My wife and I love this place. I love being about to build y own pizza for one price. this crust is great and the ingredients are quality. they even have my favorite cheese - Asiago. Plus my wife had gestational diabetes due to pregnancy and this was her go to place for a quick dinner as the thin crust didn't cause blood spikes. my only complaint is it can be load because of the industrial interior design. read more

I Love Mod Pizza!! But this Lake Meridian location has disappointed me. First I was going to get a salad but their lettuce was wilted and brown and old looking. This is the second time I have experienced this here. I opted for a mini pizza... You are supposed to be able to get as much toppings as you want. The girl waiting on me was super rude. I like a lot of cheese on my pizza and I had to keep telling her LOTS of cheese and she kept doing the smallest pinches. She was clearly getting ticked because she apparently felt I was asking for too much. Probably will not come to this location again. I the nicest staff are at the Maple Valley location anyway. read more

Love this Mod Pizza! My co-worker and I typically go once a week and the staff is very friendly and always remembers us and our order. I really enjoy how they come around & ask how everything is & usually will take your plates. The prices are very affordable & I like how you can get as many toppings for the same price. They don't charge per topping like other pizza places. The regional manager has been in a few times when I have been there and he is very friendly and personable. If you get there before noon, the service will be quick. But anytime after noon, the lunch rush starts (as expected). Great food & service! Would recommend to friends! read more

Usually I went to Bellevue MOD. Today was my first time going to the Kent location # 13030. By the way, this will be the last time !!! As we stood there in front of the ordering counter, the girl#1 was putting sauce on someone else's pizza and this happened: A girl#2 on her left was reaching for some greens , while her long braided hair got into the sauce!!! Yes, on the pizza sauce, and the pizza dough! Of course I'm waiting to see what's her(#1's) reaction would be. She yells : "you got your hair into the sauce", then takes the sauce off the dough with her hand and wipes it off. I the trash. Puts new sauce on the same pizza, which had her coworkers hair all over. I gagged ! I didn't say anything. Then it was our turn to order. My husband started ordering. She( #1)had her gloves covered in red sauce , while she was writing my husband's name with a sharpie covered in sauce, on the baking sheet. Obviously the sheet got all dirty from sauce that was on her glove , but besides that , she had her bare arm, with her nasty bracelet "traveling"all over the baking sheet and touching the dough!!! And at this point I had to tell her that she has her arm all over the sheet , over the pizza dough with her dirty bracelet and those gloves she should of been changed. She got pretty mad, and couldn't keep her attitude, trying to convince me that she wasn't doing anything wrong! Changed her gloves, which is the only plus. This is unbelievably rude ! Why the hell you wear gloves on your hands , when you have your arm and your bracelet touching our food ?! Why does someone have to eat pizza when they just had someone's hair all over it ?! (The customer didn't see that happening, lucky her #1!) I work in the health field , I know all the laws and regulations. Obviously these high school kids don't! This kind of service is offensive to me and to other customers who supports the business! MOD pizza was my pregnancy craving for a whole month, and when I finally went, I left disappointed. Im not eating this pizza! This location needs better training for their employees, and possibly more professional management. Very disappointed. read more

Saw the place open a few months ago and thought about checking it out. I was not disappointed. Wonderful crisp thin crust and really flavorful ingredients. Had one of their standard pizzas they suggest. Garlic was fresh as were the rest of the toppings. I think I just switched pizza establishments UPDATE: Have been back several more times since original review. Unfortunately had to lower my rating due to inconsistency in the.quality of the pizza. The crust has been under baked and a bit rubbery. So the pizza has been just okay. Not sure why the inconsistency as the first pizza was spectacular. Will continue to give them a chance in future. read more

I love the Mod Pizza at the Seattle Center House. I'm so glad they opened one in Kent, WA. I will be going here often for some delicious custom pizza, shakes, and beverages. Whoohoo, they even added asparagus to their list of ingredients! I now visit them weekly :) read more

We frequent this location, and have never had as poor of an experience as the one we had tonight. They got my boyfriends pizza completely wrong (included ingredients he asked to be taken off, forgot to add the sauce on top). It was written properly on the paper underneath the pizza, so they must have not been paying attention. My pizza was very underdone, not crispy at all and the cheese barely melted. The worst part was that we also ordered a Caesar salad that never came. We went to ask for it, and the employee at the register simply yelled "can I get a salad?" at the employees working the line. After having already waited 20 mins, we waited another 15 for the salad after asking them about it, still nothing happened. Went and asked again if we were getting a salad or if we could just get a refund. They made the salad, forgot the croutons. The lemonade was out and the trash was overflowing. There was obviously poor communication amongst the staff, and they were not very courteous. read more

Just had a mad dog pizza and deluxe salad: the salad was a big portion...the pizza was stated as being 'mega' size. Not really. The pizza wasnt as tasty as I'd hoped: the base was doughy for my liking and it was burnt at the edges. The staff were very helpful in explaining what we could have and very friendly. The restaurant was very busy which was a good sign. Didnt appreciate the cafeteria style ordering. Nice people, nice place but probably wouldn't go back. read more

Had the cook threaten me and my family, TWICE! My son had his service dog with him. When we had gone to go pay for our food, we were told, without hesitation, by the cashier, "YOU CANNOT HAVE THAT DOG IN HERE!!" Asked the cashier for the manager, she said that they didn't have one at the time.Went back to my table, and call the store to ask for a manager, and was hung up on and the laughed at! I wasn't given my cup for my soda, the cashier just walked off. When I had asked someone else for it, they THREW the cup at me. Wasn't given a copy of my receipt. Finally finding out that the assistant manager was standing right there making pizza dough the whole time.We had driven from Seattle to go to that store! I cannot believe that this had happened! Shaking with frustration, we sat and ate our meal. I will NEVER, go to this location ever again. The last time I was there, one of the employees called me FAT!? Yeah, I heard ya say it.
