Hannah is amazing!!! The pizza is delicious and you chose what you want on it and get this...you don't pay extra for additional toppings the crust is the best I've tasted. They have a small selection of craft beers and on Tuesday drafts are $2!!! You have to go there and support a new great pizza place read more

As we pulled in, we were greeted by employees from the parking lot. We walked into a fun, energetic environment and immediately felt like friends. The staff was knowledgeable and took the best care of us. Not only was the team amazing, but the pizza is unbeatable! You pick your own toppings, they build it in front of you, then you enjoy the wonders of a MOD Pizza! Thanks for everything guys! We'll definitely see you again soon!! read more

Very good pizza! We live in Sacramento and we have our own MOD. Decided to give this one a try. Equally delicious. Staff was very friendly as well. Would come back read more

Great value, and if you don't like your pizza, then slap yourself for choosing your own toppings!

Super happy to have Mod in Reno. Great service and the same great pizza you have come to know and love. Good location as the parking is easy. read more

I had heard great things about this place and decided to try it out. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by really happy and friendly people. If it is your first time there they patiently explain how this restaurant works. I absolutely loved creating my own pizza. Toppings are limitless! Super delicious. The server Justin was very nice and gave excellent customer service. Definitely coming back! read more

I can't say enough about this place. Rather you call it the subway of pizza or the chipotle off pizza. It's simply the best pizza. Damn I love this place salads are amazing too. read more

Pizza and help was amazing! Everything was super tasty! The only draw back is they no longer had no name cakes. Completely sold out.

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had! Love that you can add as many toppings as you want. Great price. We love it here!

MOD Pizza is nearly identical to My Pie, which opened in the Double Diamond area of Reno a few months earlier. Honestly, there is little to separate the two (MOD is slightly more expensive, but only slightly), so where you live might determine which you like best. I would give a slight edge to My Pie, but that's just a personal preference. I have no major complaints about MOD. My pizza was served quickly and was exactly as I wanted it. My only quibbles are that the soft drink cups are small, which means you're likely to be running back and forth for refills, and the music is loud. I couldn't hear what the cashier was telling me. But like My Pie, it's a Coke place, not a Pepsi place, which earns it bonus points in my book. :) read more

It's ok food it's basically a Quiznos or Subway for pizza. The best place I ever went to similar to this place was Pizza Press which is across the street from Disneyland. They kind of have a keto option of just a salad with toppings dumped on top of it. It also seem like the entire staff was high school/college hipsters who wanted to act super cool read more

Great place! Took my grandma here for the first time and it was her very first time in the "make your own pizza" scene. Let me tell you, the staff was more than accommodating towards her, her understanding, and her age. They were very helpful in getting her acquainted with the idea of making your own pizza! Plenty of staff and the building was clean. Hope this continues as long as the establishment is open and I'm sure we will keep eating here :) read more

Great pizza and friendly service. I'm a fan of this type of pizza place and our pizza didn't disappoint. Each of our pizzas were excellent and we had a great experience. read more

First time here and it was really good! You can personalize your own pizza, get a speciality pizza, or modify a speciality pizza. The price is the same regardless of how many toppings you decide to get. The mini mod is 6" and is perfect for an individual. The pizza itself was really good, will be coming back soon! read more

The customer service here is outstanding!! The food is excellent as well. Love the variety of toppings. We will continue to be regulars

I've been to a Mod pizza before and this one is just as good! The staff here were so nice! I enjoyed everything about my experience this trip! I will be back. read more

I won a pizza party on Facebook at Mod Pizza. I have never been there. The staff was great both on the phone and in store. I ordered a variety of pizzas to really try the assortment they had. Best part is all toppings are included in your original pizza price. They have everything!!! I was given 10 pizzas for Free for my prize!! The topping and the crust were of great quality. The only downfall was that it is a thin crust and really needs to be eaten fresh not take out. No fault of MOD but to really appreciate the pizza straight from the oven is the way to go. We were still very thrilled at the quality, and more than anything, the great service provided. Thank you. We will return for sure. read more

What a creative new idea taking over the pizza scene. We've heard about a few of these create your own pizza places and last night, we thought we'd finally try one out and we found ourselves at MOD. We were greeted upon entry and after we told them it was our first time - they gave us a super short run down of what to do. It was really loud so I'm not sure if I was actually getting options or just agreeing with what they were suggesting. I ordered all the toppings I wanted for the same price whether I would have picked one topping or all of them. The price was pretty good for what we got and it was nice they had a beer selection. The only big downside is that after eating here, my boyfriend and I both had upset stomachs that carried on into the morning. Still very good and may try again. read more

Everyone kept talking about MOD pizza... mod this mod that. So I gave it s try, and not disappointed. Now I know what all the hype was about. I got a meat pizza and added buffalo sauce. Thing was packed with flavor. Only took about 10ish minutes to get it hot out the oven! Delicious read more

Fast, friendly service. Excellent selection of pizza toppings. Very reasonable prices. $8.47 for an 11" pizza with as many toppings as you want. You can build your own, or choose from several recommended pizza topping combinations. read more

The service and food are absolutely amazing! Prices aren't bad either! I will be going back time and time again. Great job guys!

The pizza is great and service was great. The kids devoured it. However I wish the largest size was bigger.

I love to eat there but I feel like I am rushed when ordering. I end up just getting whatever. It is so hard to choose what I want in the pizza or in the salad. read more

Was looking for some pizza a little late in the evening and we stumbled upon this gem... Pepperoni Salami and Jalapeño great pizza!!!

My coworkers and I get to-go orders from here quite frequently. Food is always ready on time, the service is great, and everything is always delicious. I like to get the salads in an attempt to be healthy during the week, and I love all the options you can add to them. I am always stuffed afterward! The fig glaze is to die for. read more

Love the MOD pizza we have in Sacramento on Hove Avenue. Visiting my daughter in Reno, so we came to this one. Definitely a good call. Pizza was super, staff friendly and helpful, facility clean with plenty of seating, and parking is no sweat. Like we experienced in Sacramento, this place is top notch. read more

All I can say is "Yippee"!!!! MOD IS IN RENO! This is really awesome pizza, and why didn't someone tell me last week?!

Service was friendly, food was amazing, and a good atmosphere overall. We ordered our pizza pretty late at night, so you'd expect them to have minimal enthusiasm. However, this wasn't the case. They were very friendly and gave smiles! We will come back. read more

Mod pizza is amazing, the staff is great and the food is spectacular. LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here !!!!

Okay been to this place several times now since my first visit... 3 weeks ago. I think its my new fave pizza place in town. Staff is Ah-mazing and super friendly. You could feel they enjoy where they work. Pizza is good! This pizza was "da bomb" as soon as you walk in the staff will greet you with the friendly smile and talk you through the whole way through every step of making your personalized pizza and or salad even after you make your pizza the stuff will ask you how your feeling and make you feel great. The food was delicious!! The ingredients are fresh and if you don't feel like you got enough of a certain topping then just ask and they will add as much as you like at no extra charge! The atmosphere was stunning I love the art pieces and the friendly stickers that almost felt like my family had written them just to make me feel good :) the lemon-aid was strong just the way I like it! All in all it was one of the best pizza experiences of my life! read more

MOD Pizza is everything you could want in a personal pizza restaurant. Delicious, fresh ingredients, fast friendly service, clean cheerful atmosphere. One Price no matter how much you add to your pizza, and don't forget the salads too! I would recommend this place to all Pizza Lovers! I always look forward to going to Mod!! read more

We have eaten at Mod Pizza six times. Their crust is very thin almost like a cracker. We have tried the Caspian (BBQ Chicken) which is my favorite. The Dominic, Lucy Sunshine and the Calexico (mozzarella, gorgonzola, chicken, jalapenos, hot buffalo sauce, red sauce). All of them have been fresh and fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the manager came over and talked to us for about 5 min the last time we were there. You can also build your pizza. Plan on getting some gift cards and giving them out to clients and friends. read more

The pizza was ok. The person at the cash register was very informative and super kind and friendly. It was my first time here and he explained everything with a smile. I left with a smile and a better mood then when I came in. read more

After the manager got back to me I got a chance to visit and try the same orders again and this time it was perfect. I don't know maybe they were having a bad day the first time I went there. Seems like the manager actually cares and tries his best to get things up to a standard though. I'll definitely try it a few more times just to make sure they're back to their old glory days. read more

Not bad but no 5 star. I get a kick out of the folks who rate these pizza joints so highly. Yes, coming from the northeast we are spoiled with real pizza and italian restaurants. Friendly staff and the pizza is decent. And u Californians, stop using ranch dressing on pizza. Do that on the east coast, you will be put in cement boots and thrown in the river. read more
