This was my first time visiting one of their locations. I love the amazing selection of brands and styles this location had! I walked in and was quickly greeted by a woman named Olivia, who I found out was the manager. She was super friendly and very helpful! I visited this location on 4/17 to purchase Meta glasses. The representative who helped me was very friendly and advised me to check my order status online for updates. When I checked, my order showed that the glasses would be ready for pickup on 4/30. That date came and went with no call, text, or email notifying me of any delay. I called on 5/1 and was told the glasses would be available on Monday. Monday passed--again, no communication. I called that evening before closing and was told they would have my glasses on Tuesday, 5/5. It is now the afternoon of 5/5, and I still have not received any updates. When I called again, I was told the glasses had not arrived and that they "might" be available sometime this week, but no specific timeline could be provided. It has now been 12 business days, and there seems to be no sense of urgency or concern for the customer experience. Payment was collected promptly, but the product has yet to be delivered, and communication has been consistently lacking. Based on this experience, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

The person who took care of me was nice. They have a big selection of glasses, however, the thing i didn't like is that they mark up the glasses like crazy. I searched up the ones i got and found them at other places for half the price. I went to costco and there are Gucci, Prada, and other high end glasses that cost less than the Calvin Kleins i bought. The only reason i got them here was because the ones i wanted were no longer carried at other places and the ones here are similar. The more they cost the more out of pocket you have to pay since the insurance only covers so much. read more

This was the first time that I had been to Visionworks, and I was not impressed. I took the eye tests, but the girl giving the tests seemed very distracted and detached! When I saw the eye doctor, she was not friendly at all. In fact, she was cold-acting, bossy, and very uptight. The people at the front desk seemed friendlier, but just a little better. My first attempt at new glasses were progressive but I could not read with the way they were done. I took them back & they decided to recheck my vision & correct the problem. When I went back to get them corrected I decided I would do better with bifocals. They corrected them & for the first time since 1977 my glasses fit perfectly & don't irritate my ears or nose & I can see clearly. Thank you. I will be back. read more

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I forgot the name of the guy who initially helped me but he was very helpful and explained everything to me and Micaela was very attentive and explained the process for each individual exam which lightened my nerves and made the process go by fast and efficiently. I loved the entire process, I would definitely recommend coming here if you like to get in and get out, I did make an appointment but arrived earlier and was helped but I believe that may vary based on how busy they are. read more

This place is well-organized, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience browsing and narrowing down my choices down to a few pairs of eyeglasses. The staff were so nice to help me figure out which one I liked best. Also, it's good to know that the return period is 100 days, even though I don't have plans to return my eyeglasses--sometimes it does take that long to decide if a frame is for you. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! They're patient and customer friendly. They got my tricky prescription absolutely correct on the first try! Normally whenever I've gotten glasses, they are not correct and they have to be sent back to the lab at least 1 to 2 more times. Vision Works also saved me money because they are so spot on with my eye prescription, that they actually saved me money. I used to have to get my glasses for distance vision as well as computer glasses. However, this time, all I had to get was my distance, which is so perfect that I don't even need computer glasses because I'm able to use this 1 pair for everything. I do not like the progressive no line bifocal lenses, they asked me if I wanted it, I said no, and they did not push me or make me feel like I had to get it. They have an amazing, wide variety of frames to choose from and the prices are great! Awesome Team!!!!! read more

First time and last time to Vision works. The sales people & even their lab seem very incompetent, in my opinion & from my own experience. I have a simple prescription, I was told 2 weeks but probably 1. It took the full 2 weeks & I had to call to check on the order. I was told they were in some boxes they received but assured me I would get a text when they processed them. 7 hours later I called them& was told oh they're ready, sorry. Immediately I get a text when I hang up saying they were ready for pickup.... Well duh!!! I pick them up & they put the wrong prescription in one of the lenses! Someone entered in the wrong numbers on the computer, So back to their lab they go for another 2 weeks but they'll text me when they get them..., riiiight! 1 month for glasses is NOT acceptable. The three times I've went in the place is empty & the employees just standing around. Don't SEE yourself to this vision works find another place. read more

We have found our NEW eye care provider! My family has had the same optometrist for over 25 years and we were comfortable, however my wife and I needed to be seen before we lost our yearly benefits and our now former optometrist was not available so we came to Visionworks. From check in to check out, our experience was amazing and much more comfortable than we were used to. Thanks to the modern technology Visionworks uses, no more dilation of the eyes which was a big relief! The prices of the glasses are also much less. Thank you Visionworks! read more

Today was our first time going to Visionworks in Redlands and I am totally satisfied with the business. The agent who helped us is Matthew and he was extremely helpful as he went through the options and got us the most savings on payment of 2 glasses. We like how professional this place works and the total experience was a pleasant one. The store is very clean, bright, organized and professional. well I didn't want to give 2 stars because the doctor was great... But I am giving this review do to the customer service I received as I was there. I can only really wear glasses so it's important to me to have good customer service but I felt as if I wasn't helped at all when it came to choosing frames. The team in the front were very unprofessional when it came to discussing certain things in front of the customers. I was told if I would have been with my makeup on and hair did I might be able to choose something better. when I told them I didn't want to choose frames right away the question was asked well did she pay her co pay . All in all it was not a very pleasing experience with the team . also some of the equipment in the back had not been cleaned correctly. I decided to go to the one in Fontana on Summit and was greeted and helped by Nancy who did a great job in making me feel comfortable with the choice I made.. read more
