On Sunday, September 9 I stopped in to get some Taco Bell after a formal weekend in the mountains to a kind kid in the drive-through and I really appreciate his kindness. It's probably pretty easy to be a jerk to people in the drive-through but I appreciated his attention to my order. It's also worth noting that working taco bell drive though can be mercilessly tough and challenging not to mention low pay Update 05/07/19 I came here at 1pm on a Wednesday to find a full lobby, 11 minutes later I ordered and then sat in a chair for twenty minutes while the cooks in back were apparently just starting to grow the corn for my nachos. The blonde lady was clueless in terms of what was in the items she was selling and kept interrupting the cooks with "what is in this menu item" The cooks seemed just find going very, very very slow in making food. How hard is it to make a taco? Is a burrito some kind of multivairable linear algebraic equation of toppings versus flour tortilla? No. I can make a burrito in about three minutes. The owner needs to pull his/her head out of the bottom line and get in here to train their people... or just close the store. You idiots are making taco time look like a better alternative than you. I will be speaking with corporate as there is no reason for this level of incompetence. We are now at thirty one minutes and counting for a taco supreme and nachos bell grande. Came here the other day at 9pm, ordered drive thru. Got exactly what I ordered with quick service.

We went through the drive thru and they didn't give us our card back. Once we realized it we couldn't call this location because the phone number doesn't work. We then received Taco Bell charges on our card that we did not make along with charges from surrounding places. Since we were never given the card back in the drive thru an employee must have ended up with it and used it. Taco Bell could not find it when we went in person and was not helpful at all in this situation. Negative stars if I could. read more

Taco Bell employee stole my credit card. They did not give it back to us after using it in the drive thru. There was a second charge for a different amount 20 min after my personal charge. Nice people at the windows, sometimes during the later shifts one of the dudes is super over everything but man I can't even blame him. So this location charges more for certain items than it shows on the taco bell website, that's fine- it's near a highway so understandable markup or whatever. But what's not ok is consistently poorly wrapped quesaritos man, they're the only thing I like from Taco Bell but I don't think I'll return to this location because I can't seem to get a decent one. This particular Taco Bell redefines the Taco Bell experience. They take the extra effort to be slow, sometimes 30+ minutes after you have ordered and paid. The food quality is somehow lower than any other Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. Brown rotten lettuce, slimey sour tomatoes, and consistency is sogginess for the shells. And if you like hot sauce with your tacos, look no further than the Factoria Taco Bell, because you won't get any. The staff display a surley laziness that can be hard to find these days. It seems that the manager quit months ago, and the remaining employees are angry at you for coming in. An abandoned crack house in this very location would be better for the Bellevue community than this Taco Bell. Let me level with you, I don't normally review chain restaurants. The assumption is, when you go to one, you should receive the quality of service you should expect from one to the other. We came by last night close to 10:00 PM. We ordered two of their $5.00 boxes, some extra tacos and some crunch wraps. I got pink lemonade, a strawberry slushie and the other person with me got a Diet Pepsi. We took about ten minutes to get home, then began to eat. It was obvious when we were checking out something wasn't right. One, the guy at the window after taking our debit card to charge, left the window open. He walked sort of out of ear shot but began to complain on the headset he hated his job and wanted to leave. At this point the skinny white male looked back at us, said something and then this white female came around the corner to the register, laughed and said how do you expect to get home then? Then in the midst of their open window banter this very awkward brunette haired guy comes over to the window, boxes with the bag stacked on top and hands it out the window not gauging the car window and almost losing his hold on our order. We leave. When I finished the strawberry slush I tried the pink lemonade and felt like there was something off about it. It tasted like there was cleaning chemical solution in it. I took two or three more sips and still felt the same like soapy, almost .... disgusting chemical wash taste. I went to bed a few hours later and now I'm wide awake with what appears to be food poisoning. I'm not sure if it was the combination of the items ordered and the lemonade sips but my entire body is revolting on me. Needless to say.... no more Taco Bell. Went when nobody was there. After ordering my food, sat waiting for probably 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order. When I went back probably sat for an additional 10 minutes after letting them know I received the wrong order. Not sure how it took that long for 3 tacos and a drink. Both the drive through and staff inside said they had no record of it. I showed them our order receipt and order number and they just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do. Happy that there's a fast food place that opens after 10pm for late night quick food after a long ass day of work. I'm more of a Taco Time than Taco Bell fan, but Taco Time is closed right now for renovation. It's cheaper here, but quality is better at Taco Time. I of course don't expect top notch premium cut steak or anything coming to fast food. The guys here are abnormally enthusiastic, I always feel like I won something off a game show when I approach the drive thru window. Hahaha. The mobile app estimated 6-8 minutes. I waited at the store for 30 minutes watching tons of people make it through the drive through. In the end it took 40 minutes to get 5 burritos and 2 drinks. Plus the time it took to flag someone down because they initially forgot the drinks. It's just not worth spending this amount of time on fast food. read more

We waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru at 12am. When my father asked about nacho fries, they didn't have them, and my dad said," Well all the other locations do." While waiting for our food, I went up to the counter and kindly asked a lady for the bathroom code. She mumbled it and walked away super fast. I repeated what I thought I heard back to her just to double check, she quickly turned around and literally yelled, 'YESSS' at me and rolled her eyes. My friend and I ended up waiting forever to get our food, when I walked up to ask about it (since it had been 25 minutes) she yet again raised her voice at me that it had been sitting on the mobile order rack for 10 minutes. Keep in mind they didn't call my name when it was ready AND we didn't place a mobile order so I wasn't sure why our food was there. I wouldn't come here unless you're absolutely craving Taco Bell. These guys managed to mess up my order 3 different times and charged me twice when I only got two items. I paid for four burritos and they only gave me two. I asked them to fix my order twice (which they did not) and they asked me to give them my card which I thought was a refund but no they charged me again and I was told to leave. Knocking on door to get attention by employees obviously trying to ignore you is not right. Don't know how they can get away with this.
