We hired dramatic difference to refinish our kitchen and all bathtubs (painting) for our new home in Chandler. Ryan performed a fantastic job and we cannot be happier with his work. He is a very responsible and detailed oriented person ( very difficult to find). He automatically identifies imperfections in his work and fixes them proactively without constant supervision. He works very hard. Over four days of work, he left past 11pm at least three times making sure everything was perfect. Our kitchen and bathtubs now look like new. It's a shame I can't give extra stars beyond 5! I contacted Dramatic Difference through the Yelp quote feature. Ryan answered within 2 hours. I told him I was remodeling my bathroom, and needed a quote to refinish my porcelain bathtub, but told him it might be a month or so. He asked for pictures, and gave me a quote. On Monday, I contacted him asking when he could get me on the schedule, expecting a wait with his awesome Yelp reviews. He offered Thursday or Friday, came out today, and in 4 1/2 hours the tub looks brand new! Left the area sparkling clean, a set of care instructions and a warranty! I know it was a pretty small job, but he treated it like it was the most important project he had! Our old Counter tops were a salmon pink with cracks chips and stains We were considering spending a small fortune to redo our kitchen with new counter tops but this would take our budget away for other planned projects we had planned. So Andria and I researched alternatives that will make our kitchen look much better but not cost an arm an leg. That's how we found Dramatic Difference Ryan came to our home showed us a huge assortment of different color options and we picked the one we liked and then Ryan set an appointment to come back with all the material. Ryan clearly explained exactly what were to expect and had our kitchen prepared by moving all our gadgets to another room. When Ryan Arrived he first protected our existing appliances and cabinets by sealing them off as. I watched him as he cleaned up the counter tops by sanding, filling in the chips and preparing it to paint. Once Ryan finished the job he removed all the materials from our home reviewed how to care for the newly surfaced counter tops and we started taking pictures for Facebook and Instagram :) Fast forward a month our counter tops are still looking brand new and with no defects or issues. Ryan also offered to come back and respray a small area where we were planning to replace the sick if we switched to an under mount sink from the current one we had and we also found out he does cabinets. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! We have a rental property in Avondale AZ but we live in California. Our property management company advised us we had a crack in our cultured marble shower/bath surround, provided us with photos and a $1500 quote to get it replaced with their own vendor. I started calling around for comparative quotes. One of the contractors I spoke to suggested I get it repaired instead of replaced and recommended Ryan at Dramatic Difference, saying he uses Ryan whenever they have repair work. I called Ryan at 2pm yesterday and texted him the photos. He was able to provide an on the spot quote for only $250 to repair and resurface and the surround, and further, he had just finished a job in the area so could do the work that afternoon! (He is apparently very booked up but happened to have an opening there and then). I arranged access to the property, and by 7pm he texted me photos of the completed work and it looks STUNNING! But I sent him a text the next day and said we had picked out our colors for our countertop and asked him when he wanted to pick up his samples. Never heard back from him again. The past year we have not been able to use our master shower because it had a crack in the base, near the drain. We had several companies come out and give us quotes in the thousands of dollars range and thought great, we'll never be able to use the shower. After researching options, we came across Ryan's company. We set up a time for him to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived, on time and prepared. He measured and came back with a quote we couldn't believe. He walked us through the process and we picked our color. He came on the scheduled day and set up for work. He covered our bed, the bathroom floors, walls, sink and everything else of value so it wouldn't get dirty. He worked from 9am to about 1pm on the first day and again from 9am to 1pm on the second day. When he was done, we were blown away! The quality, the workmnship, the professionalism, it was all top notch and far exceeded our expectations.
