This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

They cleaned up after the end of each day. Ron is so Honest I left my front door unlocked the first day because I couldn't be there when they arrived. I also left them on another day when I went to a Doctor's Appointment. We started out as one project in my Primary Bathroom Shower. I thought there was mold growing on the grout and caulking. It turned out not to be, it was just poor workmanship and quality of materials. My house is about 2 years old and I Never expected to have these issues. Ron shared with me what he would do to correct the problems and how he was going to do it. I asked him for an idea of what this was going to cost and he said he would provide a written estimate in a few minutes. When he showed me the estimate I was very impressed because I thought it was going to be quite a bit more money. At this point I said let's go look at my other 2 bathrooms and see what they look like. Sure enough they were very similar, only not as bad because they're very rarely used. I asked to get a quote on doing them also. I usually get 3 quotes before I make a decision. At this point I felt the price was very fair and I felt very Confident that Ron was going to do Exactly what he said. I gave him the project right then and there. The first day they were working and we were talking about the terrible workmanship in my house so I showed him the terrible caulk job around all 3 of the toilets. And from there I showed him my Kitchen Counters where some of the caulking came loose. He showed me where there was never any caulk ever applied. He again gave me 2 more quotes for me to consider. I said let's just take care of all of it so I don't have to think about it going forward. The complete project was done on time and Better than I had imagined. The real surprise was when they were completely finished they did a Clean Up Job that I couldn't even tell they were there. If anyone needs Caulking and Grout Work save your time calling several contractors out to give you prices. I would Only work with Ron from Grout Lines USA in the future. I almost forgot to share that Ron shared with me how to clean my Floors, Tiles and Countertops going forward. He also shared with me what products to use and how to use them. He's A True Professional.

Shawn from Miracle method came out to our home and evaluated the master bath shower, the vanity counter top and sink for replacement. Several days later we got a quote. The quote had an extra sink added to it and the cost was above what Lowe's or Home Depot offered for the same item. After discussing this with their office personnel the quote was adjusted. Soon after we scheduled days to have the work done. the day before Miracle method called us and asked if it was ok if they started a day early after I got home from work. I agreed, leaving myself some time to empty out the bathroom and prepare the bedroom. After the repairman showed up I purposely asked if it was necessary to cover our belongings up in the bedroom(bed covers, pictures on furniture and walls, antique books) or take the curtains down. I was told NO. then the spraying started and I happened to peak into the room after a length of time. the air in the room was filled with white particles. Again, I asked about covering things up. Again, the response was NO. Three days later when the job was done I commented on all the overspray. I was willing to partial pay until someone could discuss the mess that was left but I wanted reimbursed for all the mess the repairman left. I had to take all the curtains and valances to the cleaners, wash all the bed clothes and take cleaning chemicals to the doorknobs and most of the metal knobs, brass, toiletpaper holder, towel holder to get off the overspray. ALL our oak furniture was covered in overspray. All the books, pictures-anything they had a surface was covered in it. It took me three hours to get it looking better. It took them nearly two weeks to come back and discuss this with us and I found out they charged my credit card 94.08 more than I agreed to. When they finally did come back to the house and we showed them the areas we were upset with and all our personal belongings covered in this overspray and the receipts, they would only agree to pay for what we had to replace or clean and not charge us what we still owed! Not one word about the furniture or the flooring that was covered. Be Warned. read more

Miracle Method Surface Refinishing, are amazing and saved my bathrooms! I had bought my home a few years ago and it had been somewhat remodeled. However my bathrooms (tub and shower) were painted and it started peeling within three months of my house purchase. I was beside myself, and had no idea what direction to go in. I found Miracle method surface refinishing. John came and put the extra effort in making sure everything was prepped and finish the way it needed to be. Their product and work ethic is impeccable. So glad I opted for Miracle Method. My old bathrooms was in dire need of a do-over but a do-over is expensive. After the Miracle Method they now look like brand new, upgraded modern bathrooms and at half the cost. PLEASE READ THIS WARNING. I attempted to work with Timothy Blake Heaton to resolve the issues in a manner that was agreeable to me. He declined. He refused to participate in the credit card dispute process to resolve the issue. Instead, he threatened me with legal action if I did not pay by a specific date. I did make the final payment to avoid the legal action that he was going to bring against me. read more

I described the material as a salt and pepper solid surface that had been shattered in three pieces. He offered to meet me on the road but we were traveling to Mesa anyway met him in the morning, dropped it off, and he had it fixed in two hours! If we didn't already know it had been in pieces we could never tell it had been broken at all! it was perfect and at 1/3 of the price! Highly recommend!

He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.
