The first time I interacted with her, I had a lot of extra baggage, and without hesitation she helped carry it all the way to my rental car. The second time, I was dealing with an issue involving my travel agent and rental reservation, and once again, she went out of her way to help me get everything sorted out. Both times, she was nothing but smiles, positivity, and genuinely great customer service. She made stressful travel situations significantly easier, and experiences like this are the reason I have such a positive impression of National. Alejandro offered to comp me for an Uber and when I noted that my company's regulations wouldn't let me put the Uber app on their phone, he offered to call me a cab and comp me that amount instead.
