Job was only going to take a day, but I have a special 4-phase paint and my technician Isai was unhappy with the color match. A day later I picked up a car that has a beautifully matched bumper, restored headlights and washed. This is a family business that even includes a functional furniture artist that is represented by a Scottsdale art gallery. The workspace and even the bathroom was impeccable. They did not do the work correctly, causing the paint to feel "sticky", leaving dust and debris to stick on the car. No matter how many times I tried to wash it, it will not clear. Prior to coming to the shop, I had gotten estimates from three different shops. This shop gave me a great deal, almost 50% cheaper than the other shops. They responded to my texts promptly, and finished the job on time. Another nice thing about this, when I came pick up my car, the owner said "oh, we came in under budget" and charged me $50 less than the original quote he gave me. I have never gotten this kind of service from anyone. I will for sure recommend this to everyone I know.
