Not gonna lie, when I think of Arby's, I have very fond memories of dining here. When my dad would take me to my orthodontist appointments as a pre-teen, we'd have a tradition of stopping by the local Arby's for lunch. It was one of his favorite fast food places to visit and we'd steal the Arby's sauce from here. And when I say the Arby's sauce, I mean we'd take the whole bottle for dine-in guests and steal it. That's how much my dad loved the sauce! Very fun times. So while I was doing errands around the Bel-Red area, I saw Arby's, which reminded me there was one around! It had been years since I had eaten there, so figured I should steal some Arby's sauce. At least, packets of it for my roast beef sandwich. The drive-thru line went by very quickly. I saw that they had a special for certain sandwiches for two for $6, so I ordered a cripsy chicken ranch sandwich and a roast beef and cheddar with small curly fries. I also saw on another sign that they have a happy hour here from 2-5pm, where they offer $1 sliders and curly fries! Gotta check it out sometime. The food was a lot better than I expected. The crispy chicken sandwich was A-OK, as it wasn't a whole chicken piece, which I originally thought. There were two chicken tenders, slathered with too much ranch dressing, shredded lettuce and tomato slices that made up the sandwich. The bun was soaked in ranch, so it fell apart quickly. I'd skip out on this sandwich. But the roast beef and cheddar was delicious! It made me remember my lunches with dad when we'd get roast beef sandwiches and curly fries with lots of Arby's sauce. There was a lot more roast beef with melted cheese between a soft onion bun. I used a packet of the Arby's sauce on the roast beef, which had a savory-sweet taste and went well the beef. And curly fries are just better than regular fries, hands down. Make sure to upgrade! I'm glad I stopped by here for the meats, and would definitely be back for the roast beef sandwich. read more

Oh man... this place needs a serious overhaul. Went here 3 times this month to get a beef and cheddar. The first time I showed up they said they weren't doing any beef products due to a "major issue company wide" whatever that meant, so I left. Second time I came by a few days later and was able to order the beef and cheddar, but my god was that bun stale! I suspect from them not using them with the beef problem. Came by a few weeks later and was told they weren't doing any roast beef products because their slicer wasn't working. I said okay well I will just do curly fries and a milkshake and they said sorry our milkshake machine is broken. Like come on guys! You are located on one of the busiest roads in the Bellevue/Redmond area and you are operating this store like it's in a town with 300 people. read more

Well Yelp kept asking me to review this place do here it is! Never ate there because frankly after going in and looking at the prices while two employees stared at me from behind the counter I realized I had better dine in options nearby. There was literally no one there in the restaurant or drive through at 12:40 on a weekday. Why? It was going to be at least $12 to $16 for a meal. The only "deals" are lame and requires the app for nothing special. I don't eat much fast food and don't usually review one of these nor take reviews of them seriously. Pretty low bar meal choice. But there is a reason why this place was empty and these employees were standing at the ready. Arby's is not doing well competing financially with other fast food chains and they are now messing around with subs and burgers instead of sticking with what they do well. I went to one of my favorite Chinese restaurants close by and got a great lunch from a lovely server for about the same price including tax and tip! read more

America's roast beef, yes ' sir! Haven't been to an arby's in a long time, but since it was on the walk back from our Sichuan lunch, I picked up a sandwich with fries for my wife (who had stayed back at the apartment). I used the app to place and pay for my order upfront, and realized that they were running holiday specials. The one that appealed the most was a special for a free sandwich with a $10 purchase...at first glance, it seemed like it meant spend $10 and then get a sandwich for free. Nope....you just have to spend $10 and then any sandwich on the order becomes free...so ended up getting a classic french dip & swiss classic (regularly $7.99) and a small curly fries ($3.19) for just the cost of the fries. Sweet deal. A few moments after placing the pickup order, we got to Arby's. As soon as we entered, we immediately recognized the distinct smell of human body odor in the restaurant...very, very off-putting. The order had already been packed and was ready to go, so was in/out very fast, which I appreciated. We took it back home. The curly fries were fine, and the sandwich was good. Plenty of roast beef, very finely sliced with plenty of well seasoned au jus. My wife really liked it, eating it throughout the rest of the day. Arby's is one of the few places that serves curly fries. Definitely a niche fast food, but one that will stick around as long as they keep producing food like this. read more

Honestly, I only came here for the curly fries because according to my partner they are the best! So keep in mind that this review is only about the fries lol. Anyway, the curls were CURLY and big! I really liked them, they might be better than Jack in the Box curly fries. They were crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Also, I really liked their selection of sauces. I found out about their gyro special and I had to try. The gyro wasn't bad, maybe the slices of meat were a little on the thin side. Overall the taste is pretty close to the other places in the area for less then half the price. I would get it again. At noon the restaurant was a bit busy, though I didn't have to wait more than 5 min. Stopped here on the way back from Redmond to South Seattle. Don't always see an "handily" located Arby's and their menus are nice to have once in awhile. The spouse got the brisket sandwich meal and I got the gyro (if there is a chance to get a gyro, it's nearly impossible for me to order anything else). Both were good. The gyro was especially satisfactory considering I for one do not expect to eat a gyro at an Arby's. Usually I would say stay away from a place that has too diverse of a menu because it tells me they couldn't be specializing in anything. In this case at least, though, were were contented. My only beef (pun intended) was with the "jamocha" shake which did not taste the least like it had any "ja" or "mocha" in it whatsoever. Just vanilla. I threw it away as I had not been wanting a vanilla shake. I had been wanting a coffee flavored shake and this was not it. My spouse, though, was happy with the peach lemonade, and the curly fries were good. The person who took our order and who was at the drive through window was very pleasant. read more

Made a stop here in the early afternoon. Had maybe a car or two ahead of me. I generally get the jaloepeno roast beef, fries and a drink. They didn't have indoor dining that I could tell,, thus the drive thru and munching in my car. My roast beefs were piping hot as were the curly fries. So not good. We ordered a Reuben sandwich meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Total $26. The Reuben had very little meat because it was slices of fat and had a big glob of probably horseradish inside. The chicken sandwich instead of having a chicken breast it had 3 small chunks of chicken. If they ran out of food it would explain this sandwich mess but it was 4:30 pm. The service and food has been deteriorating but this was the worse ever. After buying there for years when they sold good food for the years they've been open, we're done with Arby's for good. Their sign now advertises a minimum $14/hr. wage, a dollar higher than the already high $13/hr. state minimum wage. And that, along with the artificially inflated Eastside rents, explains exactly why it's impossible to get the five-for-five-dollars roast beef sandwiches kind of deal that was typical 10 to 15 years ago - before the cockroach-infestation of mostly Californian tech-turd hipsters. Those high prices also explain why the high wages are such a feel good joke. Five for five dollars has become two for $5.95 with a coupon, and it now takes $1,500 to rent what was once only $500. Workers were better off at $7/hr. back then than at $14/hr. in 2019. Thankfully, working people and those on fixed incomes can still afford to take advantage of Arby's $1 happy hour menu, available between 2pm and 5pm, to splurge and feed their families. Arby's also offers OK coupons and decent specials, currently two-for-six-dollars for limited-time bacon, beef and cheddar sandwiches. Expect to pay at least $10 for premium combos on the regular menu. At least they're more generous and taste better than the equally expensive sludge from Mickey D's. read more

Beautiful location for a fast food store. Solid "happy hour" with $1 chicken sliders. Wish the chicken size was consistent though and sad to see the small shake is now a snack size shake. Because of the small shake there is no reason I will return but a very clean fast food store with great service so 4 stars. Full menu prices here are just to high. read more

Canned caveat: I don't give fast food chains more that 3 stars unless they go above and beyond. The staff here was very friendly. We did ask for more mustard and cheese sauce for our sandwiches and they provided without any push back. On that note, though, I think there is a challenge to maintain quality assurance. To be clear, the beef and buns were fresh, nothing tasted as though it had gone bad. The question in quality is more of a question of consistency. I'm a fairly healthy person, e.g. going to Arby's is a once or twice a year event. I say this because I understand that people's concepts of appropriate amounts of food is very subjective. Point being, we ordered one of the special Octoberfest sandwiches and their was very little sauce. When I go to Arby's I don't want anything held back, I'm here for the meat and the sauce! Just drove thru this place. Order was $35 for a couple of sandwiches, one medium drink and small cheese sticks. Looked in the bag and all seemed to be there. Drove home and order was totally incorrect. Not sure if it had to do with general incompetence or the fact that the workers spoke very little English. Normally I would just throw the food out and kick myself for even going thru a fast food place. This time I was really upset. Looked up the phone number and it was a non-working number. They say that money can't buy happiness. Well clearly, "they" have never eaten at Arby's. This is such a delightful fast food restaurant. I actually have some cherished childhood memories of this place because my parents didn't like to fork over a lot of cash for food, but I'm not going to let nostalgia bias my rating. My next visit several years later was just as satisfying as all the times I came here as a kid, and it's nice to see roast beef sandwiches every once in a while (as opposed to buns around a generic beef patty or something). My most recent visit to Arby's began with three positive notes. First, I saw someone spraying the windows. As I walked in, I could smell that distinctive Arby's smell (which I like) and see another guy cleaning the place up. Making my way to the counter, the guy there gave me the usual polite and perfunctory greeting that they do at fast food restaurants. I was able to order a lot of food here, but having a bunch of coupons allowed me to cut down the price by about four dollars. The prices certainly aren't low, so I would recommend coming with a whole sheet of those coupons that they often send in the mail. It actually makes a big difference. Service took about one minute, so I can't really believe that they don't make the food until after the customer orders it. But with food appearing so fast, it's hard to complain. I picked up the tray of food, sat down at a table, and began to marvel at the food I had in front of me. This stuff is simply delicious, although it's the kind that will make you feel bad for eating such unhealthy food when you're done. In fact, I'm not even sure they have a single healthy thing on their menu, but if you're eating at a fast food restaurant in the first place, that's presumably not what you're looking for anyway. I really like their roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. I like the poppy seeds and onions on the buns, I like the melted cheddar, and I like the feeling of biting into and tearing apart the roast beef. And these sandwiches are so simple. There's the top bun with melted cheddar, the bottom bun with their sweet red special Arby's sauce, and layers of thick roast beef in the middle. They certainly don't skimp on the amount of meat that goes into these sandwiches. Unless you're ordering one of those huge sandwiches from Fatburger or Wendy's, I don't think other hamburger restaurants specialize in sandwiches that normally have a higher ratio of meat to bread. The sandwiches may not look terribly impressive on the outside, but there's actually a substantial amount of meat because it's heavily compressed in there. Their prime-cut chicken tenders are just the generic kind of stuff that you might find in the deli section of a supermarket. They're somewhat hard on the outside (but they describe them as "crispy"), and the meat on the inside is just normal white chicken meat. Their fries are also a real treat; I especially like the curly ones because they seem to have more flavor. And their mozzarella sticks are pure bliss. They are extremely salty, but it's their strong flavor that makes them so enjoyable. Finally, the shakes that they have are good but rather generic. They have vanilla, chocolate, and jamocha in varying sizes (I'm not sure, but I think it's a small that's 16 ounces, medium that's 20 ounces, and large that's 24 ounces). In any case, a small should be plenty, so you normally shouldn't need much more than that. This is one of those restaurants that I like but don't really have the desire to come back to on a regular basis. I feel like I pretty much have to get coupon discounts if I'm going to Arby's at all, and that's annoying. They seem to be quite aware of how expensive their food is, so it's good that they have those coupons going out in the mail. Also, since their food is probably so lacking in nutritional value, I find it hard to come up with a reason to come here a lot. Their food tastes quite good, and that's about it. They also beat the nearby Five Guys in just about every category, so that makes it easier to choose a fast food restaurant in the area. read more

I miss the old neon lights and retro style this Arby's use to have BUT i LOVE their new recently remodeled restaurant! I can't get enough of it. First off, LOVE that Arby's took the time to invest in this location. Lots of local and regular customers stop by here. Young and old. It's a good place to eat at. The inside is wood with red and white. Of course Arby's signature colors so right on. But their interior is gorgeous. Really love it more than Mcdonalds when they remodeled years ago because all of their Mcdonalds look the exact same. Not sure if Arby's is doing it but i welcome this remodel more than i did for Mcdonalds. So that's a plus. Parking has never been a problem for me. It's easy to find a spot and the drive in is easy to get to. Love eating inside and the drive thru. Inside they took out more seats and there is sadly less places to eat but i welcome the big space. They no longer have two drinking fountains and the counters are very nice and clean. Bathrooms are FREEZING however so they need to keep them at least somewhat warm because i got a very unpleasant and cold surprise when i went to sat down. Burrr! Food here is still good. I will complain that last time i ate here the chicken was only luke warm and not HOT N FRESH! So hopefully that only happens on rare occasions cause they're not known to do that, at least for the 1000's of times i've eaten here. Arby's isn't really around WA much so this location is the only one i visit. They need to add more locations to this area. There use to be one in downtown Bellevue but turned it into a small restaurant sometime around the 2000's. Good memories. So overall food is great for me all the time, love the interior and prices since i haven't mentioned have been reasonable. I personally like Arby's and i love how they added a bell you can ring inside when you've had good service. It lets the staff know you had a good one, so please by all means ring it. I used to love Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches with Arby's sauce when I was a kid. Nowadays, I'm vegetarian but still come to Arby's for their Mozzarella Sticks (which I consider tied for best along with with Red Robin's). On a recent visit, I accidentally spilled a milkshake in my car, so I went inside to ask for a cup of water and some napkins. They were kind enough to lend me a small bin with clean dishwater and a dish towel to clean up my car, this was great at stopping the spilled drink from seeping into the seat and carpet. The amount of change I received didn't look right and when I got home there were two beef and cheddar sandwiches and a small potato cakes.
