Headed out of town…read moreI remembered I had a headlight out and as the niece of a fantastic mechanic, I knew what I needed but not what it looked like or how to find it for my make and model. Well Sebastian did! He was able to look at the light and simply tell me what I needed, where to find it, AND showed me how to fix it myself next time. IM SO GRATEFUL. He helped me with a super kind and happy heart and then picked the perfect present for my toddler. Did you know they sell really cool cars and truck toys at O'Reilly??? I learned that today

Ai need to take over simple jobs like this to make life easy. The type of people that work here…read moresadly can't even do the simple tasks of their job and blame customers for their lack of ability to do "their" job. Incompetence slop... do better, here's it's just idiocracy. Walked out after sold the wrong battery I asked for one but they had the audacity to tell me that it was wrong and switched as I bought it I waked out to put it in my car and to my surprise it wasn't what I asked for I went back in ask why and get what I asked for. All I wanted was what I asked for and it was a huge deal at one point the rest of the people in line started to yell at the employee and one guy was like dude your really going take that bs. Finally after the incompetent worker gave me the battery I asked for I left and will never return how could something so simple be so complicated... Alright so I am a mechanic and I shop here literally almost every day on the commercial side of the…read morethings and the customer service there is amazing with the dudes in the back Larry and Jr. They make going there looking for parts the highlight of my days, the delivery drivers are also great they all have a great personality but the new manager that runs things there his name is Roberto I believe? Is an actual pain in the ass to these folks. The dude likes to get disrespectful pretty quickly when his "team" don't do shit asap or as he told me "the way I want things done" so in other words not the right way. Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. And whenever I end up with the manager on the phone asking him for parts I end up getting them wrong lmaooo. I was there when he talked to one of his drivers disrespectfully in front of me and other employees there and the issue isn't with the staff it's him. Other than that this Oreilys has ALWAYS been my "Go to" spot and the prices aren't too bad.

So Monday I decided to go but before I got in my car I called again and asked the same question and the gentleman said yes again and they weren't busy. I told him I'd be there in 10 mins. Well I arrived and all employees were just hanging out on their phone. So as I walked in I said oh good mom of you are busy to help me. And I asked who I just talked to on the phone about getting my check engine light off? no one admitted to it and the oldest guy standing there said oh we can't do that. Because they aren't reliable if anything was wrong. I told them I've scan my scan cat already I just need a smog test but first need that light off. No one helped me and I was denied they do that service. EVEN THOUGH I CAllED BEFORE ARRIVING AND SUNDAY. I don't know if that older man was the manger or what. But no wonder why the place had no costumers. I'm Going to try again tomorrow and see if the story changes

MO Bad Review Had a…read more$15,000 full suspension swap that had some quality assurance issues with it. Tried getting it rectified and we couldn't come to a reasonable agreement. Had to take the issue to court. The court ruled in my favor for close to $3000 in April, 2026. Multiple attempts to contact Matt since then have been made and no response and no payment. That being said, most of the recommendations for the build were good. Matt knows how to sell and knows what parts are good for intense offroading. However, he made some bad judgment calls that required more work and more parts and he made me pay for it. That, coupled with shotty work in some elements of the build, and him ignoring my concerns really is why they've earned a 1 star from me. They boast a proud integrity and workmanship but fell short and dodged responsibility. I'd be a happier person if after the court decision, the judgement would be paid and at least I know they took responsibility of some sort, but they haven't. TLDR: Matt made me pay for their mistakes, couldn't find an agreement to make it right, went to court and judge ruled in my favor, Matt is not taking my calls to pay for their mistakes. Poor integrity, poor work, poor accountability was my experience with MO.
