I hate how all the franchise's in the area bump up their prices compared to what corporate suggests it as. With that said, this location is the one that attempts to wring less money from you than the other locations. I got two of their luxe boxes and I swear the portions are smaller. The burritos were smaller in length than my hand. When going through drive through or ordering online be sure to ask for sauce separately. I added hot sauce to my order, assumed them fulfilled it but when I got home they missed that part. I wish drive through orders would come with a bag. I hate how they hand each food item to you separately without a way to carry them. It makes it so awkward to carry from the car back home. read more

The packaging is super cute. Somebody took their time to package my cute two little mini taco salads and two Dorito Locos tacos, but you know what they forgot to do is actually read the directions where I asked for utensils and my old sauce so I don't have those two things so for customer service wise I've got to give them one star for the food. I'm gonna give them four stars for the Uber driver he gets four stars too, but they also forgot to include my ice water. I requested so good food bad because they didn't take the time to read the order. I ordered a Nachos BellGrande via the drive thru with some modifications. it was made wrong in multiple ways. the 1st was there was no nachos. I won't get into the other 3 things wrong with it. anyhow I went inside to get it remade. they gave me mean looks. and acted like it was a major in convenience. the 2nd made Nachos BellGrande was also wrong. but 95% ok. I asked for a side of the missing ingredient and got told I wrong because they claimed i asked for it to not be in the Nachos BellGrande. well now I no longer have my receipt because they took it so we are arguing over a side of beans. I'm not trying to scam my way into a side of beans but ok. Drive thru took 40 MINUTES!! And after all that they got my order wrong. They won't let mobile orders go in the lobby. Makes no sense. What's the point in using the app if I have to wait in the drive thru. Plus they let their friends inside the lobby but made everyone else go outside. I cannot believe what I just experienced. I opened my bag and there was a snail shell sitting on it and not just any shell. It cracked open and out came a literal slug, just squirming its way toward my lunch like it paid for it. I didn't realize I was dining at a wildlife sanctuary. What's next? Parking up front during lunch was slammed, so I parked further back by the business complex. The drive-thru looked busy too, which seems normal for this area. Once inside, the store was clean, modern, and had a fresh look. I had no complaints there. I used the app and scored some good deals, which added value to the visit. I'm lactose intolerant and in other taco bell locations they have always been willing to take the cheese or sour cream off. This place always takes my order, the screen shows that it says no sour cream no cheese, and then when I get my order it's packed with cheese and sour cream. I would understand if they said something like "we can't do modifications in the drive thru" but they say that they will and then serve me food that I can't eat. I've tried coming in to the store and I have the same problem and it also takes 20 minutes to get my food. The staff seem to be annoyed at you for coming in even when you don't make special requests. Was wanting quick and easy on my way home, so decided to get the Double Beef Volcano Burritos. I ordered on the app and added the Fire Sauces to the order (which you do on the app), and it's printed on the receipt. When I got home, there were no hot sauce packets in my bag, which I have to have Fire Sauce on all my Taco Bell food. I've had the Volcano Burrito before in the past, and I liked it. But this one was pretty dry; couldn't taste the Volcano sauce at all. Definitely wasn't enough of the sauce or sour cream. Fire sauce definitely would have helped. ONE STAR REVIEW!!! I am highly disappointed on how this certain Taco Bell always be forgetting some type of items of mine. especially when I am ordering on DoorDash. I ordered five things today and one of those things was a 'Large Baja Blast' when my Dasher picked up my order he sent me a photo and saw that there was no drink. I messaged the Dasher right away and let him know that there was supposed to be a drink. After that I also called the Taco Bell since I knew my Dasher was still there. The first couple times it sounded like I was in their pocket (I thought it was an error) So after the third time calling I called them again...It sounded like they disconnected their phone. Went straight to making a beeping noise and then it ended the call. I called couple times after that to see why it was making that noise... I just believe damn well they disconnected the phone. After around 5-10 minutes I called again and now the phone is ringing, but guess what..! They are not picking up the phone! This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing. Whenever I give this Taco Bell another chance, I'm always rewarded with disappointment. A year ago I got stuck in the Drive-thru for 35 minutes. I had cars behind me and I'd used the app to order, so I just had to wait it out. They also forgot napkins, so it was just a debacle. Yesterday I gave them another chance. The food was generally fine, but the nacho cheese sauce container was not closed properly, so it was all over the wrappers and the containing bag when I drove 50 feet and parked and opened the bag. Also, the hot sauce packets were left out, so just a generally screwed up order. The best part of Taco Bell is Fire Sauce, so this location really needs to sweat the details and get the orders right before they're going to see an improvement on their ratings. read more

Horrible place to dine - in because they have this headache-inducing loud *BEEP* 50 times per minute that never-ever stops. Add that to the over-loud pop-music and it's just nerve wracking and totally un-enjoyable to be there. Ask them to shut off the noise and they stare at you as if you just dropped in from Mars. On Sunday, September 9 I stopped in to get some Taco Bell after a formal weekend in the mountains to a kind kid in the drive-through and I really appreciate his kindness. The blonde lady was clueless in terms of what was in the items she was selling and kept interrupting the cooks with "what is in this menu item" The cooks seemed just find going very, very very slow in making food. How hard is it to make a taco? Is a burrito some kind of multivairable linear algebraic equation of toppings versus flour tortilla? No. I can make a burrito in about three minutes. The owner needs to pull his/her head out of the bottom line and get in here to train their people... or just close the store. You idiots are making taco time look like a better alternative than you. The customer service here is absolutely terrible, this girl through the drive-through just started ignoring me when I was asking her a question so when I drove around to the pick up window she was hiding around the corner!!! They had a DoorDash pick up under my name ready to go and already bagged and she wouldn't give it to me through the drive-through, I just simply asked her why since it was already ready and she literally turned off her mic LOL. This particular Taco Bell redefines the Taco Bell experience. They take the extra effort to be slow, sometimes 30+ minutes after you have ordered and paid. The food quality is somehow lower than any other Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. Brown rotten lettuce, slimey sour tomatoes, and consistency is sogginess for the shells. And if you like hot sauce with your tacos, look no further than the Factoria Taco Bell, because you won't get any. The staff display a surley laziness that can be hard to find these days. It seems that the manager quit months ago, and the remaining employees are angry at you for coming in. An abandoned crack house in this very location would be better for the Bellevue community than this Taco Bell.
