So I called triple A and had them tow it (less than 4 miles) to the new shop. Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? So they can overcharge me and get them a cut? I don't know. It's just weird and unprofessional.

After the repairs were completed there was still major noise from the pinion bearings ( I kinda figured they may be bad also) so after getting another great price I had them do the repairs. I immediately drove 1250 miles to WA with trailer in tow and about 4500lbs of payload. The truck ran like a Swiss watch ! Absolutely phenomenal work by Don and his team. I called AZ Quality about my 2002 Porsche Boxster transmission leaking out. George said he knew…read moreexactly what the problem was. I delivered my transmission. A week later he said he fixed it. He asked me then if he could install it. I said yes. He installed it and it still leaked. He pulled it out and said he found the leak and Re-installed it and asked me to come. Car would not start. He handed me a broken oil filler tube and said it was broken. He was lying. I looked at engine. When they put starter back together, they crunched all the air hoses. They pulled off starter and re-positioned air hoses. Some hose got ruined. Another issue they put water in my anti-freeze tank. You don't put water in an antifreeze tank in a Porsche? He did not know how to release the pressure of air in anti-freeze tank and car overheated. I personally had to fix all these issues. Not only that the car still leaked fluid in transmission. George blamed it on the flywheel was bad. I asked him if he tightened bolts per Porsche specs. He said, "It does not Matter". I brought my Porsche after the fact to Porsche. They said tightening bolts to specs on Porsche Automatic Tiptronic Transmission flywheel is one of the most important things. If not, it will still leak. George Masked my issue and did not fix it. Now, I am stuck putting transmission fluid in my Porsche every 2 weeks because it leaks out!

We had an appointment scheduled for 11am and so like any normal person I was waiting at least 40 mins for them to come and 2 mins before our appointment I get a text saying that "randy is stuck in blah blah blah and that they would be able to come around 6" so they call me when they are at the spot where my car is at 5:55 saying there were there. So I had my step dad run Them out my keys well I was rushing to meet them there they maybe had to wait seven minutes tops and so I called to apologize telling him that my stepdad was outside waiting for them and then I'll be there shortly and I believe it's his wife but I could be wrong the owners answer the phone saying nope I'm not waiting it's too hot and hung up on me. So if you were smart I would definitely take your business else where because they were super rude and unprofessional. I wish them nothing but the best but will never recommend them to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. That's how unprofessional and rude this lady was. So sad she can treat someone like this after they had me waiting over a half hour but yet couldn't wait 10 mins for me. Ha what a joke.

They were all very nice and did their best to fix what they thought was the problem the cheapest way possible for me. I was very grateful. On top of that, I'm a teacher and all my friends--I mean ALL--were out of town for the summer, so I had no ride home from and back to the shop after dropping off my car. When I was about to call a cab, they said don't be silly we'll drive you back and bring your car to you when it's done. I was blown away by this family's generosity and commitment to help their customers, not just make money. My car seems to be doing great, and I definitely recommend Johnson Automotive to anyone! :)
