wanted pizza so we ordered from MOD and it was really a nice situation. Everyone just got their own pizza for the cost of a sandwich and drink or something like that. The topping options are diverse and they have vegan cheese, so the vegans all had no issues, everyone got exactly what they wanted and most people had leftovers. read more

This 5 star review comes from a different place than usual. Most new pizza places hit it off or crumble short of expectations with little middle ground. As for the pizza, it was better than expected. Crisp, fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. At just under nine dollars for unlimited toppings and a happy atmosphere this place was a sure winner. But tonight there was a person who fell from their chair and seemed to hit their head. Without missing a beat, the mod pizza crew were delivering ice, and calling an ambulance. This was a sign that the employees cared about more than making a few bucks. Faith in humanity restored. For good pizza and good people, give MOD a try! read more

I'm surprised by the friendliness every single time I walk in. The pizza is good enough to come back on a weekly basis, even with the eerie feeling you get from the employees that greet you. It seems as if they're all on a robotic setting to say "WELCOME IN," that gets triggered every time that door opens. Great pizza otherwise! read more

First visit to MOD Pizza. Loved it. Perfect serving sizes and you can pick your toppings. Very tasty. Employees are very friendly and acknowledge when you come in and when you leave. Love MOD Pizza. Their gluten free crust is so much better than anything else here in town, and their vegan cheese is so yummy. So glad we have a place that is allergen free and tastes good at the same time. Love that I can build my own pizza with all the toppings I love and they pile them on. Hannah the Manager is so great, we had an experience where the gluten free crust tasted off. She got right on it and made sure the crust was reordered and then gave us our meal for free and when we came in the following time gave us another meal for free! Wonderful customer service and we will definitely be back to our favorite pizza place! read more

I like the personalization and size of this personal pizza...no need to argue over toppings any longer. Service was speedy though I didn't appreciate the "blue lives matter" hat that one of the employees was wearing. I've tried this restaurant a few times already. Really like the setup of a set price and you can build your own pizza if you so desire. Pizza is good and I have not been disappointed yet. What I'm really impressed with and what sets this pizza place apart from the rest is their customer service. When they are not busy on the pizza line, they come out to the dining area to check on the customers and remove their dirty/empty dishes off the tables. The crew are upbeat and friendly. Hope they keep that up. read more

This place is really solid. I had never been to a personal pizza place before. It's like a Subway for pizza. I was skeptical but they make really tasty pizza very quickly. Pizza was good but after eating it me and my fiancé got really sick. Thought it might of been something else but the next day when we ate the rest of the leftover pizza we both got sick again. My favorite quick lunch stop when I'm out on the town shopping or running errands. Let's be honest though, I'm really there for their pear iced tea. IT'S AMAZING. What I wouldn't do to know where they get it or how they make it. My other favorite? The mama hot peppers (name?). Just enough kick on a pizza...and they're always more than happy to load 'em on for me! read more

Mod pizza is a really nice change from all of the other pizza spots in town. I've been wanting to try it since they have vegan cheese and I was not disappointed! I like the fact that you are able to build your own pizza! They have many options to choose from and they make it right in front of you. Staff is friendly, place is clean, and great people working. The restaurant is laid back, and a few patrons eating inside appeared content enjoying their meals. The restaurant seating is basic, seats aren't luxurious or entirely too comfortable but for a quick bite on a week day, you can't complain or shouldn't...only enjoy.

I have been eating Jomboy's since I was around 12 and enjoying their shrimp tacos since it was added to the menu. There is typically a white creamy sauce on the shrimp and the garnishes included are mild to medium to complement the shrimp, not overpower it. The corn shell did not had the signature dusting on the exterior, but it had to be sought out versus being easily viewed as typically received. The exterior of this Jimboy's in heavily uncared for, is run down in appearance and does not reflect the exterior of a single Jimboy's I have ever frequented. My husband asked if we were in the right place! I would not recommend this location and advice to keep your money for a different establishment. Very disappointing experience and the first I have ever had at a Jimboy's with their food.

OH WOW! I stopped in to grab lunch to go today and was welcomed in to such a fun atmosphere, every employee seemed truly excited and happy. I ordered two pizzas Caspian (BBQ chicken) and the Calexico (Buffalo Chicken). I also picked up the seasonal shake "lemon drop" and two of the "no-name cakes". I was one of the first 52 in the door (unknowingly) and was surprised to find out my pizza would be at no charge! -This had no bearing on my rating, just thought I'd mention it- The pizzas were both AMAZING, crisp but chewy crust, delicious high quality cheeses (mozarella and gorgonzola), high quality toppings. Also their ranch is amazing. The milk shake was delightful, great flavor and not too thick. But those no-name cakes. OMG those no-name cakes. AWESOME Place!! We went to lunch today for our normal Friday afternoon luncheon together and decided to try this new "superfast" pizza place. I'll be frank, I wasn't too excited because we discussed possibly doing Costa Vida which is one of my favorite places ever but I was down to try a new spot! The environment was warming, the food was delicious and really the only thing I didn't like was how flimsy the cups were but it didn't even bother us that much! I love how the toppings were no cost and you can create your own pizza and everything is priced really well! AND you get to leave little note stickers on the walls! LOVE it!! I came in this evening during a rush of under 10yo cheerleaders and their parents. I set my standards low for the staff, to be understanding of their overwhelming evening. To my surprise, they rose to the occasion quicker than my pizza dough. The price was unbeatable for the amount of pizza you get. Unlimited toppings equals unlimited happiness. My new favorite way to have pizza! We have a couple of these fast fire BYO pizza places in the area now and this one is the best. Unlimited toppings for one flat price, ingredients are fresh and the crust is the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy. So many options. Everything looked fresh and they even have fresh roasted garlic and seasonal roasted brussle sprouts. So tasty on my pie. This is where personal restraint comes in.
