I walked in and was quickly greeted by a woman named Olivia, who I found out was the manager. She was super friendly and very helpful! After I picked out a couple of frames, Martell was the name of the associate who assisted me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to make this a great visit for me.     I visited this location on 4/17 to purchase Meta glasses. The representative who helped me was very…read morefriendly and advised me to check my order status online for updates. When I checked, my order showed that the glasses would be ready for pickup on 4/30. That date came and went with no call, text, or email notifying me of any delay. I called on 5/1 and was told the glasses would be available on Monday. Monday passed--again, no communication. I called that evening before closing and was told they would have my glasses on Tuesday, 5/5. It is now the afternoon of 5/5, and I still have not received any updates. When I called again, I was told the glasses had not arrived and that they "might" be available sometime this week, but no specific timeline could be provided. It has now been 12 business days, and there seems to be no sense of urgency or concern for the customer experience. Payment was collected promptly, but the product has yet to be delivered, and communication has been consistently lacking. Based on this experience, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    I really dislike writing negative reviews especially since I'm a big believer that not everyone has…read morethe same experience. However, I feel compelled to warn other people about this practice. My first experience- went in for an eye exam that took a total of 2.5 hours. It was clear from the get go that there is no real process in place as the staff kept going in circles trying to figure out what patient needed what procedure done next. My second experience- called to ask if my contact fittings had arrived because the optometrist explained during my eye exam that because I was a new patient, they need to order me contact samples and I would need to schedule a fitting to ensure that they were the correct fit. I called on week #3 (even though I was told that I would receive a call in 1-2 weeks) and was nonchalantly told that my contacts had arrived and yet had not bothered to give me a call to inform me. My third experience- I went in to pick up my contacts and the staff scrambled to locate them. Once found, they were given to me with no further instruction. I asked the staff member what the next steps were and she said, "what did they tell you when they called you to pick them up?" At that moment, I almost lost my cool, but remained composed and explained to her that I had not received a call but rather had to call in myself to check the status. The optometrist overheard me and quickly offered to do my fitting then and there. Contacts were fine but she suggested I try them for a few days and told me to call back if they fit okay so I could order my yearly supply and use my insurance credit. Final experience- I called twice, left a message and no one got back to me. Called again on a different day to place an order to use my insurance credit only to find out that their office charged my contacts fitting (6 pairs of contacts) to my insurance and so now I nave used up all of my insurance credit for contacts. As you can understand, I was livid at this point because the staff member mentioned that I had the option to pay out of pocket for my fitting instead of it being charged to my insurance. So basically, the staff who ordered my fittings made the choice for me. She mentioned that she would call the insurance to ask if it could be reverted and up to this day, I have yet to receive a call back. I will never return to this practice ever again. Like other reviews have mentioned, the optometrist is nice but the staff is incompetent and disorganized. I really hope the business takes the time to read their negative reviews and do something to improve their business practices.
