After being treated poorly at Focus Vision, I knew I needed to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere, and I'm so glad I chose Miller Optometry. The staff was friendly, and courteous, my appointments moved right along with no delays, and the doctor was patient with all my questions. After follow up testing, Dr. Dosaj found that I had been previously misdiagnosed. I highly recommend Miller Optometry. read more

My glasses were less than a year in and I asked if they were under the warranty to be fixed and behold they repaired the nose pads and the temples. I was excited for the amazing service and how quickly they fixed my glasses. I will definitely be coming back and recommend anyone for great services and a professional doctor (Dr. Dosaj) that is very thorough and passionate. read more

Always a good experience. I've been coming here for 45 years, even while living abroad. I feel well looked after.

I have been going to Miller optometry for almost 10 years. I love the personal attention you get from everyone in the office from doctor's To technicians to receptionist. Grace has always been so very helpful in helping me pick out the right frames, etc. If you haven't been to Miller's optometry I highly recommend you go they will take care of you!! read more

Dr. Dosaj is awesome. I wore glasses for so many years for reading and Dr. Dosaj saved me by prescribing one contact lense in my right eye to read and nothing in my left eye to see distance. I love love love not wearing glasses and I feel so lucky to have found Miller Optometry. read more

When you change medical professionals it can sometimes be hit or miss when you're looking online for someone. Dr. Dosaj & his staff has definitely been a HIT! He is very professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. I love to keep my business local. read more

Beware, NOT HAPPY AT ALL.... I spent over $700 for two pair of glasses and the exam and can't wear either pair. I was talked into progressives and couldn't wear them, the main prescription I needed was for the computer that I sit at for 8 hours a day and the prescription was NOT right. returned for a new exam and I decided to go with a pair for the computer and pair for reading ( because I was told regular cheaters would not work for me because I had a slight astigmatism in my left eye (which I was not informed of in my first exam). So after wearing the computer glasses the frames do not fit my face they slide down and cause me pain because they sit on my cheeks. I called to see if I could come in and exchange my frames and I was told NO I had already exchanged them once. Well I exchanged them because the prescription was not right and progressives do not works for me. ( not my fault) So I am now stuck with glasses I absolutely cant wear and I am out a total of about $600. Miller Optometry is awful I do not recommend them! read more

Just visited this optometrist recently and this will be my last. Ran through the regular eye routine, good visit and at the end was told that I owed $40 for a scan that was being done because of COVID. Now charging is one thing but not telling me before and giving me the option is another. Personally, I think the business bought the machine and no one wanted to pay more, so COVID became the excuse to use it and charge. Bottom line is I think this is dishonest to not be upfront and make up stories about COVID this or that. Ill be getting seen elsewhere from here on. I really liked this place but this showed me its about the money and not having loyal customers that are happy and return year after year....extremely short sighted. read more

This is seriously the best place to get your glasses and get your annual check up. I've gone here since I was a little girl and I can honestly say that I don't want to go anywhere else. When my insurance changed in my late 20's I tried multiple locations, in Yucaipa, Redlands, and even trying to buy my glasses online. Honestly, it wasn't worth it. The Doctor's here are absolutely fantastic and the technicians/specialist who help you pick out your glasses are great! read more

I highly recommend these folks. I was kindly treated in a spotless office. They are professional and yet fully human (not always the case). All my questions were answered even before they were asked. Give them a try, you'll not regret it. read more

I complained to the powers-that-be at Crafton Hills College about my experience with Miller Optometry and Dosaj.... well, they listened! Eye Med reinstated my benefits a couple of months ago. I went to Lens Crafters and SO GLAD I did! I got my glasses in ONE WEEK! Miller's took over THREE weeks. Miller's NEVER cared about whether my glasses worked, or fit. LENS CRAFTERS is EXCELLENT. Do NOT go to Miller's.... there are waaaay more, and better, places to get your glasses. Note Patty Miller's (owner's wife) snooty remark to me. Note, PM: I am DR. de la Pena, to you..... Dr. Susana de la Pena P.S. RUN, don't walk, away from Miller's. Go to Lens Crafters. I'm working on getting Miller's out of our group of businesses for our CHC insurance. They are the WORST! They are RUDE people besides being incompetent! They don't deserve even ONE star. Horrible service! read more

Very happy with my experience at Miller Optometry. From appointment scheduling and working me into the schedule quickly to no long wait time in the office. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Exam prices reasonable, even will extra services. The doctor took his time with me to make sure the prescription was accurate and I was happy. Although I did not purchase glasses, I did order contacts and the turn around time was excellent. I strongly suggest you give Dr. Millers office a chance. You won't be disappointed read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the thorough eye exam I got here. I have never gotten this thorough of an eye exam before. All the staff members and the doctor were very nice and friendly. The girl that helped me pick out my eye glasses was so sweet. It's been quite a few years since I got an eye exam. I'm so glad I chose to go to Miller's Optometry. When I checked in, i didn't wait but a few minutes until I was brought back to get my eye exam. I highly recommend Miller's Optometry. I'll be back next year. read more

I've worn glasses for most of my life and I have usually gone to Kaiser or some local optometrists for my checkups. For all of these years, I assumed that all optometrists were the same. That assumption was proven wrong when I met with Dr. Dosaj! I was recently looking into LASIK and decided to also find a new optometrist since my regular optometrist was not able to answer several of my questions adequately. I had heard good things about Dr. Dosaj from a few friends and colleagues, and after reading the Yelp reviews and going to their website, I was intrigued and set up an appointment. After my first visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Dosaj as well as the facility. We discussed my many questions and Dr. Dosaj answered all of them to my satisfaction. He has a very calm and patient demeanor which made me feel very comfortable, and I never felt rushed. The facility also has a lot of equipment that I had never seen or used before. With the information from the scans of this equipment, Dr. Dosaj was able to show me detailed information of my eyes. He also helped clear up some incorrect information I had previously received from Kaiser and was able to support this information with the help of the new tests he ran. I appreciated that Dr. Dosaj was able to visually show me what he was referencing on his computer and explain it to me in a manner that I would also understand. I have been back 3 times since my first visit for my LASIK post-op visits and my experience has been pleasant each time with Dr. Dosaj as well as his staff. Providing excellent customer service, being knowledgeable and passionate about their work, and possessing the right technology are essential qualities I look for in any service provider and Dr. Dosaj at Miller Optometry easily fit the bill. I have found my new optometrist! read more

I love this place! All the Doctors are super kind and take lots of time to answer any questions you might have. The staff are amazing and I highly recommend them. read more

Terrible. These people are con artists. They charge for things that used to be optional but "due to covid" they have to do it. Yea yea whatever BS you'd like to call it. Last time I was in which was in 2019 you asked me if I wanted the tests, this time I wasn't asked it was just done and then at the end of the visit they try to sneakily charge you an extra $39. I can only imagine how many people just pay the extra money and not even question it. I will never be back. HIGHLY advise anyone looking for a new optometrist to read the reviews for this place thoroughly as others have complained of the same issue and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Sad that a business would take advantage of people during hard times like these! Shame on you read more

I needed a change in optometrist, I was living in diamond bar and was considering Lasik. A friend referred me to Dr. Dosaj at Miller Optometry. The experience was remarkable, refreshing and unique, I've never had an eye exam so thorough with someone who genuinely cared, listened and really wanted to help. Also, Dr. Dosaj didn't just see me for five minutes and let everyone else do the work, he made sure all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable leaving. As I spent time in the office, I felt more like a friend than a customer. There was no pushing product, rather Dr. Dosaj recommended items, which made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. While I was waiting, Dr. Miller also took a moment to say hello. If your looking for a new optometrist, the drive is very much worth the attention, professionalism and care received here. read more

My husband and I were searching for a new optometrist around the area. After researching various places, we stumbled upon this gem. We decided to give them a try based on the rave reviews. This place definitely deserves its five stars! There were no problems in getting an appointment and the office staff were all kind and friendly. They were quick too assist us and were very accommodating with us bringing our baby boy. Dr. Dosaj was great. The exam was very comprehensive and he explained the tests with great clarity. He was also very friendly, bright, and personable. They also have a pretty good inventory of eyewear to choose from. I had a refreshingly great experience today at my new optometrist, Miller Optometry in Yucaipa, CA. Dr. Dosaj was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about contact products and the eye and seemed genuinely interested in informing me not only how my eye looked internally, but some tactics to think about regarding how I use my contacts. The office staff was friendly and professional. The office itself had many rooms and was well laid out to accommodate a flow of customers. I highly recommend you give them a chance to service your next pair of glasses or contacts. 5/5, thanks guys, I hope to be a long term customer! read more

I decided to try a new optometrist, and looked on yelp to see who had the best ratings, and I came across Miller Optometry. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot, and it was the best decision I have made. From the moment I entered to the moment I left, Miller Optometry staff treated me with the utmost respect. I visited Dr. Dosaj, and I can say he is exceptional, he truly cares for his patients. He thoroughly explained every step in the exam room, answering any questions I had, and offered great advice. For those looking to switch or need a new optometrist I recommend coming here first, you definitely won't be disappointed. Thanks again Miller Optometry! read more

Where do I start.... This place SAVED my life! I was from our of town and in Oak Glen for my best friends wedding that i was IN. The morning of the wedding i accidentally put eye make up remover instead of contact solution in my contact case and chemically burned my right eye. I was is excruciating pain and needed to see a optometrist ASAP. I called the office and the lady told me the doctor could see me right away. I saw Dr. Sahil Dosajj right away and he was beyond helpful!!!He gave me the medicine I needed and also his personal cell number in case my eye got worse. That's not the end of it...... They actually opened their office for my Saturday morning to make sure my eye was OK and that there was no permanent damage done to my eye. I was able to make the wedding because of Dr. Sahil Dosaj. This place gets 5 stars and i would HIGHLY recommend this this place! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars to Miller Optometry I would! Dr. Dosaj is an extremely friendly, compassionate and professional doctor! I go once a year for my prescription, yet he remembered that last time I went (which was my first visit) that I had gotten a new job, and remembered where I worked and asked how it was going. This was impressive as every doctor I've ever had treats you like a new patient even if you've been their patient for years. Will definitely be coming back! read more

My left eye has been getting progressively worse over the past 6-7 years. I went to lens crafters because they were the closest optometrist to accept my insurance. After a very quick exam and $300-$400 later my vision in my left eye was no better. I then went to Costco optometrist because I had heard from quite a few people that Costco was pretty good and their prices were reasonable. Again after a quick exam I was told that I had a lazy left eye. I told the Dr. My vision in my left eye had always been fine until recently (I didn't think lazy eye progressed in adults or got worse over time) I even had a vision test from work that was less than 5 yrs old that showed I was 20/20 and he still chalked it up to lazy eye. Then I found Dr. Dosaj at Miller optometry. Let me tell you what a great experience I've had with Dr. Dosaj, I explained everything from above to him and he said I don't think it's lazy eye. He then proceeded a battery of test until he figured out what was wrong. Turns out I have pellucid marginal degeneration. He told me he could fix it and introduced me to scleral lenses. The fitting process began, I will say the process can be long and tedious, but Dr. Dosaj has been very helpful and patient in getting me fit with the right lenses. He has spent hours getting my vision back to normal. He also has been very flexible and accommodating with my appointments. He is not afraid to spend time with and answer every question his patient may have. Which as we all know is a rarity in Dr.'s these days. Also I must mention the staff there too, they are all great and very friendly. With all that said I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Dosaj at Miller optometry my experience has been amazing. ***UPDATE*** After 3 or 4 sessions of fitting different scleral lenses, Dr. Dosaj is pretty sure we found the perfect fit. They are a very difficult lens to fit. So far they are the most comfortable pair of lenses we have tried, and my vision is almost 20/20( improved from 20/150). Dr. Dosaj has spent countless hours with me fixing my vision and has been very informative and patient through out the entire process. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Miller Optometry, from Dr. Dosaj all the way down to the receptionist, they are all friendly, professional and caring. What more could you ask for. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Such a quality business. read more

I have keratoconus so was in the market for scleral lenses. I never put anything in my eye before, contacts or anything. So the first time I came here and we tried to put the contact lense in my eye, I couldn't even get my eye to stay open. Luckily they were patient enough and willing to let me come in and keep trying whenever I liked. When we finally got it in we noticed it wasn't fitting my eye correctly. My eyes are very misshaped and even though I was able to get them in finally they kept popping out of my eye. The doctor and optometrist assistants were so helpful and supportive of me. The doctor ordered two different sizes for me and adjusted the size of it each time in order for it to fit my eye. Everyone there is nice and helpful and all very friendly! Thanks to them I was finally able to get my lenses to fit! These scleral lenses were definitely worth the effort! My vision is crystal clear after years of blurred vision! It's amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place if you need glasses, contacts, or scleral lenses! read more
