Even though my photo order said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, the employees were so kind right from the moment I walked in. They were helping other customers, but still acknowledged me and directed me to the photo counter right away. The employee there grabbed my poster board and offered to print my photo order on the spot, letting me know it would just take about 5 minutes. That alone meant so much to me in that moment. But what really stood out is that he went out of his way to find me in the store once everything was ready and personally handed me my order. During such a difficult time, that level of kindness and effort truly meant everything. I'm so grateful for the compassion and customer service I received tonight.
