Weekly calls turned into excuse after excuse of why my vehicle wasn't done yet. I gave them the benefit of doubt. When I FINALLY received my vehicle back (I believe it was just shy of 2 months) I found a lot of things weren't done right, the prep work seemed shoddy, things that should have been masked off and left uncoated were sprayed right over. After about a year I found some of the body work wasn't scuffed or prepped right and things began to peel off, body parts weren't replaced properly and were constantly coming loose. All in all I felt for the amount of money I had paid them, and the amount of time they had the vehicle there was no reason this should have been done half-assed. Moral of the story is I would avoid this location at all costs. There's better shops that I feel better represent the Line-X brand and you should bring them your money

I'm beyond happy that I chose them, I took my vehicle out for the first time today with all the upgrades and it is a whole new vehicle! I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

Literally called and asked twice how much for INSULAted #1 copper and was told $2.38 a pound. I got…read moreto site and had small amount of aluminum wire and romex wire so I sorted it out in 3 sections ... The copper i had was 90% #1 as it was 12 gauge or larger and 10% of pieces here and there was 18 gauge so #2... You have to use a 35 gallon yard trash can to put on scale . My aluminum was 10 pounds / my romex was 8 pounds and my copper was 35 pounds . As the scale is right in front of my face ... when I get my receipt which was only $49. It shows the following: 1) aluminum wire .20 a pound @ 5 pounds = $1... I KNOW ITS ONLY ANOTHER $1 but I had 10 pounds .. she took off 5 pounds for using her bucket 2) romex was originally 8 pounds @ .70 = $5.60 which was the only one I wasn't screwed on. 3) which makes me so mad. I had originally 35 pounds of #1 insulated copper and a little #2. After I organized everything I had half a bucket full of copper and she herself even says "o you have #1 and some #2 in there " okay... the receipt says #3 copper @ $1.75 a pound (ripped me off .70 a pound already) AND IT SHOWS 24 pounds on top of that... so she steals .70 a pound and steal 11 pounds off the top... All together I should have around $95-$100 and I got 50% of that ... DONT GO HERE ...

I told Carlos I need something that can stand up to the elements since I drive the Jeep with her top off at times. He suggested an Alpine stereo and I was game, I liked Alpine decks in my younger days. This upgrade does not have knobs... that is fancy to me. Everything is good, but I need to go back and see if it could be great. I've got Android auto, but Google maps isn't playing the verbal prompts. When I talk to Google she does not respond. I checked the settings on my phone and they look okay so I need the stereo checked out. I also need the center button on my left side steering wheel fixed because it's not working. Right now I'm rating them four stars. In certain to upgrade it once a couple kinks get worked out. It was really nice that Carlos walked me through using my stereo, as technology can be scary as we get older.

If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? So they can overcharge me and get them a cut? I don't know. It's just weird and unprofessional.
