The job was only supposed to take 2 days, but he first needed to remove the product that my husband put on the tile from a tub-in-tile kit from Home Depot. Btw, don't ever waste your money on that. Our technician was Ricky and he did a wonderful job. He was professional and friendly. He worked a straight 8 hours to cut out our fiberglass tub and added the Clear Cut Tub Conversion Kit from Lowe's and then completed the 6 coatings to clean, bond and seal the refinish. Warren and Marlin came to fix my tub today. Unfortunately, it is made out of plastic and not acrylic, like I thought. They realized about 1/2 way through the repair that it might not be the best idea to repair and refinish a plastic tub. Blake (manager/owner) called me to discuss, and we mutually decided that it will be better to replace than repair in this case. It's been a few weeks since Dean worked on my entire kitchen and I'm still in love with it. Changing from the dark outdated tile to something more light and modern makes me smile every day, and it was much more cost effective than replacing. Our island is huge and always felt like a monster in the middle, but now it's fresh and welcoming. The background: 1990's home in need of definite updating in the bathroom but wasn't worth doing the complete $15-20k overhaul. Overall the final job looks amazing- we chose white for everything, looks brand new, replaced the fixtures and glass door and shower walls all in the same job! So glad we did, but the only one "snaffoo" - wish we had gone back before and called to make sure they had all the contractors booked and lined up as planned since they needed to be stacked accordingly. One contractor wasn't booked. But that being said, Miracle method came in so quickly, fixed the one scheduling error so fast, nicest crew ever (family owned) and our bathroom looks 100% brand new and would absolutely use them again. Technician was on time and did a nice match with the color. The repair looks fine...it is not noticeable at all. Repaired holes in bathtub. The fiberglass repair adhesion is noted to be under warranty for 1 year. Took a total of a couple weeks time to fail, start to peal up and have water seep behind (specifically only used tub for two baths for my daughter before noticed failure). If this durability is any indication of their services, I would not recommend for any type of service, as repair is immediate failure. Requested a refund for total failure since was such a horrible job, regardless of warranty, so I could hire someone to repair properly. Manager Blake contacted me and said they have "done thousands of repairs and I think our reviews should speak for themselves". Well, a company is only as good as their last job. He pointed out it was under warranty to "protect our customers" so could send someone out to redue. Second repair patch done differently- unsure how long it will last, good thing we don't use the tube too often- only used once so far. Sanding surface scratches are also visible outside of patched painting so did quick cover-up; could of come from first or second repair, so those will probably cause rust issues later. Took part of two separate days out of our schedule to correct in addition to a part day for the first failured repair. Also still smells of chemicals up near repair two weeks later (whole house smelled after second repair). If all this occurs on small jobs, wonder how big jobs turn out. Recommend avoiding. read more

After a disastrous experience with an unlicensed company called MendaBath I hired this company. Night and day difference. They actually stripped the tub and used top notch resin to refinish it. The tub looks good as new in white shiny gloss. They come back a few days later and polish it. Once this project is completed I will hire them to come do the shower. read more

I'm very happy with my "new" tub from Miracle Method. The previous owner painted over the tub in my bathroom, very poorly, and as time went on, the paint started to come off and look awful. The tub also had a low section where water would sit and discolor the tub. I reached out to Miracle Method back in May and they were able to give me a quote after texting them pictures of the tub. I wasn't ready to start on the project until September, so after reaching back out to them after months, they were able to start and finish my tub within the week. They removed the awful paint job from the previous owner, leveled out the tub so it would drain properly, and refinished it to look brand new! I was told they were sending their best technician to resurface my kitchen sink. I hired a plumber to unhook the garbage disposal the day before. The technician set up and sprayed the paint on the sink. The next day he came to sand the surface. When I took a look at the sink, I was shocked to see it had bubbles, scratches and something imbedded in some places. Also the surface wasn't smooth. I told him I wasn't happy with the result. He claimed it was a fruit fly that made a scratch which was about 3" long, the bubbles were because the product was cold because it was in his truck. However it is 75 degrees in my home and if he really knew cold would be an issue, I wondered why he didn't bring it in while he was setting up which about 4 hours. I also had to run after his truck because he had left the protoceratops covering on the chandeliers over the sink. The next day the plumber came back to reinstall the disposal and when he opened the cabinet he showed me that the technician had not covered the sink drain hole and the paint was all over inside the cabinet. The plumber kindly cleaned it all up. When I contacted the company they sent out a quality control person who saw the issues and offered a redo. It was such an awful experience I just wanted my money back. He tried speaking to someone who was able to authorize a refund but that person was unavailable. He told me there would be someone contacting me. Im still waiting for that call. It's been a month. Nothing but crickets. read more
