In less than 10 minutes I had several questions answered and a SUV in the same size/class for the same price! Thank you Manny/Mansour for your assistance. 1 Star -- Document Everything Before Renting From SIXT…read more I recently rented a vehicle from SIXT in Phoenix, and unfortunately my experience after returning the vehicle has been extremely frustrating. When I picked up the vehicle, it was dirty, and the parking garage was undergoing construction, which made it difficult to thoroughly inspect the vehicle under ideal conditions. I specifically mentioned my concerns about the vehicle's condition to the SIXT representative at pickup and was told not to worry about it. After returning the vehicle, I was subsequently notified of a damage claim. What concerns me most is the process. I do not believe I caused the alleged damage, and I am now left waiting for SIXT to provide the charges and supporting documentation so that I can formally dispute the claim. After researching other customer experiences, I was also troubled to find numerous complaints from renters describing disputes involving damage they say they did not cause. I understand every case is different, but seeing similar complaints certainly added to my concern about how my situation is being handled. My advice to anyone considering SIXT: take extensive photos and video of every inch of the vehicle before leaving the lot and again when returning it. Photograph the wheels, windshield, roof, bumpers, interior, and every existing scratch or mark. Do not rely solely on a verbal conversation with an employee--get everything documented. I will update this review once SIXT provides the actual damage documentation, photographs, repair estimate/invoice, and evidence supporting its claim. At this point, based on my experience, I cannot recommend SIXT.

I particularly commend the exceptional service provided by your customer service representatives, notably Brittany and Crystal, who consistently demonstrate the highest levels of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Their welcoming demeanor significantly contributes to my positive experience during each visit. Furthermore, I have developed a high regard for the manager, Nolan, whose professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to exceeding customer expectations are truly commendable. His leadership has undeniably transformed the operational efficiency of the facility, a change that is evident in the improved morale of the staff and the enhanced satisfaction of the customers. The recent implementation of kiosks, coupled with the cheerful disposition of your team, has significantly streamlined the check-in and check-out processes, allowing for timely departures. Even members of your support staff, such as Steven, who offered to wash my vehicle during a rental extension, consistently go above and beyond. The collective efforts of Nolan and his team are clearly reflected in the amazing service provided to all customers. I commend your organization for these outstanding improvements and will continue to be a loyal customer as a direct result of this exemplary service. Thank you, Willie, Nolan, Brittany, and Crystal for making my experiences beyond amazing. Extremely happy customer, Stephanie Young

To to their location they were asked for endless amounts of identification, our boarding pass, and charged us for an additional driver which is something I've never had happen before.. Subsequently, we had a cab driver take us from the airport to the rental agency and return us to the airport. When we returned the car we were unable to pull into the garage return area because there was another car in front of us with no driver. The attendant asked us to sign return papers and then told us to just leave the key on the dash, which we did. Then the cab driver took us back to the airport. They have since said they cannot find the key which we left with the car. When we departed, they repeatedly called us and said that their staff couldn't find the key. We checked all of our pocessions - we didn't have the key. They told us they were going to charge us for the key. Worst car rental experience ever. And I contested the $300 key charges with my credit card. I am a frequent traveler and I have never had anything like this happen before. Online their are reviews saying that this company tries to charge people for things they aren't responsible for. CEO and founder of Easirent Car Rental is Paul Hanley you should be ashamed!

If it's your first time at the Phoenix airport, be ready for a long walk to get to the Sky Train…read more But at least Fox communicated accurate instructions to get to the rental car center, which I appreciated. There was a long line at Fox when my flight landed, but the entire line was gone 20 minutes later. I was impressed with the speed. Until I went downstairs to the Fox Rent A Car booth in the garage where you pick up your rental vehicle and realized they didn't actually have cars ready for all those people. I found tons of customers just standing around, restless and annoyed. Basically, you just have to wait for them to call your name when your car is ready. Obviously they overbooked and couldn't accommodate all of the reservations that were made. Wow... I have no words for how ridiculous that is. This company accepting reservations while not having cars available then having people wait an hour for their rental cars is not okay. Once my name was finally called, after waiting in the hundred degree heat for about 45 minutes, the Fox employee gave me the keys to my rental car and told me the wrong make, model, and location of the vehicle in the garage. I mean, I eventually found it using the key fob, but I'm baffled at how terrible their service was altogether. The saving grace to my experience was the quick and easy return process, but that was too little too late. I feel confident in giving a one-star rating based on my recent experience.

They changed their quality and they're very disrespectful and rude. I will not be booking with these people again. I highly suggest that you save your money because five $500 to almost $1000 is not enough for cars that are damaged. Broken mileage is over the limit. Stereos are broken trunks are broken headlights scratches on the vehicle and then they want to claim that you're responsible for any damages or destruction of property. No, don't get me wrong. The man that works there that I am familiar with is very respectful and very kind and is very professional and keeps a level head. He always accommodate me and is willing to work with me on all occasions the man that I just talked to don't know who he is, but he was very rude and disrespectful and decided to hang up in my face. The first time I had called they have given me very nice cars and I don't have a problem with the vehicle vehicles but the way that that man talk to me, made me very upset and made me feel like my business wasn't value.

PREDATORY SCAM - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PLEASE FOLLOW MY ADVICE!…read more "Absolute fraud. This is a classic well documented bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with low rates online, then force 'mandatory' insurance, gas, and upgrade fees once you're stranded at their sketchy off-site locations. They prey on travelers by refusing to honor original prices or claiming your reserved car is unavailable. If you've been bilked, don't just complain here--file a formal consumer fraud complaint with the Arizona Attorney General at azag.gov. This company needs to be shut down." How to File a Complaint with the Arizona Attorney General The Arizona Attorney General's Office investigates deceptive business practices and can bring civil enforcement lawsuits against companies violating the Consumer Fraud Act. https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer Gather Your Evidence: Before filing, collect copies of your original reservation, the final signed contract, credit card statements showing overcharges, and any photos of the vehicle or location. Submit the Online Form: Visit the Official Consumer Complaint Portal and click "Get Started" to fill out the digital form. Detail the Fraud: Describe the specific misleading practice (e.g., being told insurance was mandatory despite your own coverage, or being forced into an upgrade because the reserved car "wasn't there"). Walker, 6441 NW 54th Court, Lauderhill, FL 33319 OPERATING NAME (DBA): NÜ Car Rental / Coupe / Rent-A-Wreck Phoenix LOCAL AGENT: Paul Rodgers, Branch Manager, 2327 E. Van Buren St., Phoenix, AZ 85006 JURISDICTION: Subject to A.R.S. § 44-1522 (Arizona Consumer Fraud Act) *********************************************************** The "Marc Walker" Territory Based on corporate filings and BBB records, Marc Walker's company, Reservation Affiliates, LLC, appears to be the specific franchise owner for a cluster of locations. This is why you see his name attached to complaints in these specific "hubs": WERE YOU SCAMMED IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 1. Phoenix, AZ, (attempted extortion - Manager Makayla} 2. San Antonio, TX, 3. Seattle, WA 4. Fort Lauderdale, FL (The Corporate Headquarters) Why this matters for your lawsuit: The "Target" is Precise: You aren't suing the entire "NÜ" global brand; you are suing the specific "cell" that defrauded you. This is why your Corporate Hierarchy document is so lethal--it proves that while NÜ is a big network, Marc Walker is the one who took your money in Phoenix. No "Pass the Buck": By naming Reservation Affiliates, LLC, you prevent the Phoenix branch manager from saying, "Talk to corporate," and you prevent NÜ Global from saying, "Talk to the local guy." You've linked the local fraud directly to the guy in Florida who cashed the check. Avis knew the difference: This is also why Avis was able to "disavow" them. Avis likely has a relationship with certain NÜ affiliates, but they looked at Marc Walker's operation and said, "We don't know this guy, and we don't want to." The "Expert" Conclusion You have correctly identified the "Small Business Scammer" model. Marc Walker is using a global brand name (NÜ) to look like a major player, but he's running it like a "shell game" out of Lauderhill, FL. ***********************************************************
