This location was great! I pre-ordered on the app in the parking lot so I had time to think about what I wanted and the choices. Our food was ready a few minutes after we came in. Service was great the person working was really friendly and helpful. The seating area is nice! there is a cool fireplace that my kids liked watching while eating. The dining room was cean and the soda/ condiments area well stocked. Food was what is expected from Taco Time, delicious! Except for the corn chowder I thought it would be more creamy, it is a seasonal special I'll be skipping next time.

Service was great. Fast and polite. Food is always great at Taco Time. Only fast food restaurant where the picture you see is what you get. I never have a bad experience at Taco Time. Keep up the great job.

    Crisp bean burrito

I order a mini chicken soft taco meal ( kids meal) and a crisp burrito. Price was $17.00!!!. I would be ok paying that but the chicken was extremely salty. Still edible but wow the salt. My bean Burrito was empty....see pictures. Tater tots where also salty but edible. When paying that price I would really like something that tastes great not just edible. And maybe a burrito not a deep fried shell.

Crisp Burrito - Chicken and Beef

Stop by for lunch. I like their crispy chicken burrito, mexi-fries (tater tots). The service was good, but the women restroom needs some cleaning. The garbage can was over flow of trash and the toilet paper was out. I let the one of the employee aware of the restroom issue.

Absolute fire!! Clean, great service, amazing food! The staff was so kind to our kids.

It's wrong to call this fast food because nothing about the experience is fast, especially if you use the drive-thru. There seems to be some staffing issues at this location because there's always a long wait in the drive-thru. The food, however, is pretty consistent and as good as any Taco Time. My favorite item is seasonal: the coconut shrimp bajas, so I only frequent here during that season. The rest of the time, I can do without waiting that long for "fast food" tacos.

It's been a long time since I've left a bad review but I think this Taco Time branch needs it. Some time mid week this week, I was too exhausted to cook so my husband offered to take our daughter for a ride to pick up dinner at Taco Time in Factoria. He got home and I checked over everything and they had forgotten his crispy beef burrito. I called customer service and Zach offered an apology and some coupons for the inconvenience. We were bummed out but happy about the recovery. Tonight, we received our two coupons in the mail and decided to utilize them. We drove to Taco Time and ordered. The girl asked what sauce we wanted and we said the hot sauce. She replied "no problem. I'll add four in the bag for you". Thinking we got it covered this time, we drove home and yep, sure enough we were wrong. No hot sauce. On top of that, the taco that came with the fiesta platter was soggy and cold. It seemed like it was reused from a previous order- never seen such a sad soggy taco in my life. We live 10 minutes away so it definitely wasn't from the drive home. My crispy chicken burrito was still crispy for comparison. The habanero burrito was missing the sauce which ultimately makes the burrito taste good. What another sad dinner.

We did a belated Christmas gift exchange with friends recently and our friends made reservations here. So glad they did! It's literally right down in the main Bellevue Square hub, so we were able to easily park at the mall and make a short walk to Castilla. Vibes were perfect with low lighting but still a bustling atmosphere. Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) kept solid recommendations coming all night and was so funny and personable! As this is a tapas spot, we tried quite a few dishes and split them amongst the table. Mixta Paella: our server promised us that the smaller size paella was good for 2-4 people and man he was RIGHT. The portion was absolutely insane and I don't think we even finished all of it. Everything tasted so fresh and there was so much flavor to the dish. They warn you ahead of time, but plan for the paella to take 30 minutes for them to prepare. Grilled Octopus Leg: Every time I have octopus (which is two times now LOL) I'm a little worried about the texture, but it was prepared beautifully here and the sauce that it was in was delicious. Salmon & Artichoke Dip: I'm a sucker for any type of artichoke dip and this was no exception. Creamy, rich, and great flavor! Beef Medallions: Tender and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend. Chorizo & Onion Empanada: Another banger. So crispy and the filling was so good! I actually was on the fence about this one but my husband insisted, and it was a good choice. Patatas Aioli: Crispy layered potato with a garlic aioli? I mean, come on. You can't go wrong. Delicious. This was our first visit to Castilla and I'm sure it won't be the last - would definitely return if I'm dining up again in Bellevue!

Overall, a cozy diner that has a relatively simple menu, but comfort food. On weekends, even after the bars have all closed and your mother has locked you out of the house because it's past 2 am, you can count on this place to have some good street style Mexican food.

You know, the kind of place where you sit down thinking, "We'll just have one drink," and suddenly it's three tequilas later and you're talking about your childhood dreams. Speaking of tequila... WOW. The tequila selection here is basically a library, and the bartenders are the very enthusiastic librarians. They know everything. My partner and I were lovingly escorted through a full tequila tour before our food even arrived, and honestly? By the time dinner showed up, life was beautiful and all decisions felt correct. Needless to say, we were having an excellent time. The food definitely holds its own too. Everything came out fresh, beautifully plated, and tasting like someone in the kitchen actually cares (which is always a plus). We split a few dishes, including the Carne Asada and the Pescado. The Carne Asada was good, though it could've used just a bit more seasoning, nothing tragic, just a gentle nudge from "good" to "wow." The Pescado, however, was fantastic. Topped with olives, capers, and tomatoes... I mean, how do you even mess that up? You don't. And they didn't. Bonus points: they're open late, until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. So if you find yourself wandering the streets of Bellevue after hours, questioning your life choices and craving tequila and good food, congratulations, you've found your place. Overall: great vibes, strong drinks, solid food, and bartenders who will happily teach you more about tequila than you ever planned to know.
