Came here for the Brunch special on Saturday afternoon in a group of 4. The ambiance is nice and clean. The brunch special is an amazing deal! The portion sizes were just right and the wonton soup wasn't salty at all (very good), triple salmon roll was very good and the fried banana dessert was also very flavorful and tasty! The servers were nice and the bathrooms were also very clean.

Sushi rolls vary each time we order sometimes it's great sometimes ok. Sauce always ends up on the bottom of the tray instead of in the roll. Sashimi pizza salmon - 8/10 it has crispy thin crust and lots of topping and sauces. Definitely taste the salmon and it's good. Special rolls: Fire Island-8/10 -slightly spicy red sauce - tastes like pasta with fried shrimp American dream -8/10- smooth mix of tempura and crab Triple three - 8/10. Fresh soft fish. Light refreshing roll Golden State - 7/10 - sweet, sour, and savory flavors combined into one Volcano- 7- crispy outside with cream and sauce can't really taste fish Sex on the beach - 7/10. Balanced roll but needs sauce. Mango Hawaii -7/10- it ranges between 7 and 9 depending on the sweetness of the fruit and the freshness of the fish. Joker 7/10. White fish is ok , the jalapeno is good. The spicy red sauce is a little weird in here.

Braised Galbi Short Rib - this was our favorite dish. Flavorful and tender

My 4 stars are strictly for the decor and the waitstaff here. As for the food, there is some improvement needed. More in the pics

I absolutely loved every flavor of my meal! I went during restaurant week on August 6, 2025. I will definitely come back here for more delicious bites! The bass was a lovely portion! It went well with the pea sauce. I love the tuna bites. The deserts were outstanding. This is a perfect spot for any meetup. Business, friends. Birthdays, etc. Parking lot is available.

Had the 3 course Prix Fixe and it was a great value. My sea bass entree was fresh and quite a large portion. I enjoyed the ambiance which was quaint and the decor is stunning. Came here with two other people and they also enjoyed their meals. I'm happy to have this local gem

Their lunch special is SO WORTH IT. My mom and I came on a Thursday afternoon and were seated right away. Their sushi lunch specials come with a soup/salad, appetizer, and entree. For $19, it comes with a decent amount of food. The fish is fresh and they don't skimp on it. Everything comes on one plate so you can choose what you want to indulge in first. We had the Crispy Lobster Roll and Sex on the Beach Roll. The Crispy Lobster was presented differently than I expected and I was also surprised that they topped every piece with more lobster meat--super filling and worth it! The Sex on the Beach was wrapped with a pink soy paper rather than seaweed (just a heads up) and was a nice fresh complement to the heavier Crispy Lobster. Mito's ambiance is comparable to restaurants in the city. Super bright, decor is beautiful, and I can see it being dim and moody in the evening. Definitely returning here!

Came here Sunday for lunch around 1:30 and it was awesome! Loved the ambiance as soon as we walked in, I got the 29$ pre fixe menu and man was it worth it! Comes with a drink of your choice and I did the bloody Mary which was amazing wonton soup was fresh and flavorful, hibachi tenderloin for an extra 6$ is definitely worth it, had an amazing time can't wait to be back!

It's hard to find a good consistent sushi place in the bayside area and I'm happy to always stick to Mito. Everything is so flavorful, even the spicy edamame. Love coming here

More decor!

Recently moved to the Bay Terrace area and was missing some good quality sushi. Found this place when leaving the Five Guys next door and would 100% recommend this place! Some items are a bit pricey but everything is worth it. Wonderful date night place. We had Jessie as our waiter; very knowledgeable and kind. Recommended the Drunken Whale sake. My fiancée did the price fixe (Wagyu dumplings, salmon, chocolate lava cake) and I got the salmon citrus carpaccio and triple roll (?) -- salmon, tuna, yellowtail. Lovely decor, ambiance, and overall experience. Would go back. See pics for the goods! Correction: Triple Three I think was wrapped in lettuce.

I recently came across Mito, located in bay terrace. I never paid any attention to it until recently when I saw the menu on Uber eats. I have been ordering their sushi non stop. Their spicy salmon usually has crunch and I don't like l crunch, so I always call in to request no crunch. I'm so happy with their sushi. Presentation is nice and addicting.

The restaurant felt and looked high end. Definitely a nice place to bring a date! Which is what I did, brought the wife out on a lunch date while the kids were at school. We came here during lunch time and opted for the lunch prix fixe which is 4 courses for $25. If you look at the prices on the menu, the price of lunch is a steal! The speed of the food coming out was rather slow provided that there weren't a lot of people at the restaurant when we dined (1 to 2pm). The waitress did come around often to see if we needed anything. The food. The appetizer were Kani salad and wonton soup. The Kani salad was a great balance of cucumber and Kani with hint of spice. The wonton soup was ok, my wife said the wonton was very good, but the soup itself didn't have any flavor. The 2nd course was crispy calamari and spare ribs. The calamari was fried and seasoned to perfection. The spare ribs however was very salty. The 3rd course was the crispy lobster roll which was a great balance of flavors, crispy on the outside and packing with lobster goodness on the inside. The triple salmon was good, but didn't wow me. It tasted very similar to a spicy salmon roll. Lastly, the 4th course was mochi ice cream. Both the matcha and vanilla were great and a must try. Overall, the food and experience was great and I look forward to coming back here soon. There ar3 just so many options to try.

Our son, a Bayside resident, suggested that we try this place for brunch. This mall is known for horrendous parking, but if you come here before the movies start, there is ample parking. While not an all you can eat, there is more than enough food for anyone, and we left with food to take home. For a base price around $30, you can pick from a substantial menu of appetizers, entrees and desserts. They also give you many tempting choices that come with an extra charge. We mostly avoided those but never felt deprived. Our server was patient and helpful at all times. The food was always exceptional and well presented. Looking forward t oour next visit.

I have only been here for their weekend brunch and it is such a steal for what you get! You get an app, entree and dessert for $29 (good size portions!) and add $10 and it becomes a bottomless boozy brunch. Totally worth the $10 add on as it includes lychee martinis and mai tai which is unique (and the drinks pack a punch!). This is the best brunch deal that I've found! I've never been here for dinner so I can see why this restaurant may have 3 stars (it's good but not good enough for the price they charge on some of the dishes). Aesthetics is on point, I think there is an outside section as well that I've never sat it. It's located in the bay terrace plaza so plenty of parking as well. P.S.- while I was there, there was an ad for other weekly specials (pretty enticing)

Our server kept checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The calamari and shrimp ceviche were both delicious - the calamari was well battered and the ceviche was fresh. My entree, chicken baraki, was a large portion (had to take it home) and it was delicious. The drinks looked amazing but we didn't try any this time - definitely on our next visit! The spot is somewhat busy but not super noisy, which I liked. Parking is street parking and it does get busy in this area. Overall, a great spot with cool drinks and good food!

They gave us two glasses and a picture of mimosas. Everything was really good. As an appetizer we ordered the focaccia grilled cheese bites. The vodka sauce dip was so amazing. Honestly, that was hands-down, the best thing. For our main, I ordered the Mediterranean Benedict. They made the Benedict. Perfect, I love the prosciutto with it. It does come on top of a focaccia bread. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sweet potato fry squares. I'm not crazy about sweet potatoes and I didn't read the menu to see to get something else. Also, the Greek churro was so good with the feta whip. This is definitely a really cute place. Everyone who works there is so kind and polite. It is definitely worth a stop in for brunch.
