Great place to catch quick bite to eat before running out for a movie at AMC. For $9 you get an 11" make your own mod pizza. You can choose unlimited number of toppings. My personal favorite ones to add to make my pizza even more smacking delicious pesto, some black pepper, garlic, oregano with a dash of rosemary! They have a thin crust which is my favorite. The service is fantastic- fast, efficient, appropriately friendly. They have so many people to help so the place is always well kept. Btw they always cut the pizza into 4 huge slices so you need to tell them to get multiple small slices. This is common with all their stores. Mod pizza is bomb. I would gain like 5 pounds if I can eat here everyday of the week. The crust and is thin and crunchy just how I like it. The mini individual size is under $6. I love Mod and love this particular restaurant! They have gluten-friendly crust which is pretty good baked in their open fire oven. They also have mega dough which is extra glutenous, and of course there is the standard mod dough. You pick the sauce, the toppings, and even which order they go on your "individual" size pizza... good luck eating it all! You can also get salad containing any of the toppings. I went to MOD today for lunch super excited that one opened up within 5 minutes of my house. This is by far the worst pizza I've had from Mods. All my toppings including the cheese was in the very middle of my pizza leaving 2" circumference of just sauce and doughy crust. To top it off the bottom was burnt. Should've just bought a personal size for all the toppings I received maybe than my pizza would be been a pizza. If I could figure out how to post pictures I would. On a different note the atmosphere was friendly and clean and my boyfriend's pizza was just fine. read more

We love MOD and we're excited they were opening up in Factoria which is much closer to home for us. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to this location as we have yet to have a good experience there. Caveat: the pizzas are still good. We've been five times since they opened. The first couple can be chalked up to opening pangs but at this point it's no longer an excuse. Every phone and internet order we've put in has come out wrong. The first time we got home before we realized. The following times we've checked before leaving and had to have at least one of the pizzas remade. The last time we were there we ordered at the counter and were the only ones in there. The staff made the pizzas and then let them sit on the counter (uncooked) while they talked and it took about a half an hour to get them out to us. Overall there needs to be some standards and consistency put into place before we will bring out business back. read more

Mod is chain, so when I review a chain restaurant I'm always looking for consistency and great customer service, both of which I received at the Factoria location. Food: You can order pizza (three size options and a gluten free choice) and salad (two sizes) with unlimited toppings for both. You can customize to your heart's desire, including have your salad tossed in various dressings and have your pizza finished in several sauces. My recommendation is to start with a menu item and then enhance it with your go-to pizza or salad topping. You can't go wrong with Mod, it's fast and tasty. At this location I'd recommend ordering online because it's so close to T-Mobile HQ it's filled with their employees as well as anyone else in close proximity, so the line gets long! read more

Prioritizing of online orders creates a very poor experience for in-person customers. This is the second time in the past couple of months that we've experienced extremely long waits because of large online orders superseding in person customers in priority. It makes for a frustrating and horrible experience and we walked out after 10 minutes of absolutely no progress to the long line of waiting customers. Overall, MOD Pizza is a great "worth every cent" spot to go for a quick, yet fresh, personal pizza (personally stylized, I should add, for their one price as many fixings as you like). Absolutely delicious... However, this particular location is a huge detriment to the company name and value. The food is great, the staff... not so My family and I have been to this location a handful of times, of course for a good meal... but also to try and be a forgiving "give the staff another chance" bunch. I write this review after a "third strike." A - on one occasion, some manager or lead supervisor outright berated an employee in front of a sizable crowd of customers for not keeping things moving. Strike One B - my daughter and I placed our order and two staff members (the order taker included) promptly mocked us - my 9 year old for ordering a simple, "boring" Maddie (the signature pie?!) and me for being a male ordering a Lucy Sunshine. I just held back and avoided causing a scene for my daughter's sake. Strike Two C - the clientele for a particular time I visited was primarily East Indian and Asian, with a few other races as well. Let me start off by saying I love MOD, fantastic company and product. However this location is incredibly slow and lines are almost always very long and they move VERY slow. Seems that they have a lot of online/phone orders which are prioritized over in store and it makes the throughput painful. Further, seeing a ton of customers walk in and skip the line to pickup their pizza isn't the greatest visual for those of us in line. I clocked a 15min wait tonight just to get through the line and it took over 30min to get my pizza!. I hope they fix this since this is the most convenient location to me. read more

This location sucks, that's the truth of it. All of the employees have piss poor attitudes, and they are slow as heck. There is one employee in particular who is always incredibly rude. I usually see him at the station cutting pizzas and plating them and he's just always so grouchy! This latest visit, he barked at me for standing rather than sitting to wait for my order. I wasn't even looking at him or pressuring him in any way, I was on my phone standing near the counter and he demanded to know my name. My pizza was 4th in line and he told me I had a long way to go so I could go sit and they would call my name. I said I was okay standing and yet he kept persisting I should sit. What part of me saying I didn't want to sit did he not understand? And I should mention this is all 8:30 pm on a Thursday, after it took more than 20 minutes for me to even place my order with only 3 people in front of me. That's the other issue here, they are unbelievably, mind boggling-ly SLOW. I can almost sympathize during the lunch rush because they get the swarm of people from TMobile, but they're never moving quickly or with much haste which makes the line drag on and on. This is the closest location to my work which is the only reason I one here, but lately I've been inclined to visit the location on the other side of Bellevue so as to avoid this place. The only reason they don't get one star is because the pizza does still taste good. I write this as I stand in line listening to the rude guy cutting pizzas berating another customer to go sit down, telling him he should get comfortable because his pizza is way down the line.
