Shout out to my favorite General Manager Corey. He went above and beyond to help make my MOD experience a WOW. The staff here top notch and they aim to please, I will be back!! read more

Pizza has always been good when I've come here. The only issue I have is when I do online orders. Twice when I've done an online order, I'll go to pick it up and I have to wait 20 minutes because they haven't even put my order in. It looks like they take care of customers in store first and then look at online orders after, instead of as they come in. On top of that, employee working the end of line didn't look like he cared about anything. Tossing things around and sloppily putting topping sauces on not only mine but other customer's pizzas as well. I'll be going to the MOD in Newcastle. read more

For a Friday night it was an amazing fast experience the food was excellent totally enjoyed my time with my college daughter. Got to try the little chocolate filled cakes they have at the front counter. Dave read more

If you didn't know about mod Tuesdays you're sluffin, $2 drafts. They have mannys on tap. YOU'RE WELCOME!

Love mod pizzas but this location is slow..they are too busy talking to each other and have made mistakes on my orders quite a few times.

The easiest way to to describe it would be "The Subway of pizza", but the quality is much better than Subway. The standard 11" pizza is about $9 but you can put on all the different toppings you want with that. Domino's would give you a 12" for $6, but that's only two toppings and not as high quality. The lemonade could be a little more acidic, but it's still pretty good nonetheless. Hard to go wrong with Mod, especially for a group of people who want pizza but can't agree on toppings. read more

You can never go wrong! Fast, easy & made with all topping of your choice.. My pick is the Mad Dogg plus, jalapenos, roasted garlic, tomatoes & spicy sausage! read more

Literally worst experience at a MOD location. I was giving my order and the guy was having an entire conversation with his coworker during. Scoffed at me multiple times. It was weird and I don't want to go back read more

This crew burns my crust every darn time and always forgets something.. like sending a salad to go with no dressing or fork.

Absolutely love this place. Fresh ingredients and enthusiastic staff make it a safe and delicious choice for pizza or salads. I love that it is one price regardless of how many toppings you choose because I like to put everything I like on my pizza and I'm poor. Love you MOD read more

I've always enjoyed MOD pizza anytime I've gone. Last night I went into the Factoria location and after ordering went to pay. Everyone was really busy so I stood there at the cash register for about 4 minutes. The gentleman that eventually helped me apologized profusely and gave me my MOD sized pizza for a minis price. Good customer service that is sadly lacking in most fast food restaurants. read more

The food is not good. The service staff were not polite. The price seems reasonable for fast food.

Not impressed. With all the hype around Mod Pizza I was expecting a lot more than a turn and burn pizza joint with skimpy toppings. Pizzas are small and I had 3 small tomatoes on an 11 inch pizza for almost 10 bucks. Too expensive. If you're gonna advertise unlimited toppings you should go for it instead of skimping your customers. The kitchen looks clean but the staff is just hanging out with each other and talking. I felt like I was interrupting their important conversation in order to be greeted and waited on. read more

This is my favorite pizza place in WA. The price is cheap and reasonable. You can add all the toppings on the pizza and it would still be the same price. The pizza quality is good. This is my go to place for pizza. read more

Was not greeted when I came in, staff was extremely unenthusiastic and had a bad vibe about them. Store was dirty, floors had not been swept for what looks like all day. And don't even get me started about the bathroom, it was disgusting, piss all over the floor and nothing smelt or looked clean. I used to work in the food industry and it's not that hard to run a tight ship on a Sunday afternoon when it's dead. C'mon MOD very disappointing experience read more

Our family really enjoys Mod pizza. We each can get what we want. To save time, we always order online then pick up and eat in the store. Great place when you want something quick and tasty! read more

Staff is friendly , food is amazing , come again soon

Has happened to me a couple of times where they just forget the whole, or part of online order. And then one has to wait 20 mins after getting there. Kinda destroys the purpose of online order read more

Very friendly staff and the pizza is yummy. Being able to create your own pizza is a reason why I am a fan of MOD.

I think the best pizza I've head. We got 1 MOD pizza for $9.10 and it was enough for me and my wife. I don't know who put $$ on this place, but it's really $. read more

I had a crispy thin crust pepperoni pizza. It was delicious. Service was great too. The location and outdoor seating was good as well.

I love mod. Great food always, and I always love coming here. But I have to ask, what is the point of having compostable straws if there is no compost in the restaurant? The cups and lids are also compostable which is great, glad restaurants are taking the steps needed to help the environment, but when there is no compost to properly throw them away, it feels like only doing the job half way. read more

We come here once a week! You can get anything you want on your pizza and salad. The kids like their pizza "armadillo style" which is completely covered with pepperoni. We add so many ingredients to our salad, I am just happy not to be preparing it at home. Service is friendly. Only thing is we avoid Friday and Saturday nights. The get really backed up with to go orders while the line backs up and doesn't move. Also can be hard to find seating. Thursday seems to be a perfect time to go. read more

By far my most favorite place to build your own salad! The roasted garlic and the sriracha ranch add such a unique flavor which literally keeps you coming back for more. Love love love it. read more

Greeted promptly upon arrival into the restaurant. Very attentive and enthusiastic staff members. You can pick your own toppings on the pizza! They bake up the pizza dough and you get to enjoy the new creation. Super fast at moving customers through the ordering line. Parking can be a challenge at times. On the wall, there are set items on their menu if you can't decide what to put on your pizza! read more

We live in Factoria and love the clean and efficiently managed MOD Factoria. As soon as we walk in, we are met with happy smiles and greetings. We get the dough and toppings we ask for without hesitation, including adding the salad greens on the hot pizza. Excellent service, clean facility, delicious food and float with freshest ingredients, generous portion, all at a reasonable price. read more

We called in Mod Pizza. As we were talking about getting a large pizza, the person on the phone suggested we get two medium pizzas after I told them 3 people would be eating. After ordering, we go to Mod Pizza and I go up to get my order. They bring me the two medium pizzas and I am shocked by their sizes. They certainly did not look medium, more like small. It was cut into 4 slices as wells. Definitely not enough to feed three people. I paid 17.97 for it and I'm upset, I could have made one at home for cheaper. First and last time at Mod. read more

This was a good first experience at MOD Pizza which I have been meaning to try for a long time. I like the idea at Chipotle of choosing the ingredients of my burrito so I thought that MOD Pizza would be similar. When you walk in, there is a long counter of various ingredients - vegetables, meats, cheese, etc. Similar to Chipotle, you order first, either from the menu which you can modify, or make your own pizza. What is confusing is the lack of prices. Everything is a fixed price no matter how many toppings which is such an amazing idea. I still couldn't believe it when I was choosing my toppings without adding $1-2 per topping. I ordered the CASPIAN pizza which includes mozzarella, gorgonzola, bbq chicken, barbecue sauce, and sliced red onions. I ordered a Ceasar salad and added mushrooms just because I wanted to add something and confirm the price didn't go up. The staff are super nice and helpful, probably sensing that I have not been there before. The food is tasty and filling. Plenty of parking. Clean restaurant. read more

This is the worst MOD location I have ever been to and it seems to worsen over time. We have eaten at Sammamish, Issaquah and Bellevue MOD locations for about 5 years. The staff get our pizza orders wrong every week (yes we come every week) and we keep hoping they'll improve but they simply do not. They are incredibly slow and trip over one another as well. Most of them are friendly but they really need to train these staff to work more efficiently and get the orders right the first time. (Every time they mess up our order they offer to make us new pizzas correctly, but frankly it is not worth waiting for a second pizza to be made after waiting so long for the first pizzas). Please improve - we know you can do it! read more

I have mixed feelings about this new restaurant in Factoria. The ability to order anything I want on the pizza for 1 price is awesome. They have so many wonderful flavors and choices. Where else can you get a pizza with roasted broccoli, cilantro, cauliflower, roaster corn or fig glaze, white sauce, pesto, artichokes! it is amazing. The pizza was cooked perfectly and did not take too long. The staff was friendly and mostly efficient but slow at the pizza making station. The mixed part of this review is for the long lines that are endless. Was there for the first time on a Thursday evening at 6:45. I counted14 people in front of me and it took at least 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. This goes back to the staggering number of choices you have. People get to the front and stand there unsure of what to get. The menu on the wall is right next to the order station. I think if their was menu was closer to the door you would be able to decide while waiting in the long line and by the time you got up there you would know what you wanted. I could not see it until very close to the order person. Because the pizza is made to order I do expect it to take 10 minutes or so and it was about 13. It was worth the wait. The other problem was seating. There are booths for eating but you can't seem to get one because the people who are waiting to get their pizza's or order online and are waiting take those seats. Also one person goes and gets in line an another goes to get a table, again, leaving no table for people at front of line. Once you get yours there is no table to eat. Finally someone left and we got a table. The seating is uncomfortably hard. I ordered a "no name cake" which is a ding dong. Did not taste fresh but frozen and defrosted. Would not spend the money on that again. When you go expect long lines, no matter what time of day. Will try again another day but hope the owners see this and maybe make a few changes. read more

When you want a quick a awesome tasting pizza, this place is the best, hands down! Love stoping by here every once in awhile. The service is super fast, place is fairly clean and the staff are friendly. I defiantly recommend ordering online as the lines tend to get very lengthy during lunch time. read more

As expected, been to one been to them all. Good to have other food options in Factoria. Giving it one star because they don't have recycling or compost options, just trash. In this day and age? Shame! read more

Went to the Grand Opening of the Factoria MOD Pizza. Best pizza ever, reminded me of true Itay style pizza. The crust is truly amazing! The staff are a dedicated family feeling! I used the online order feature. I arrived a few minutes early for pick up and was told to wait until pick up time. 20 minutes later, well after my pick up time my order still was not ready and I was told to keep waiting. This location is currently not very busy. This is my third and last visit to the Factoria MOD. read more

Usually this place is very friendly and a nice place to eat, today was a different story. I don't know if the employees are new but I ordered a salad and waited while 2 of them chatted and flirted with each other. They then slid my half made salad down the line while I waited and stared at it for 5 minutes, wondering if someone was going to finish it. The guy finally got some gloves on and half hazardly threw some salt & pepper on to my salad then squeezed some lemon on it leaving the rind and seeds in it. When I asked him to take the lemon out he dug through it taking 1/2 the salad out. He threw away what he dug out and I told him I felt like I only have 1/2 a salad now.He said for sanitary reasons he can't put it back in. Yes, but you could add to it!! I watched him as he wiped his nose and face on the back of his sleeve as he helped the next person with the same attitude. When I complained to the cashier she just said she would talk to him. She said, "he's......"and just shook her head. No offer to give me a discount or have it fixed. It was a $9 salad that was completely not worth the wait. read more

Very slow and inefficient.... watched 6 employees working out front (with 1 in the back), as the pizzas pilled up on the counter to go into the oven, with none actually in the oven. This was with 1 family in front. By the time our pizza made it into the oven, there were 19 people in line- no exaggeration. No urgency while making pizzas, and most employees appear to have no personality, except Shelby. Ordered a pizza that was 1/2 and 1/2, and specifically mention that 1/2 is vegetarian, but guy making the pizza did not attempt to keep the meat clearly on one side. In addition, orders did not go into the oven as they were made, so ours came out well after those who ordered after us. Food did taste great, but customer service, or lack thereof, goes a long way. read more

Exactly what you'd expect. The lines can be long but you get what you ask for -- and for a reasonable price. Recommend getting a large salad and splitting it. read more

Great new MOD branch. The MOD business model alone gets them 4 stars to start, good food, quality ingredients, great "template" pizzas, and all the extra toppings you want for a very reasonable price. This store is an "express" version, which gains them a 5th star because that's exactly what I need during my lunch hour. However, they are having growing pains like any new business, which loses them a star... for now. Some new employees aren't quite up to MOD standards yet, but I have no doubts they will be soon! My first visit had an error in the toppings, but a very short wait and a perfectly cooked pizza that I made sure to eat in the restaurant for the full experience. My second and third visits went off without a hitch, and I took my pizza back to the office where they were both still as warm and delicious as I've come to expect from this franchise. Keep up the good work MOD Factoria! You'll get that 5-star soon enough! read more

You need to figure out how to balance in store customers and internet orders it is absurd to watch 10 pizzas get made and only 2 in store customers get served. Not coming back until you figure it out read more

First time trying out MOD Pizza in Factoria, as they recently opened. Decided to try the online ordering system so that we could pick up our order by a certain time. Even confirmed that the order went into the Factoria site. When my husband went to pick it up, the restaurant was almost empty. He arrived at the specified time and found they had not even started the order. Tried to blame us for possibly sending it to the wrong site (not true) but when they were shown the emailed order, they realized it was their fault. Perhaps someone there was not paying attention to the online ordering system. That being said, they did the right thing by refunding our credit card and quickly making our dinner for no charge. The pizzas and salads were delicious. We do plan to try them again, but I would either order by phone or eat at the restaurant. read more
