Miners landing includes restaurants, the great wheel, wings over Washington, a carousel, ice cream and consessions, an arcade and some gift shops. It was a cute area to walk through. The gift shop was amazing, got quite a few goodies to take back home to the family. I enjoyed the attractions we attended.

There's a ton of little business to eat. At the end you got the Ferris wheel. You can guy decent priced seafood here! Or there's sit down restaurants

    Broken game in arcade

A bit run down, multiple broken games in the arcade. The pirate shop closes hours before the other waterfront shops as well as the bread shop.

Definitely give Miners Landing a visit when in the area! Its a short walk from Pike Place Market and there is plenty to do. We decided to get on the ride, Wings Over Washington and it did not disappoint! We had SOOO much fun! My only complaint was that we did not want it to stop! The employees we interacted with on this day were friendly and helpful! Make sure to also check out the Ferris wheel and the boat ride! The boat ride wasn't running when we stopped by, but it also looks like a lot of fun. The inside has restaurants, an ice cream shop, an arcade, and a gift shop. The inside is really cute and it has several levels. There are bathrooms located inside as well and at the time we stopped by, they were clean. This is definitely worth checking out!

This a very cheesy pier and shopping mall on the waterfront of Seattle. The design of the place is inspired by the 1890s gold rush of the Pacific Northwest. So, the interior looks a bit like something from the Wild West. There are a handful of restaurants serving mainly seafood, souvenir stores, and fast food options. The place was very empty when I went and is actually not that big. There is no reason to go here when you already have Pike Place Market nearby.

Great waterfront location and just what we were craving after a long conference day. It was one of the few places near the water that was still open for dinner, so we ordered in the casual dining area and sat at the tables in the seating area. The fried oysters were amazing and the clam chowder was perfect for the cold day. The crab cakes were also really meaty. It all hit the spot!

Stopped here with my two kids after walking around the Pike Place Market, it's in close proximity and a short walk to the Market which was nice. The pier is absolutely beautiful, it was clean and offered lots to do. Outside, they have a Ferris Wheel (Great Wheel) you can ride, as well as other attractions like a boat tour and Wings over Washington. Inside there are arcades, ice cream, a vintage carousel, shops, snacks, and restaurant. Our visit was on a Sunday around 2pm, almost everything inside was closed, expect for the ice cream shop, some stores, and the arcade. My kids and I were able to sit on the pier and enjoy the water and people watch for a little bit. This Pier is definitely worth a visit. I'd really like to return once everything inside is back open again.

Fun place for the kids. The decor is a hoot with mining items, dinosaurs, and even a statue of the Rat-Pack, so a little bit of everything. This inside rustic venue has an arcade, merry-go-round, gum ball machines and a few restaurants. Public bathrooms are nice. If you have kids come here.

Popcorn Shrimp Po Boy & Clam Chowder

Went out looking for a good shrimp po boy and came across this place. What looked very promising ended up being a little "bland." The issue I discovered is the bun had too much bread and it really hides the taste of the fried shrimp. It could have also used more aioli sauce to help with the flavor of the food. All in all, the shrimp was very tasty by itself. Fries were just ok and the chowder was decent.

Miner's Landing is on Pier 57 in Seattle. It's billed as "Gateway to the Alaska Gold Rush". We rode the Ferris Wheel here. The two adult tickets cost $16 each. At the bottom of the ticket it states, "Expires one year from issue date". So you don't have to use the ticket the same day that you purchase it. They rotated us three times, 360 degrees in a circle. You get opportunities for still photographs when they let the people off that boarded before you. It is a wonderful opportunity to take pictures of the piers, ocean and downtown Seattle with the skyscrapers. See attached photographs. I'd estimate we were on this ride for a total of ten minutes.

Good latte at 3.00 bucks. Had a blueberry danish and sourdough bread. Both were very fresh and tasty! Fast service with a lot of tourists in line today!

Their collection is incredible, but what truly sets them apart is the service. The Bourbon Curators, Ms. Hannah and Mr. Tommy, along with our amazing waitress Ms. Sassy, make you feel like a VIP from start to finish. They welcome you with open arms and create a personalized bourbon journey -- teaching you about flavor profiles, history, and how to discover different palettes you never knew you had. It's not just a drink menu... it's an experience. And the food? Michelin-worthy. We shared the Autumn Chicory Salad and the homemade Autumn Mushroom Pasta -- both beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and perfectly paired with the bourbon experience. Every bite showed off the kitchen's talent and passion. We were actually recommended this restaurant by strangers we met at the Seattle Space Needle -- and wow, did they steer us right. The Ballard's Cut surpassed every expectation. If you love bourbon, phenomenal food, and top-tier service from people who treat you like family, then this is the place. Do not miss it.

I genuinely don't know what to do with that explanation. The food took so long. I ordered my steak medium rare and it arrived overcooked. I thought this was a steakhouse and yall can't even cook a steak medium rare? One person in our party never received their salad despite asking multiple times. Their stupid steak dish is $50 entree with zero sides. I added cauliflower for an extra $17 charge and received something I could have made in five minutes. Finally, we tried to order dessert and were told they were out of the item we all wanted. This place is a ripoff with terrible service.

The space has a warm, modern-industrial vibe, wood floors, soft lighting, exposed ceilings, and thoughtful decorative touches. It's intimate without feeling cramped, and the open kitchen adds a nice energy. Our server was incredibly personable and professional, striking that perfect balance of friendly and knowledgeable. We did the American Omakase. We started with a trio of entry snacks: smoked anchovies, prosciutto with watermelon, and fresh focaccia. The anchovies were punchy and vibrant, definitely for fans of big flavor. The prosciutto and watermelon were refreshing, and the focaccia tasted like it came straight from a great neighborhood bakery. Course 1: Amberjack Crudo Fresh, clean, and beautifully balanced. The tomato compote and rolled vegetables paired so well together, and the flakes of salt on top really opened up the flavor of the fish. Course 2: Diver Maine Scallop Hands down one of the highlights of the night. The scallop was paired with breadcrumbs, oyster mushrooms, and a miso sauce that made the whole dish feel warm, savory, and almost Thanksgiving-like in its comfort. VERY good. Course 3: Pork Belly Served with carrot puree, apple "sauce", and leeks. The pork belly itself was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the sweetness of the apple paired perfectly. The leeks were a surprise standout. Course 4: Lamb Rich, moist, and deeply seasoned, with a lovely rub. The artichoke hearts added such a sharp, earthy contrast that it legit gave me goosebumps. The potato purée and jus tied everything together. Course 5, Dessert: Chocolate something (oops it was like a mousse) with Poached Pears & Raspberry Creamy, balanced, and not overly sweet. A perfect finish. Overall, Violet delivered a thoughtful, memorable meal with impeccable pacing and standout dishes from start to finish. Would absolutely return

To finish off our meals, we shared the Olive Oil Cake ($14) - basil yogurt cremeux, strawberry gel, and the Chocolate Tiramisu ($16) - mascarpone, rum, amaretto, candied hazelnuts. What I loved: Oh man, every dish was delightful. I found something to savor and repeat in each of the dishes we were served. From the sweetness of the heirloom tomatoes, to the creamy burrata, from the crispy potatoes, to the fresh peas and everything in between. Our least favorite, at the table was the mushroom Angnolotti, inconsistent from bite to bite. The presentation of the Carrot & Tahini dip was a bit haphazard compared to the rest of the dishes served, but the flavor was still lovely. Why I loved it: The service was unparalleled, comfortable yet professional and quick to offer recommendations for our larger party. The decorations and quaint spaces truly welcoming, and the food, excellent. Cost: High ($40+ per person)
